I called the guys for a drive shaft for my Durango . At first I had the measurements wrong so I was given the wrong part. But no problem I took back the wrong part and they had the right part ready for me by the next day. They do good business with the common man and treat you with respect! My daughter was a few days away from leaving for college when we realized her fuel tank was leaking. The shop said that Cocoa Auto Salvage was the closest salvage yard that had one. We drove from Orlando late in the day and pulled in before close. I didn’t realize that someone had to pull it. The guy who pulls the parts was literally in his car driving home and they called him and got him to come back to get the part after hearing the right situation we were in.
They totally went above and beyond! If you need parts GO TO THIS SALVAGE YARD! You will be happy you did!!
Drivers are absolutely reckless. Blatant disregard for others on the road. Train them or get them them off the road. If they can't handle a box truck keep them in the yard
I called last week to ask about a wheel, the guy on the phone told me Yes they have a wheel but would have to go in the yard and Pull it. I've worked on cars most of my life and have years of experience. It takes 3 minutes to "Pull" a wheel off a wrecked car, so I drove up half an hour from Melbourne to buy my wheel (mistake). The lady at the desk called Someone else on the phone and the girl (where ever she was) started asking me for my Information and wanted to fill out a ticket. I told her I'm Standing there in the lobby and just need someone to Pull the wheel off a car. Oh no, they need to fill out a ticket and the wheel won't be ready for 4 days, You Have to be Kidding me !!! So I wasted an hour out of my day for Nothing because I wasn't going to wait 4 days for some employee to take 3 minutes out of their busy schedule to go pull a wheel off a car, I've never heard of that before and won't be back. I ended up ordering it online from Walmart cheaper and getting it in 2 days.
Joe had the absolute best customer service!! He was helpful and quick finding what I needed for my truck. You guys have an amazing system that works well because you have the right team in place. I called them on a Wednesday right before noon to order a used rim. Their website said they had 2 rims. They had to be front rims because the back rims are wider. I gladly gave them my credit card number and was charged. This rim is for my daily driver, not a project car or a resto and they knew that. I was told that they would text me the tracking number that day. I call them back Thursday, 24 hours later, and I'm told that they missed the deadline to ship it on Wednesday afternoon and it would go out that day; again I was told to look for the tracking number in my text messages. Friday morning, 48 hours after my card was charged, I call them and asked what's going on with my rim. Throughout this whole time I was polite, calm and thankful. It was Friday noontime when they told me that they couldn't find the rim and would be charging back the full amount to my card. I replied "Thanks for making me chase you for the part." My charge back hit the statement Monday. Do business with them if you want. I ended up finding a rim on eBay for $20 less. I live 100 miles from Cocoa Beach and paid $20 less for the same thing in California.

Best place for used parts. They are very nice and work well with people. I needed a starter for a 2010 town and country and they brought it out to me in about 15 mins. I brought the old one back to them and they still gave the core charge. I will definitely come back for more parts.
Friendly and professional service, they had the exact part I needed. I was able to verify the touch screen display unit worked and was compatible with my vehicle before I left the lot. Highly recommend these guys, if they don't have it onsite, they will find someone that does for you!

Needed a roof rack for my truck, drove from Downtown Orlando because no other salvage yard had my vehicle in stock or didn't offer to find the part for me somewhere else. Honestly, the best salvage/parts yard I've ever been to. I clicked and the process was amazing. The next morning, I had an offer from Cocoa Auto Salvage, I accepted. Shortly after I received a call from Donna, explaining the process. I sent the required information and shortly after she let me know that Ron the driver was on his way. Communication was great. When Ron arrived, I met him outside. Very friendly, nice tow truck. Very amazing experience.
