I’ve gone to this Firestone twice in the past few months and received wonderful customer service. The first time I went in my car stalled out in the back entrance and they got me squared away within a couple of hours with no appointment.
The second time was a quick tire change since I had picked up a nail in my apartment complex. Both times Destin worked with me to find an affordable solution and helped look for coupons and discounts that would apply. I will be returning when my car needs some maintenance.

My 2nd visit today 9/24 i came in for a oil change. As the inspections were done i was told i needed 2 new tires. All the concerns and questions i had were answered very clear and professional. Todays service was absolutely great! As a women I felt very comfortable with all information. I will definitely recommend this location. I am making this my home store going forward.

I came in to Firestone Complete Auto Care on Main Street in Gainesville, FL today. I had no appointment and was in need of an oil change on my truck. Other businesses in gainesville did not carry the type of oil needed for the oil change. Destin was my service contact person and he managed to get me in and out the same day in like 1-1.5 hrs. I am truly grateful to him and the person who serviced my car. Destin gets an A+ for customer care.
Lifesavers on Labor Day!
I had a flat tire on Labor Day while traveling with my kitten and other stores were either closed or not accommodating. I stopped by Firestone, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Mr. Joseph was incredibly kind, and the mechanics found the leak and had my tire patched and ready to go in under an hour. Even more importantly to me, they were understanding about my kitten.
It’s rare to find such efficient and compassionate service. I’m so grateful to the team - thank you again!
I went in for an alignment. They took 2.5 hours to MARGINALLY improve the pull to the right, stating the rims I have on the car are missing something, making it “impossible” to drive straight. Whatever. THEN TO TOP OFF when I get home I notice they dented and scratched my rear bumper. A waste of time, money, and now body damage. I wanted to crash out.
My car is always done in a timely manner. The counter guys are always kind and professional. I highly recommend this shop for honest and complete service!

I have always had a great experience at Firestone and today was no exception!! James was amazing!! I would give 10 stars if I could. I was given a quote of over $200 by *multiple* places to fix my tire pressure light, despite me insisting that the dealership had made a mistake and it just needed to be reset. I finally brought it to Firestone because they quoted me half of what the dealership quoted. I brought it in and James reset my scanner like I had begged the dealership to do; the light turned off, and it cost me less than $25!! Thank you so much, James
Great service! I was very tight on money and almost wasn’t able to get my vehicle fixed but these guys helped me out and got my truck fixed. Great people and great work that they do would recommend to everyone who needs tires and help with the mechanical issues!
Got my tires changed here recently and it got done quicker than I expected. Dustin was really helpful and didn’t push anything extra, just explained things clearly. Good experience, will return again
Getting the appointment was easy Getting there was terrible it took just over 3 hrs to turn 2 rotors install brake pads and change the oil. After leaving with my car it started to rain that's when I realized there was a mistake of oil covering the right half of the windshield, wiperblades and wiper cowling the dipstick wasn't all the way in the tube oil was on the core support and the oil spillage by the oil Filler cap wasn't wiped up. I just had major back surgery a few weeks ago and I was miserable just to find out that my wife's car was a mess. Luckily she wasn't driving when the oil got smeared all over the windshield. I was ASE and I CAR certified for 30 years this kind of work is unacceptable. I probably won't be back to this Firestone store again, I'm sorry this review was so negative but sometimes these things happen and they should never happen. Very sincerely Leon Hagan.
I was in a major hurry today (Sunday) and I called the shop and they took me right in and had me back on the road in 20 minutes with a new valve stem. Customer service was amazing! I will definitely be back for all my service needs!! I was in such a hurry I didn’t even catch the service advisor’s name but thank you to the advisor working today!
I specifically go to this location because of the poor service I received at the 13th St location. The Main Street location is far superior in every aspect. They answer their phones in a quick and timely manner. The service personnel are very welcoming and knowledgeable in answering any questions I have. Very friendly. I will keep using this location and plan on buying tires with the lifetime alignment service when the lifetime of my current tires is up. Thank you for the professionalism of this store.
Joseph was amazing, and really helped me choose the right blend for my car. They also pointed out that I have a free tire rotation because I had bought tires. A lot of times, people at car shops can be rude, but Joseph was amazing, and I will definitely be back!
The manager Nick Mons was very informative and knowledgeable of every question I’ve asked him for service on my vehicle. I drove from Iowa city to Des Moines to get my tires changed because I trusted him and his shop. Best Firestone location I’ve been too, highly recommend. I know he works really hard and he still gives great customer service. Keep up the good work
Destin was so professional and helpful that I had to leave a positive review even though Firestone wasn't able to do my service. The lead mechanic (whose name I didn't catch) was nice too and he did a great job explaining why they couldn't do my service. I also appreciate them being open on the weekend!
