Quoted me $500 for a set of new tires, came in to get my new tires. After sitting there for 3 hours they realized they pulled and quoted me for the wrong sized tires. They only had one other option that was “compatible” for my car. Ended up paying an extra $200. And turns out the tires they put on are too big. They never made me aware that they were the wrong size.(Just so other people are aware, when you have the wrong size tires on your car it can affect your speedometer, which they also didn’t also inform me at the time)After they changed my tires they told me that I have two tires pressure sensors that are bad. Come to find out they didn’t put air in my new tires. I went home and checked the tire pressure and all the tires were a different psi. I highly recommend saving your money and your time and never coming here unless you want to deal with inexperienced and incompetent employees.
Came in for an oil change on my F-150. Setting up my visit was easy and the staff very friendly. They alert me to other issues they notice but don't pressure you to get them resolved right away. I will likely be a return customer.

This place is always super friendly staff is very careful with my car every time the owner is the sweetest person and they always do an amazing job with my car it always makes me feel like I’m driving a new car afterwards. I will always come back to them there’s absolutely no bad experience quick and efficient I love this place and bonus it’s next to Mi apa and Starbucks so while you wait you could grab a snack :) if you’re looking for a place to get your car serviced I 10/10 recommend this place

I had another visit to the shop today, got a nail in my tire, they took care of it very quickly and now I am able to make it to work on time!
Sunday before noon. Flat tire on horse trailer. Spare is wrong size so need a new tire pronto. They were busy. People waiting. But Alex looked me up, saw the need and got a new tire mounted in 20 minutes. Excellent service. To be honest, they were so busy that he had to tell two later customers that he couldn’t promise their work would be completed today, but he would make sure their flats would be ready Monday morning first thing. He was very polite, they were very rude. And both had tires they could have left - unlike me. So. I’ll keep my business with nice people like Alex who can discern inconvenience from an emergency (and my horse, Mr. Bean, appreciated it).
We were on our way to Orlando on a time crunch. Our tire shredded itself on the interstate. Out of all the tire shops we called, Mavis had the best repair time and great price. They got us back onto the road shortly after we arrived with our car on the tow truck. Amazing and friendly staff too. Saved our vacation and took care of us in our time of need at the last minute.

I take my car here regularly because they always do a great job and they are honest. Today, the tire pressure was low - second time in 4 days. They could not find a leak to patch. Most places still charge you a small fee for effort. Not here. Just an apology for not finding a problem.
I came in with a tire that wasn't holding air and Andrew was able to quickly patch it and send me on my way! Tasha's customer service was great! Highly recommend Mavis in Jonesville!
I took my F250 in to get a tire fixed, and they found it couldn't be fixed because of where the nail was. They offered me their brand and told me they didn't have the same one available. I told them I wanted the same tire, obviously! They told me they could get it. I told them that was fine. When I picked up the truck, it wasn't the same tire. Yes, the same brand, but not exactly the same. My tires have white letters, that's NOT true! To top it off, they only left me the tire with 42 lbs of pressure when it carries 65 lbs.The seller must have told me it wasn't the same color, and I wouldn't have accepted it. What they did do was do it extremely quickly.
Thank you to Adam and Joel at this location on Newberry for going above and beyond to take care of me. I brought my truck in with an issue and the promptly handled in faster then a Denny Hamlin NASCAR pit stop. I will absolutely be coming back in the future.
Excellent professional service. I drove up to the building with major tire concerns but left the establishment feeling relieved. The team immediately assisted me and they were extremely attentive to my tire needs. I definitely will return whenever I need any automotive assistance.
Bought a used car and I asked Adam if they could check out the car for me. This store is in Jonesville, near Gainsville. They were able to let me know that I needed rear shocks and tires and explained and showed me why.
I shopped around just to see where they were and I found them to be very competitive. I have gone back to them for the shocks and they took me right in at my appointment time. Adam worked with me on tires and I ended up buying 4 at that time.

Louis Saved the day and it’s a Sunday!! Both Tasha and Louis were super personable and sweet. They even offered to stay late to wait till we could pick up the car.
Great experience we were stuck on side of the road with a flat tire and made it just at closing after visiting 2 other tire shops and no one realized it was the valve steam. They helped us out and fixed our valve steam. Ryan and Adam are awesome!!

I’ve been going here for the last couple years. I’ve gotten my oil changed, and I’ve gotten several tires from Mavis. I have had nothing less of an exceptional experience every time I’ve gone. Between the service and how quick everything gets processed it’s an absolute breeze. I would suggest them to anybody I know alongside family and friends.
I showed up unannounced, no appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a free inspection of my car and let me know a timeline of maintenance my car will require. During their inspection they found a nail in my tire and were able to patch it and get me back on the road in an hour! The front desk folks were friendly and the dude that gave me my keys was an absolute sweet heart. They have earned another customer going forward. On my way to grab my wife's car to bring it back for an oil change.

I came by right before close just to get a price of a patch for a nail in my tire. The guys offered to do it even though the store was closing. I really appreciate them as it's very hard for me to get off in time for things like this. They were very helpful and it was very fast only 15 minutes! I'll definitely be back when I do need new tires just for this kind of courteous service.
The staff here is great! They got me in for an oil change when I was in a bind, patched a tire for me at the last minute. I need my truck to keep working, and they keep my truck working good.
These guys were great help to me today. I have a new car and randomly woke up with a very low tire. Adam was willing to get me in and check it out almost immediately. We communicated as needed into early afternoon and turned out to be a small crack on the interior of the wheel which I ended up taking to another great friend for repair. They did spend time on the car and at the end of the day charged me absolutely nothing, which I gladly would have payed for their time and great service. Highly recommend these guys!! They have great reviews for a reason!!!!
I've visited this location a couple of times, and the staff is awesome. Jen went above and beyond to get me in and out quickly with my oil change, and I really appreciate that! On a previous visit, I had my tires replaced. There was a small issue, but they fixed it without hesitation. I'll always come back, not only for the exceptional customer service but also because it's conveniently close. Big or small they get it taken care of! Many thanks!
UPDATE: I absolutely do not recommend having your oil changed here and changed my review from 5 starts to 1. I had my oil changed as I was driving up to GA. I was told there may be a smell as some oil dripped but not to be worried over it, so I disregarded the smell. I got home late at night and left when it was still dark out. By the time I got to GA, my car was giving me alerts to immediately shut off my vehicle as my oil was that low. There was a puddle of oil under my car at the hotel, oil all under the hood, and the dip stick doesn’t even give a proper oil level reading. I’m now having to fork out more money to have someone else fix it so I don’t destroy my car and can make it back home. Turns out the O ring for the oil filter was never put on so oil has just been spilling out ever since. And the person house sitting for me sent me a photo of a large puddle in my driveway as well as a video of it leaking the entire drive out to the road.
From start to finish the gentleman here at Mavis were very professional. I scheduled an appointment online and within an hour I received a call confirming they’d see me at said time. When I arrived, there was hardly a wait on checking me in and getting my car pulled into the bay. While sitting and waiting, they made sure to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle.
