I had stopped at O’Reilly auto parts store on the way here, and they wouldn’t even consider going out in the drizzling rain to change my battery. I was a loyal customer to O’Reilly until this incident. Advanced auto parts has my business from here on now. Thank you.

My go to auto parts for my SUV. Regardless of the time of the day of your visit, the customer service representatives were always so professional in assisting.

It's so aggravating when it's one price on the internet and then you drive there and they won't honor it in the store.

Y'all let me tell you about this Advance Auto Parts right here in Lynn Haven. Jessie you are an angel sent from Heaven. You don't know how much of a blessing you were Tuesday night. Not only that your store was very clean, you had my part in stock, and you were the nicest person ever. You did not rush me threw my sale. You took me around the store to show me what product I needed for my car. You are a true Angel. #1 advanced I have ever been in and I've live in Georgia South Carolina and here in Marianna, Blountstown, and You Lynn Haven have my most respect y'all ladies deserve a raise and to be recognized I didn't catch the ladys name who was working with Jesse but she was very nice and professional. Staff is awesome and friendly, they are always very helpful, and always have what I need and offer great deals.

The people who work here are always incredible. For years me and my family have always come here for auto needs, and they do not disappoint. The customer service can't be beaten, and if it's something they can help with, not only will they help, they go above and beyond. I needed batteries for both of my key fobs. The two gentlemen working found the batteries I needed and assisted me in changing them out. They made the experience great, and were very helpful.

Hard to find good service these days but had a great experience here. They went the extra step helping me.

Went with my daughter to have her engine light checked. The guy couldn't be bothered to look at her or get his face out of the car when he was talking so she could barely hear him, but it barely mattered because all he said was, "Take a picture of the code and Google it."

Came in on a rainy morning with a check engine light. Didn’t expect that they would go test my car in the weather, but doesn’t hurt to ask! So I walked in, asked if they did the computer tests in the rain. One lady behind the counter said no, not in the bad weather. I told them I understood and started to walk out when she said “We don’t have to do it if we don’t want to and I’m not sending my worker out there.” Which was completely unnecessary and rude. I left and will never go back to this auto parts store. And if corporate decides to respond to this review, please don’t copy/paste the same reply you’ve given to other customers with bad reviews. Update: thanks for the copy/paste reply AAP.. real classy.

These guys are great! I ordered something online that was supposedly in stock that they were unable to locate (I showed up before I was supposed to cause I was across the street at Wal-Mart). They looked furiously for it, and when unable to locate it, they gave me a like product at same price (which was quite a bit more expensive). Really appreciate their friendliness and customer service to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you!

Was on hold for 20 min on the phone. Once I finally talked to them they said they would be able to test battery and diagnose my check engine light. When I got there they refused to test my battery or use the tool to read why my engine light was on and told me to go to a mechanic shop instead. Terrible service. Would not recommend

I am so Happy that I chose to go to Lynnhaven Advance auto parts. Nikki is truly a Godsend! She helped us in So many ways. She knew what we needed. She was knowledgeable about where everything is in the store. She made a rough day, So much better! I am so appreciative for all of Nikkis help!

Worse customer service ever. The ubpleasantly plump old lady who has been there for 7 years who's checked out could not and refused to look up my history for the oil I used. She told me to go down the street to another store. I WILL NEVER drop a dime in this store again. Give this chick a permanent vacation! She's checked out!

Was looking for a engine valve cover with gasket and called ahead and the girl who answered said yeas she has it. When I arrived it was only the gasket. Need to train your employees on how to look up parts and verify what is the exact part and not assume. I could of gotten the same part closer to my home.

Terrible experience. Encountered sub-par worse than mediocre employees who not only didn't have my order ready after an hour they also apparently "couldn't find" the one thing on it. In 35 years I have never seen an AAP have my items out of stock in store yet say its in stock on their website. Do yourself a favor and just hit the one on 15th street.

I have a new Nissan Murano. My check tire lights was coming coming on and I had bought some more washer solvent to clean the windows with because the love bugs were at it again. I couldn't loosen the caps were screwed on to tight. The clerk behind the counter went to get somebody to backup the counter and assist me to see if I have actually have a low tire. All 4 tires were at 42 PSI, the perfect amount that I needed. Then I asked him to point out the area where I was to dump my windshield solvent in to. And then he showed me and I now know where it goes I thought. I had the right funel area, he help me fill it up. The clerk was very helpful. I did not purchase anything. He was still more than eager to help.

Called for a part that I had already checked online to make payment for a pickup. The woman hung up on me twice. Then the 3rd time said they did not carry the part due my car being newer than 5 years to go to a dealership. Called Callaway who also had it in stock and got amazing help.

Great friendly, knowledgeable staff they had what I needed, and it wasn't the part I was trying to buy so they saved me time and money Would definitely receive 5 stars if the building received an professional soft wash from Black Off Roof Cleaning and Soft Wash

I love coming here to get auto parts. The prices are fair, and the people are so helpful to answer any questions I have. I really like how they have trash cans outside so I can they not my car. This particular location has handicapped parking right in front. And have plenty of parking spaces in front and to the side of the building. They are open pretty late. And they usually have a lot of 2 for 1 specials.

They are very helpful! Alan and I came in because the check engine light was on. They hooked up their machine and the guy told us what error codes were showing. We bought what we needed and it was quick and easy. They are very friendly and they have a tool loaning program which is very helpful.

Went in the store on 01/01/20- always had good experiences until today- seems like no wanted to check me out. When after waiting 8min at one register, I asked another associate if he would check me out- he rolled his eyes while looking at the other employees. I left and went to Auto Zone across the street.

I would put more stars but the highest Google allows is 5. This store has the absolute best workers. Raymond is a life saver and excellent worker and Ms.Pat is as well. My car battery decided to stop taking a charge and they had what I needed to replace it at a fair price. They checked everything and ensured that was the only problem and made sure my system didn't lose any of its programming. They replaced the battery and I was very pleased with the service they provided.

This was a really satisfying experience. The staff there were super helpful and knowledgeable, and they actually cared about what you were talking about. The place is clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. You should definitely go here instead of across the street, trust me, you won't regret it.

The clerk's were exceptional in their knowledge and very friendly . It was so easy to get what I needed and even price matched with a competitive offer. That was above the average service and it was with a smile. Thanks for everything

Went in last night about 7 minutes before they closed. Knew exactly what I needed so that I would be in and out. One guy was very friendly and helped us accomplish everything and get what we needed. The manager started locking up and made sure I couldn't come back in if I needed to replace my battery, which I did, and told me to come back tomorrow when they opened. Note to this store. A manager should never be less enthusiastic to help customers than the people they manage. Maybe they should consider doing some firing and promote the right person.
