There ok prices are reasonable. 5hey want cash or you pay 4 percent extra. Returns for damaged parts is ok. They should look over the p arts better

I'm not understanding what I missed. I drove 35 miles to get a part from you guys and I'm told that unfortunately I can't get it until Monday because it's 2:30 pm. And they.close at 5.pm. Unfortunately I know how to take cars apart to. And it takes AT THE MOST. 10 minutes to take this part off. Especially for the car it goes on. If the mechanic can't get a 10 min job done in 2 and a half hours. For 100$. Then he's useless. That's some lazy ish right there. I appreciate the business hospitality and the waste of my ti.e and gas . But I'm calli.g B.S. on this

Best place for used parts. They are very nice and work well with people. I needed a starter for a 2010 town and country and they brought it out to me in about 15 mins. I brought the old one back to them and they still gave the core charge. I will definitely come back for more parts.

Worse place ever. Told I need to paid for it before , seeing the part on way to for them to pull it of the car , then they said can pick at a time. Show up and got told I have to whait other 1h because I there is other in line to be pull of the car. Then when I get the parts is damaged . Drive 2 hour for nothing. Don't buy from here.

I paid twice for the transmission and the labor to change it, i can't afford the labor which was 1200 this time, call the store and see how this can be solved or i'll take the car and you'll change the transmission which came with problems again.

I've been coming here for three years and they've always done me right never done me wrong. They're patient in cooperative just all-around good company.

They jumped right on getting me the part I needed, despite arriving 30 minutes before they close. Friendly, fast, and the part is in excellent shape.

Looking for options to sell my van, listed on Marketplace. One low offer. Decided to look at Cocoa Auto Salvage website to see if they bought vehicles, their website has a Sell Your Car tab. I clicked and the process was amazing. The next morning, I had an offer from Cocoa Auto Salvage, I accepted. Shortly after I received a call from Donna, explaining the process. I sent the required information and shortly after she let me know that Ron the driver was on his way. Communication was great. When Ron arrived, I met him outside. Very friendly, nice tow truck. Very amazing experience.

Needed a roof rack for my truck, drove from Downtown Orlando because no other salvage yard had my vehicle in stock or didn't offer to find the part for me somewhere else. Honestly, the best salvage/parts yard I've ever been to. From the customer service department when I called, to the front clerk, to the gentlemen that pulled the parts for me..absolutely outstanding service. They go above and beyond to help you find your parts! 10 stars if I could give them!

2015 Nissan Altima w/ 210k and a dead transmission. Sale and pickup was done in less than 24 hrs.

They suck , I come in to say Good Morning.....crickets, 2 ladys standing there.. one gets off the phone and ask to help me , I say again good morning can you help with a retainer clip , it would take 2 seconds for them to pop one off a vehicle for me and willing to overpay for a 5 dollar part. Just so I can have it and she just smiles and says no. Not a reason why just no. Do not waste your time with these people ,I have come in multiple occasions and treated with such disrespect. I WILL NOT BE BACK . And I encourage others to stay away. If they can't rip you off ,it is not worth them going in the back for you.

Great customer service clean n polite got what I need good price

Just purchased an engine for a 2015 Nissan Rogue with very low miles. After a few emails with salesperson responses were very swift and all questions answered. Was sent a link to pay online so I wouldn’t have to make two trips from Orlando. Returned old motor for core charge reimbursement a week later and everything went smoothly. Definitely worth the drive from Orlando.

I have no complaints I showed up at this place without calling they answered every question I had even was willing to accommodate Me by bringing a vehicle they did not have on the lot to their lot so that I would have a variety of parts to pick from really couldn't ask for more

Just bought an ac compressor for my Audi at a very affordable deal. Worked great and comes with a 1 year warranty package. Came all the way from Orlando to find good parts at a good price. Thank you again. Ac is blowing cold now

What a great experience I had today for my first time going here to get an alternator for my Honda. I highly recommend this place of business and I’ll definitely go back here if I need anymore parts for my car. The salesperson Amelias that helped me was amazing and the lady at the front desk was also amazing. I can’t wait to get my car fixed and get back on the road.

Willie and the rest of the team were excellent in helping us get a passenger seat and a wheel for a van that those items had been removed from. They were quick to answer questions and easy to work with. Will definitely purchase from them again if the van needs more parts!

Carol at the front desk was great, and the whole staffing crew was great! Donna was excellent with my returned items after dealing with a crooked mechanic. Carol was understanding, and made sure she could do everything possible for me to get my correct pieces. I recommend them to anyone; I’m not just saying that I’ma satisfied customer!!!

Best thing was a wide selection of choices. Prices were not the best compared to other local salvages. Becareful about web prices and confirm before paying. I was overcharged then was told taxes then cc charges instead of cash. Worst thing was waiting from order time 10a and waited in the office off and on from 1p til 4p when finally got the part pulled from a car which was 4bolts. Workers were very pleasant and everyone were courteous which I appreciated. Otherwise this would be a 5stars recommendation.

Cannot say enough good things about Cocoa Auto Salvage and “Richard” (Ext 521) in particular. I was looking for a tan, leather, rear seat for my ‘07 Toyota Sienna and ordered it from Cocoa. Richard saw photos of the first one and it was moldy! He ordered another one and it’s was just as bad. He found a third one with the correct interior code and I picked it up today. It is nicer than the seats I have in the Sienna now and is 100% correct for color, etc.! Richard communicated everything as it happened and was polite and professional. Definitely do business with Cocoa Auto Salvage and Richard in particular. I know I will.

Cocoa Auto Salvage made it really easy to get rid of our old car that wasn't running. Setting up the appointment was really easy and they showed up with cash and hauled it away easy as can be. Took stress of dealing with it off my hands and I got some nice money out of it. Definitely recommend if you need help with old cars
