  Thus far, they're doing great. I dropped my truck off earlier this week. Estimator has been doing great job keeping me updated on the status. Everyone I dealt with so far has been very professional. Truck isn't completed yet but hopefully soon. I am almost certain this Gerber will do as good a job as the Gerber I used in Port Charlotte FL 4 years ago.

  The staff is good but can’t say the same for technicians. My 2012 Toyota Prius was there for more than 4 months including the thanksgiving holidays. The manager was kind to offer me a loner car as courtesy but my car never got fully fixed and the reason given was the part backlog. I’m still making rounds trying to get it fixed, no luck so far.

  I was a wreck rookie! They made the whole experience SO easy for me to deal with. I was apprised of repair status the entire time, and was completed earlier than estimated. The repair work was so well done it was like nothing ever happened, and I know there's a rock solid warranty on their work! And they even washed the entire car so everything looks perfect again!
