I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. I never received calls or updates about my vehicle. I called multiple times (at different times of the day) and was told Randy, my service advisor, was on lunch but he would return my call. I never received a call back any of the times. My husband would call the next day to get any information. I was never updated on any thing they were doing. Never received any information about what was happening with the vehicle. My pickup date was pushed back multiple times. They ordered the wrong door for replacement twice! They painted the door and didn't match the vehicle, repainted it and still had problems. When I arrived to finally pick up the vehicle, it was still not ready. They brought it to me with the grill not properly popped into place. The door they replaced did not lock or unlock. They took the vehicle back to fix these issues. Brought it back and the door panel was not properly put on. Took the vehicle back to fix again, and brought it back with the door panel coming off every time the door was opened. They had to take it back and fix a third time! They absolutely do not care about your time or vehicle.

Everyone did a wonderful job from drop off to pickup!! And my car was washed and vacuumed and looked better than was when I came in!! Nice touch!

Was going to just know I shouldn't expect the best work,they offered to try to make it better,but could not promise it to be any better.I was run into at a stop light,expected to have it back looking pre crash,that's not the case.Looking at it closer and I have two finger prints in the paint on the A pillar.I was told I had some hail spots on the roof so why be critical on the repair,do not understand that answer of why the repair did not come out pre crash condition.Been in the office end of body shops would not deliver the car as it came out.Also know some one was driving my car abusive while in their care.I expected more from this shop.
Customer Service was above and beyond.Always someone there to Relay the status of my repair. The body work is on parr. My SUV was repaired and returned in emaculate condition.
Great experience. They started by towing my car from another collision repair place in town that made me feel like a burden. The people in this office are incredibly friendly, professional, and they did excellent and expedient work on my car. Highly recommend. One of the guys there even transferred my belongings from the rental to my car because it was raining sideways. Above and beyond.

I was referred twice to Caliber Collision by my insurance to repair my vehicle and they did a great job. More recently I brought my vehicle to receive an estimate on some additional repairs. I then met with Randall who worked on buffing out some of those areas that I wanted repaired. He exceeded in customer service and I appreciated his assistance.

I was referred to Caliber by my insurance providerWho told me it they were the second highest rated provider in our town. I had a lots of great experience with who they said is the top provider and so did a colleague of mine. I am so glad I went with “#2”! They got the job done before the number one provider could even give me an appointment. They did a great job and stayed in touch through the process. I am not easily impressed and I was very impressed with them from the first phone call to picking up My like new car!
0 STARS. Do NOT take your car here EVER. And if you get ZACK as your claim adjuster, GOOD LUCK. He laughs in your face when you comment a genuine concern. He will only try to get you to shut up, and interrupt you while you speak and scoff at you. There's disrespect, lies, and ENDLESS back and forth's with this team. I understand these things take time but communication goes a long way. They NEVER called me to update me on my car, EVER. yet claim they've called the number on file but no calls have been received. When i told this to Zach, he scoffed saying he has the call logs, and when i retaliated, he whined that its because its not done yet. I STILL am entitled to updates on my car.
How are you going to say you have MY CAR READY that same day, and i have to find out the next day it isn't because I had to call , like always, to find out my battery is broken. I have a job. I have things to do to be worrying about not having updates. IF YOU WANT AN IMPROPER job done, get serviced here.
Black Nissan.. That's all I need to say.. Youve had it for months.. (UPDATE), Sometimes as a parent you get frustrated when your son's first car gets damaged. After listening to my son for months regarding his car being repaired at Caliber, I've came to a better understanding and the huge amount of work that went into his Nissan. Want to start off by saying, its FIRST CLASS work all the way around. Yes it took some time, but his car is better than new. Multiple issues were wrong with his car other than just body damage. Caliber Collision didn't deserve my first review, again I was just frustrated. 10+ quality work for sure, my son has his car back now, and all I see is a Big Smile on his face! Thank You Caliber for the the best quality work I've ever seen.. Son happy .. Thanks again
I can say more but I’m gonna keep it brief. They took my vehicle in back in August 2024 to start repairs. There was a lot of back and forward. From being lied to, by missing areas that needed repairs to breaking other parts and not doing anything about till I notes the obvious damages, miscommunication. There was a carpet that got wet from the storm damage but never got taken cared of even tho they said they did dried it but it wasn’t true because at one visits employee said there’s no way water got there. I said I was worried about mold and was told by an employee that he would do a smell test under the carpet. Not only he never mentioned the results from his nose sniffing skills but that’s not a proper mold test. Mold is a hazard and no procedure was done to prevent or control it. One of the times there manager her self said she will personally go over the vehicle before having me go to pick up. That time I went to pick up and still had issues one of them was an obvious loose tail light. I have given them five tries to do proper and correct work. It didn’t happened. Had to involve the regional manager to go over the vehicle and I still don’t feel confident about what the results will be. My last time there was on December 2024, had to take the vehicle from them since it was clear that they were not capable to do a good job and the insurance was of no help. There were also very notable scratches right on the repaired area on picking up attempt five. For any issue on something that looked wrong they would just say they have a lifetime warranty but that doesn’t give them the right to do poor quality work. The vehicle should be repaired properly the first time and that should be it, life time warranty its if something goes wrong not to try giving me a vehicle with multiple things wrong to come back at there convenience to get it fixed and hide behind there warranty. After having to take it notes a moist smell inside the vehicle checked it and there’s water coming in and puddling under the spare tire. It’s been about five months. This process has not been fair or right since the beginning and like I said this would be the sixth time. It takes time from work and personal life. It’s January 2025 and my vehicle is still not properly repaired and water coming in. If you do take your vehicle there check it.
My car and I had a wonderful experience at Caliber! The staff here were so friendly, conversational, and helpful with all my questions. They did a fantastic job fixing up my vehicle, and I appreciate their lifetime guarantee. I would definitely come here again if I needed to, and i recommend you do too!
Pretty much satisfied with the body work that was done, however, I did just notice my battery had been switched out and I just ended up having 2 buy a new battery. So people please check your vehicle before leaving this place. This is not the battery that was in my car when I dropped it off
Great service and they really took care of me! The staff is better than kind; they're truly good people. I would recommend it to anyone and they made my car just like new after my accident. I was hit in just the right way where both of my doors had to be replaced and the paint had to be redone from front to back. I honestly expected my repair to take twice as long as it did but I ended up getting it early. I'm so happy Progressive referred me to this place and I recommend it for anyone just looking for a shop to get their car repaired. No funny business just good service.
