Honda told me I needed a few repairs costing around $2,800 (with discounts). I came here to compare prices, but they asked to inspect the car for free. After inspecting, the mechanic assured me that my car was perfectly fine and didn’t need any repairs/maintenance.

Had my car towed here because my tire flew off on I75. Once it got there they right away ordered parts for it. The waiting area was very nice and clean They even offer drinks and snacks for free. Also restroom was very clean. The manger and employees were very nice. Essentially the manager was very nice and always making sure I was okay. They fixed my car and I was able to go back home in Georgia. Thank u.

We ran into a car engine issue while driving through Gainesville from Atlanta. Mike (the manager) went way above and beyond for us. The repair took several weeks. Mike was there to keep us informed of the issues, trying to make sure the car was repaired during our trip, to ensure that we got home safe. He was always working and was very responsive when we called to get a status. We would definitely recommend his services.

Mike and his team were very helpful and honest. As someone who knows very little about cars they took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. They even offered to take me out to the garage and show me what they were speaking about. I will be back
While traveling toward Lake City, I heard a tapping noise which sounded like it was coming from one of the tires. I pulled into Auto ER and had them check the tires. One had a screw stuck in the tire. They took care of me promptly, and had me on my way.

The guys were great! Logan was easy to talk to, and didn't try to upsell me. I'm trying to get some more time out of my old Chevy Malibu, and they were able to help me, and complete the entire job in just a few hours. Definitely going back if I ever have any future issues.
Logan and the rest of his guys were totally awesome. Helped with the fact we were on our way to a funeral and made sure to keep in touch about the progress of the repair. Even told us about a nearby hotel.
I have brought my vehicle to auto er on several occasions to have maintenance work done, and a couple of times for repairs or a new tire. What I appreciate with auto er is the communication with what they are planning to do, and what they recommend, considering things I may not be aware of. They ask my permission before they perform anything extra. They also have a link to a website where they upload pictures and descriptions of every system of your vehicle that they check on. I feel like my vehicles and my needs are being taken care of in a prompt and professional manner. Thank you very much to Logan and his fellow office and mechanic crew for performing their duties and going further to look out for my safety.
The people at Auto ER are very nice and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. The mechanics did a good job with my car and the cost was reasonable. I'll definitely go there again and never recommend it to my daughter and son-in-law.
The word never should have been even recommended. I just had my car serviced there again. I went for an oil change; while they had my car. They looked over everything which I really appreciate. They found several things that needed to be done and I made an appointment to have those things done.
I don't really have the knowledge to know when things need to be taken care of on my car and I appreciate Sal's Auto ER taking care of that for me.

They assessed the problem, repaired it quickly and charged fairly. We'll be going back in the future. We felt they were honest.
Logan is a good communicator. My car was towed to the shop night prior and he was there 10 minutes before opening and saw me right away. Unfortunately, mechanics come in much later, but Logan had it inspected immediately upon their arrival, provided a timeline to fix it, and had me back on the road the same day.
My car broke down in the middle of the night during a road trip and I was towed to this establishment because it was the closest car repair shop to my location at the time. As soon as they opened I explained what was going on with my car and the team over at this location went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Very friendly and polite staff, clean place, with offerings of snacks and fresh coffee. They allowed me to hang around for a bit to collect my thoughts and game plan because I was a bit in a panic, but they made me feel at home and gave me fantastic advice and direction to move forward. Great experience all the way around!

I had two services with Auto ER. In the first appointment, they figured out what was making an odd noise in my car and fixed it. And in the second visit, they installed new tires. Both times, it was quick, professional service and reasonable prices. I have also recommended them to a coworker.
Unfortunately, on the way to our International Flight we had a tire begin to lose air. We googled the nearest shop and got off at the very next exit. Auto ER determined there was a gash in the tire and it could not be replaced. We began to panic. Our flight was scheduled to leave @ 4pm and we didn’t have hours to spare waiting on tires. Everyone in the shop and I mean EVERYONE came together to work on our Subaru and get us on the road in time to make it to Orlando for our flight. I can’t say thank you enough. These people actually care. They even followed up after to make sure we arrived at our destination. You can’t ask for better service than that!!
Came in for my 10 am appointment. They immediately had my truck on the rack. Instead of over booking like most places. They diagnosed the issue and got me right out. The staff is courteous, kind , professional and most importantly trustworthy!!!
This place is one of the best in Gainesville. It was recommended to me and I definitely do not regret coming here. I got an oil change and was in and out in just under an hour. Not to mention I called the day before for a last minute appointment and they got me in the next day. The staff is kind and professional. Very easy to talk to and don’t try to push sales on you. Not to mention you get a text update letting you know who is working on your car. I am overall a very happy customer and will be making this my place for the foreseeable future for any concerns that come up regarding my automotive care.
