Vehicle was dropped off before hours and got serviced while I was at work. And gone done before my end of work shift. They even waited for me to pick up my vehicle past their normal operating hours. So glad to have them in Newberry because they really go the extra mile

I had a nail in One of my tires and I needed to get it fixed ASAP before I Had to drive to Orlando. I called on Monday and spoke to Dillan and he was quite busy but told me to call him after work and see if he could fit me in. I did call him and he did fit me in and I was there only a half an hour before the work was done and not only did he squeeze me in and got the work done in a timely manner, but he also did not charge me. I am new to Newberry and was looking for an honest, dependable mechanic, and I know that I have found one in Dillan.

Excellent service. Dillon very knowledgeable. Had air and cabin filter replacement. Charged for parts only. Dealership would have charged for labor and parts. Taking car back for transmission fluid. This place is a 10!

This is one of the best shops I have ever been too. Everyone is always so nice and respectful. They are always 100% straight forward with me, and pointed me in the right direction on purchasing my new vehicle.

My first experience with Auto ER did not disappoint! Dylan, the manager, was incredibly helpful and transparent about expected pricing with everything and was able to schedule me quickly. He and and the other staff were very welcoming when I arrived, and the waiting area was clean and well stocked with drinks and snacks for waiting customers. Service was quick and high quality. This is a very honest, trustworthy, and transparent company and they take great care of their customers. I even forgot my water bottle there and they held it for me to pick up the next day. They don't know it yet, but they just earned a very loyal new customer--Auto ER is my official go-to now.

I had the most amazing experience here on a Saturday! I had a very large screw stuck in one of my tires and they were able to work me in and get it fixed in no time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, top-notch service.

Hello Team Auto ER,

Thanks for your concern and follow call today, 2/16, for my recent auto service.

The original cause for my visit, smoke from the under the hood bear spark plug, has not returned.

I'm happy that there are no residual oil/fluid leaks from th admission and engine oil changes.
KIA is running smoothly. No apparent latent defects from the replacement of the CV shaft.

The job appears to have been expertly done by the team!

On another Note:
I may need to make another appt with auto ER to assess repair of the passenger side mirror that was popped out. Also for the sunroof that opens and closes extremely slowly nearly to the point of stalling in the open position.

Finally, thanks to the Auto ER weekend crew (Ritchie, Shane and Tony) and the managers, who remained at work after normal hours to get the repair job done and done right for my 2013 KIA Optima!

It allowed me to have use my car for the remainder of the weekend, instead of waiting till next business day on Monday to receive it.

The three them answered answered my many questions, about the repairs made to my car, and ensured me the work was guaranteed under warranty.

Seven days after the work was completed, I was surprised to see a notice from Auto ER Team Newberry.

They had initiated a follow up call to find out how my car was "running smoothly" since the repair service.

I told them in so many words, probably too many words, that the original issue with smoke emanating from the engine compartment, had not returned and the car was running very well!

The people there apparently are very well trained and skilled technicians of there trades. They show pride in there working and demonstrating customer satisfaction, as I observed their interactions with customers while I waited with other customers at the front desk.
I strongly recommend to to all of Newberry and even to other residents of nearby towns.

Alright, my lunch break is over...gotta go!!

This is absolutely one of the best auto shop around. Very knowledgeable, friendly and the price is right there. They talk with you before doing anything to your vehicle. Give you the information you need for a job. You can’t find honest in every situation but if you are looking for!!! Honest, dependable, fair you should give them your business. Great team from the front desk to the maintenance techs. Easy to work with from booking to paying and picking up. Love that they provide a thorough list with photos of everything inspected for full transparency. They also give you a list of items to take care of in order of priority. No pressure at all but they let you know what needs to be done. Highly recommend.

Brought in a 1989 Crown Victoria that had been in sitting for some time. It was running rough and stalling at 35 mph. Newberry Auto ER was able to diagnose that it needed a new fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel filter. Repairs were completed within 3 days of my approving the work order. Thank you Newberry Auto ER for letting me put this classic vehicle back on the road!

Got to interact with a nice young man Mitchell was amazing from the first interaction on the phone. Then I went to drop off our truck today. Again STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MITCHELL AND TOM.
I have never found a more honest shop that has people skills customer service and honestly the most honest technicians I've ever met.
AND THEY SUPPORT THEIR VETERANS!!!
Oh and the AC and coffee is on point!!!
I always hesitate when I have to take my car into any shop...
Because honestly you never know what you're going to get whether people are going to be honest, Kind, be fair with pricing or mark it up...

Dillon the manager is absolutely fantastic from answering a million questions on the phone to walking me through everything step by step and even giving me alternate ways to fix things, not just the most expensive fix. He's honest, kind and considerate.
That brings me to Tom. Tom is absolutely amazing. He always has a smile in his voice and on his face and never can tell if he's having a bad day.... They all seem like glass all full people!!!

The truck runs great and even after we had a slight issue, not their fault. We brought it back and got it in. Even better. Stellar service...
