I locked my keys in the car with the car running, I called the office to see if they could do a rush! Well I was left to believe I would have to wait about the estimated arrival time. But JOSH was here in 30mins, took 1min and I was IN!!!

The guy who answered the phone was so rude and unwelcoming. I get it, it’s early but you chose your job, if you don’t want to answer the phone get a new job
Had a flat tire leaving work. I tried to change it myself and when I couldn't get the luggage nut off I contacted my roadside assistance. Tom was quick to come out explained everything to me as he was doing it. I would call on him to help with my car anytime. Thank you highly recommend this company and tom specifically!
I would recommend. My motorcyle was towed here following an accident. After discharged a week later I found where it was. Altho it was after hours, I called and someone actually answered. The woman I spoke to was kind, helpful and actually sounded like she cared.
She allowed me to go to the bike and remove personal items. I've seen other places not allow. Trucks and office were clean. Good people.
Tom was great! By far My best experience ever with roadside assistance! He arrived within minutes, was quick and efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. He even offered very appreciated money saving tips for me! Am so impressed and
will call again, if needed.

Alot of these people leaving rude and false reviews Are people who parked on private property that we have contracts with to remove vehicles from This is our job and we will continue to do it We don't go out looking for vehicles to tow But when a property owner calls and asks us to remove unwanted vehicles from there property We are gonna remove it
If your the one who took the risk to park on private property, I'm sorry for your bad luck if it gets towed
To our regular customers and business / property owners We thank you for your business and support We will continue to serve you and our community with the best service we can provide and we will try to do better tomorrow then we done today

Absolutely horrible company. Several cars were packed on Front Beach road, and were told by someone working for this company hanging up signs, that as long as they moved their cars before 5:00, their cars wouldn’t be towed. At 4:00, everyone’s cars were towed. I feel like this company purposefully lied to all these people, so they could tow their vehicles. Use any other company if you need a vehicle towed, this one is crooked.
Had to set up tow through my insurance company. Already stressed out with having to deal with this situation. When I called to check on eta the receptionist was very short and rude. After waiting a hour and a half with no communication my ticket was marked as complete without anyone showing up and anyone calling me. People are already stressed with the situation customers service is meant to help with that not add to it.
Update: The owner and or manager called me personally to apologize. That made up quite a bit for how I was originally treated. Updated this to 5 simply because he reached out to make it right. I really appreciate that. Took time out of his day to help me out when I was in need. I really am happy with how it all turned out. We all have off days but the way things got handled moving forward.
Tom helped me out with a flat tire that I didn't have the proper tools to fix. He was very responsive with how quick he got there when I was told a 30-45 minute wait. He was there in 10 minutes. Very polite and knowledgeable. Got the job done in minutes. Overall a 5 star experience
Call to have a car towed to mechanic shop. Waited hour at mechanic shop and left at same time as the tow truck driver only to find out the driver dropped my car off at the tow yard to go do another call after I paid already I definitely won’t recommend or use this company again
My morning started out really bad. And Thomas was the only nice person I spoke to all day. He was quick and got my van to the shop and I was still able to get to work on time.
Was entering state park for sunset photos and this guy almost backed into me so I swerved and landed my two right tires completely over this 4 inch cement berm onto the sand! Called insurance and was told it would be 60 minutes! No!
They were there in 5-10 minutes! Thomas could tell I was pretty
Shaken! It took him a while but he got it done, checked my car out and even though I missed the sunset, I was so thankful that Discount Towing came to my rescue! Thank you!
We were in PCB on vacation and leaving the next morning g to head home. After coming out of a restaurant our car would not start. We tried to jump it but that didn't work either. In this process the anti theft system kicked in and kept going off. Discount towing shows up to help the car next to us who had locked their keys in their car. After completing that job, the guy stayed to help us. He immediately knew how to use our keys to get it out of anti theft mode. Then he used gadgets from his truck to test our battery and alternator. He then jumped our car with another gadget so we could get to the store and get a new battery. He was very pleasant and very helpful. He could have left after his other job was done but chose to help us. This says a lot about the kind of people they are. We are very appreciative and would recommend their services to others!
Thieves. Not sure how towing companies live with themselves. I was not parked where I wasn't supposed to be. Not putting details on here, except for the fact that I can't afford to get the car back and you guys are profiting from it. $2500 fee? You're profiting from my car that I have been paying for for years. Like I said, not sure how you live with yourselves.
I was a single woman traveling with my 2 daughters. I had a flat tire and this company was sent to me thru State Farm’s roadside assistance program. The gentleman that changed my tire was super polite and had us ready to go in less than 10 minutes after he arrived. He even helped me unload and reload all of our luggage in the back of my car since it had to be removed to get to the spare. I cannot thank him enough for his polite and efficient service!
The people at the wrecker service were nice. The driver, and cashier. It was malicious people from where I lived call to say I was sleeping in my van,and the management at the appartments let them take my vehicle without investigation. I didn't get a permit yet because I went there on a Sunday, and the day of the towing was a holiday.
Tom went above and beyond to help us get into our locked car when we accidentally locked the keys in the trunk while on vacation. He was courteous, fast, and stuck with us to find our location! Can’t say enough good things about him and this company.
Had multiple tows with Discount Towing each time, great services provided. Had my Challenger towed, driver very knowledgeable on it being somewhat lowered, my tahoe great knowledge, terrain to the bodyshop and yes even equipment, they have delivered construction equipment to my house. To say I appreciate the dispatchers for dealing with my situation promptly. Thank you again.
Kept having problems with someone parking in my reserved parking space. Called discount towing and they were at my house in less than 30 minutes. (And it was super early at 4:30 in the morning) These guys (and gals) are very friendly and fast!
I call discount towing and ask if they can towing my car. Mercedes S 550, the security system shut off the car so can’t running nor wheels locked. Glad they have car dolly the only one thing to tow car safely. they come quick before I get there. Monk did a good job. Thank you so much. The price also not expensive.
Those that tow the vehicle are not an issue at all. Whoever answers the phone lines between the hours of 4:00am til around 6:00 am has the nastiest attitude. Very rude and sometimes sound like she is just waking up. I did not want to leave this type of review but she is horrible to deal with when trying to conduct business. Really should consider some kind of customer service training.
Car broke down unexpectedly while here on vacation. Geico sent Discount Towing out for us. The gentleman that towed us was very nice and more than helpful! Made sure we were going to a good shop and made a great recommendation!
I thought I was taking a little shortcut today & got stuck in the sand. Lamar @ Discount Towing came to rescue within an hour. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience- he was polite, very knowledgeable & got it out in no time. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
I have used Discount Towing Recovery twice now for golf cart towing needs and I'm more than pleased with their service. I can't remember the name of my first tow service person from last March (I'm sorry!!), but my most recent was Lamar a few days ago, and he delivered the same outstanding service, professionalism, and timeliness as the last service person did. At this point I'd be hard-pressed to use any other company. And the dispatch staff has been helpful and knowledgeable each time I've called as well. Thanks, guys!!!
This place was extremely fast with top notch service. You can check all my multiple other reviews and see I am always honest and sincere. The receptionist/dispatcher that answers the phone was nice as can be each time I spoke with her. She was also polite enough to inform me there might be an hour or two wait before the truck can show up. Sure enough, within 10 minutes the truck pulled in. Now if this were a dinner party with a set starting time that would be a problem, but when you are waiting on a tow truck it is a sigh of relief! The driver also popped my hood and double checked a couple things first to ensure the car truly was unable to start. That is going above and beyond. He also did another check to ensure what the problem was and he was correct. The entire time from when I placed the phone call, got the car dropped off at the body shop and then returned home was only 45 minutes. HIGHLY recommend! Nothing but friendliness and going above and beyond from both the driver and dispatcher. For those that say they had issues in the past, all I can say is please give them another try if you ever need a tow again.
They literally went above and beyond my expectations!! We ran out of gas. They went far out of their way to get to us, gave us a great discount, then our battery was dead and the driver also started the car. It was late at night. Ugh. When I first called, they thought it might take them a little longer to get to us than we wanted to wait, so they texted me a couple of numbers of other towing company that were a little closer that they recommended. Everyone was so polite, on the phone and in person. Just the overall experience made the awful night not so bad. Thank you!!
The lady I spoke to told me it was going to be a 30-45 minute wait to begin with, I called an hour later and she now says it will still be 30-45 minutes and she proceeded to argue with me saying she never said that to begin with. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Will not attempt to use again. The young man that called while on his way was polite, but the woman completely ruined the entire opinion of this establishment. Absolutely do NOT recommend this company!
