We called 3 hours prior with a truck that wouldn’t start. Destin was able to get us in, did a full diagnostic, and discussed other options. Took great care of us, very economical, very honest, couldn’t be happier!
As always this location is awesome. Alyssa got me a next day appointment and then James went above and beyond to take care of me. I needed a lot of assistance for a flat tire caused by a pot hole. I had lost my voice due to illness, had to contact my Warranty company for reimbursement and needed my car back quickly. They took care of everything and had me back on the road the same day. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.
I was experiencing vehicle vibration from a set of new tires from a dealer for a couple months. Took my truck back repeatedly only to have the issue persist. Dealer said it was balanced but it is was still off. I took it to Firestone Dustin and Mark found issue with three of the four tires bot balanced properly. They even stayed past closing to make complete the inspection and balancing for me. These guys were knowledgeable and helpful. Go see them if you want honest quality work.
Destin was great to talk to, they set a great atmosphere for the store lobby, the whole staff was knowledgeable and fast, and I left very satisfied. This store is a testament as to why Firestone is the place to go for reliable car repairs no matter where you're at in the country!
brought my truck in today for front and rear brakes. once they got the truck up on the lift they called me into the shop to look at the brakes to show me that they were still in great shape and that it was not needed to replace them now. they went ahead and did a tire rotation. all of this and they didnt charge me a dime! Its nice to find a place you can TRUST with your vehicle and to find HONEST people! Both the front desk employee and the tech in the back were both friendly and provided great customer service. i will deff be back when it comes time for another service! Thanks Guys!

I have now visited this store 4 times. I have received great service every time. Always leave feeling satisfied with service and price. A gentleman by the name of Mark Twitty went above and beyond to ensure I was cared for. Will be back everytime my vehicle needs anything.
Destin provided excellent service for my 2 cars. He was very informative, communicative, and generous with coupon discounts, and he vouched for my car to be serviced during a schedule mix up.
All of the management staff at this location are knowledgeable and polite in my experience, but I recommend Destin to anyone concerned about trustworthiness. Today he quoted my girlfriend $23 for a tire patch(screw in tread), after her $400 quote from Tires Plus. An honest mechanic is worth his weight in platinum. Women are safe here. Spread the word.
Destin is great each and every time I come no up sale or anything just tells you what you need and why you may or may not need something. Love the 6 month same as cash, love the professionalism from everyone wouldn't go any other place.
The service was excellent! Mark the technician made me aware of my battery being low and Destin, the service manager, reminded me it was covered under warranty. James, the manager, was friendly when checking me out and I couldn't have ask for a better or more honest place to do business. I showed up on a Sunday, almost closing time, for a tire emergency on my car. The staff was available, more than two hours after the scheduled closing time, to help me continue my journey safely. They explained and showed me the problems and the necessary repairs. Despite this, I didn't pay any additional costs; in fact, they made sure I could spend as little as possible with the proposed repairs. Very professional, competent, and above all, humane. I hope everyone finds people like them in these situations.
One of the best experiences i’ve had here. They were quick despite us just being a walk-in and it being packed. They were extremely friendly and helpful despite everything. Definitely recommend coming here if you have issues!
Recently visited Firestone for service on my vehicle. Joe helped me save money on my oil change, and gave me a head's up on a tire sale they were having because he noted there was a recommendation on two new tires that came out after the oil change. He could have sold me tires that day but by giving me the heads up about the tire sale he saved me so much! 10/10 will be coming back for my future service needs.
I stopped in on what should have been one of the worst days, dealing with an unexpected repair. I had been all over town looking for someone who was willing to help me find a solution I could offer. I called Firestone on main street and spoke with Joe who took the time to ACTUALLY LISTEN to me and hear me out. He invited me to come in and see what they could do to help me out. I'm so glad I went. They were able to diagnose the cause of my issue, order the necessary parts and schedule me for the repair and make it affordable. He treated me like I was intelligent and capable, unlike many of the other shops who made me feel like I couldn't possibly understand something as complicated as a brake system. His demeanor, professionalism, and follow through will have me coming back for my future service and repair needs. Word of mouth is huge in this town, and he's getting all of my praises! I took extra cards from him to share with my family. Thank you for respecting my time, my wallet, and my stress level.
I scheduled an appointment on 10/28/25 at 8am and waited 30 minutes for them to even put my vehicle on the lift and waited another hour just for only 2 of my 4 tires to get mounted and balanced this is a 30 minute job at most I had to leave with mismatched tires when I went back to check on my vehicle when I noticed I'd been waiting for a hour and a half most of their techs were standing around I've gotten a lot of work done to my vehicles at firestone but I will never again step foot inside of one or give them my business you'd be better going to your local tire shop where they can give you good service and get you down the road in a reasonable amount of time
Ran over a nail on and developed a leak. As it was a Sunday, I was a little freaked out but took it to Firestone. As it's always busy, I was prepared for a long wait as a walk in and huge bill. In the end, I was there for an hour and the tire repaired at a reasonable cost. Kudos!

First off I was greeted by Dustin and just being greeted was a pleasure. He assisted me literally all day, lol. But, no the customer service was phenomenal not only by him but the whole team. Friendly, attentive and clean environment. Just can’t beat it! Thanks to you all on Main Street.
I’ve gone to this Firestone twice in the past few months and received wonderful customer service. The first time I went in my car stalled out in the back entrance and they got me squared away within a couple of hours with no appointment.
The second time was a quick tire change since I had picked up a nail in my apartment complex. Both times Destin worked with me to find an affordable solution and helped look for coupons and discounts that would apply. I will be returning when my car needs some maintenance.
This is my 2nd visit at this location # 014133 My experience at the 1st visit was very professional and knowledgeable. Destin Swatman is amazing with details, with answering any questions and with any of my concerns I had! Great customer service. My 2nd visit today 9/24 i came in for a oil change. As the inspections were done i was told i needed 2 new tires. All the concerns and questions i had were answered very clear and professional. Todays service was absolutely great! As a women I felt very comfortable with all information. I will definitely recommend this location. I am making this my home store going forward.

Had a coworker recommend this location to look at a tire that kept going low. Called and got an appointment same day. Very friendly, professional staff who got the issue fixed quickly and me on my way. Great customer service and I will be scheduling my next maintenance interval with them.
Getting the appointment was easy Getting there was terrible it took just over 3 hrs to turn 2 rotors install brake pads and change the oil. After leaving with my car it started to rain that's when I realized there was a mistake of oil covering the right half of the windshield, wiperblades and wiper cowling the dipstick wasn't all the way in the tube oil was on the core support and the oil spillage by the oil Filler cap wasn't wiped up. I just had major back surgery a few weeks ago and I was miserable just to find out that my wife's car was a mess. Luckily she wasn't driving when the oil got smeared all over the windshield. I was ASE and I CAR certified for 30 years this kind of work is unacceptable. I probably won't be back to this Firestone store again, I'm sorry this review was so negative but sometimes these things happen and they should never happen. Very sincerely Leon Hagan.
