Our car stopped working while parked at Sharkys. REALLY didn’t wanna pay for a tow truck but, after 3 days of trying to get it started we didn’t really have a choice. We called 3 different companies. They gave us the cheapest price. Fast, friendly, helpful. What more could you want? Highly recommend this tow company!
Thomas went above and beyond from start to finish! He was kind and comforting throughout a very stressful situation! He took the time to teach me things about my car, assist in the process of dropping it off, and ensure that I felt safe until my ride arrived. If I could give 100 stars, I would! Bobby was super nice to call one of his drivers for me because my car required a flatbed. Thomas was the driver that came and got my car from a shop to transport it to another. They were both super nice and great with customer service. I very highly recommend them and I will be using them in the future if I need a tow.
Shout out to them my car wouldn’t start and I called them the guy came and I decided to try start the car again and guess what it did start the guy who came was so chill he was like don’t worry about it it’s fine I’m telling you any towing you need to do call C&S.

My husband called C&S Towing today to tow my Armada from a impossible spot. The owner personally came and was there in 30 minutes. He was awesome at his job and very down to earth. Bobby from C&S towing is amazing!!! My car broke down in the middle of nowhere during a storm and he not only got my car and myself back safely, but hooked me up with a great mechanic and I was back on the road and good to go within 24 hours. Bobby was fantastic! Having heard horror stories of an auto breakdown out of town, I expected the worst. I was pleasantly surprised and my expectations were exceeded. Not only was the service prompt and reasonably priced, Bobby recommended a mechanic that was open on Saturday, diagnosed the problem, fixed it while we waited and sent us on our way. C&S (Bobby) is our hero!!!
I had a flat tire and was trying to change it in Publix and could not get the lugs off to change it. C&S driver Bobby asked if I needed help. He changed my tire for me without asking for anything in return. He even gave my kids candy while they waited. Most other companies would try to solicit business. He wouldn’t even take a tip. Such a nice and kind person. I highly reccomend this company.
I had some car issues and not only was c&s towing willing to tow me for a great deal, they also were willing to test my battery to make sure it wasn't a simple issue that could have possibly been fixed! Very personable people, 10 out of 10, I highly recommend!
Thomas was the nicest, kindest tow truck driver I have ever met! I'm from SC and got stuck tire deep in the sand and he quickly came to the rescue! Hopefully won't need a tow truck again for awhile, but if I do I will definitely call C&S...they are awesome!!!
I always refer my customers from my shop in Lawrenceville,GA to this company when they need towing service in Panama City Beach, FL. I needed towing service for my own personal vehicle while on vacation today. My insurance company was being incredibly slow about getting a tow so I called Charles at C&S and they were able to coordinate with my roadside assistance and have a tow truck to my location within an hour. This company is absolutely amazing. Got my work truck buried in sand. Thought i was gonna have a nervous breakdown. These guys came out and were very professional and even helped ease my mind. Pulled my truck out no problem. Extremely fast service and very affordable. Keeping these guys in speed dial.
These guys are honest, professional and reliable. Thomas is the best and he's been my driver for years. I wouldn't trust my car w/ any of the other towing companies in this town especially Whites Towing.
Although they were extremely busy and unable to send someone out, the guy who answered the phone was very nice and really helpful. He recommended a few other towing companies. I even called back & spoke with him more than once. That's awesome customer service & I would definitely recommend them & they'd be the first place I'd call if I need a tow.

My daughters were in PCB for vacation and unfortunately had an accident. These guys came and towed my car to a repair shop. Very good prices and was there within 15 minutes after my call. Very friendly people. They even sent me a courtesy text with the address and phone number of the shop that he took it to.
Called and they came to me after 1:05 hours. Pretty good, we in tourist city. Took 40$ for my 2 mile towing and were pretty nice at customer service. Very cheap. Would recommend them, if you have any troubles.

They towed my F-250 the other day for $60 for about 12 miles. Excellent service. They arrived early and quickly picked my truck up in a timely fashion.
They even brought me my keys when I realized I left them in the vehicle at the shop after they had driven away. 100% recommend.
I add that their rate was about $20 cheaper than one of their competitors.
Thank you C & S Towing. My daughter was staying in Panama City Beach and drove her car to Rosemary Beach. Her car would not start when she started to leave. We called C & S Towing and they immediately went and helped her. They were able to fix her car and she was able to drive back to Panama City. We are from Georgia and were very concerned about what to do. But once this towing company was called, we felt much better. We highly recommend to anyone!

These guys took care of me late on a Saturday afternoon. Towed my truck to an auto store for a reasonable price (didn't try to price-gouge me). Showed up even quicker than my ride did. It's so pleasant to deal with a business that is honest & fair.
My daughter got stuck in sand lot in PCB. I live in Georgia and could not get there right away. After "AAA" refused to get her out. A towing service was called out by the security for the neighboring condominiums and they were going to try to charge us over $500.00 to pull her out! We told him to leave and we would find another towing service. That's when my wife called Charles at C&S Towing. Not only was he quick to get to my daughter. He calmed her down and made her feel safe. He pulled her car out and made sure the car was ok before sending her on her way. Charles brought a "old-fashion" approach to taking care of customers, which is MISSING these days. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to call C&S Towing for the service and care we receive.
