I have to atone for a caustic one star review I previously gave. The front end was an aftermarket which did not fit. Auto ER was able to get OEM parts which did fit. The staff understood my frustration and patient with me which I appreciated. I learned about getting OEM parts as part of my insurance policy - cost: $6.00 more on my six month premiums. I’m much more satisfied for the redo but one star off for the inconvenience of having drop the truck off and pick it up.
Jesse and Bobby did good by me. I’m always suspicious of the automotive industry for good reason. Mistakes were made on the initial repair but were atoned for. I had follow up problems which could or could not have been attributed to the repair but they addressed them without debate. Would I recommend them? Yes. Check your repair to make sure it was done right but if there are any problems, they will work with you
Auto ER was great. I love their full diagnostic that they give when getting an oil change. They let you know the things that need to be done with your vehicle to keep it running smoothly.
Nick was fantastic at following up to check on the vehicle and making sure that everything was running smoothly. The fixed my back wiper blade arm as well and did a great job. I tried doing it myself and it didn't work out. They were able to fix it right away.
I brought my vehicle to Auto ER for a routine oil change. Immediately afterward, the car developed an oil leak that did not exist before. I returned right away, and the shop acknowledged the area was wet around the drain/oil pan area and documented it.
Instead of correcting the issue, I was forced to pay a $95 diagnostic fee for a problem that began directly after their service and was already known. The inspection photos provided did not clearly identify a single source of the leak, yet I was presented with a bundled estimate of approximately $1,700 for multiple unrelated seals.
When I questioned the diagnosis and asked for accountability, the manager, Nick, was dismissive and unprofessional. His tone and language were inappropriate, and the interaction felt more like intimidation than customer service.
I was not asking for free work, I was asking for responsibility and a clear root-cause explanation. Instead, I was pressured to accept costly repairs while the shop refused to acknowledge the connection to their oil change.
If you value transparency, respect, and accountability, I strongly suggest seeking service elsewhere.
I had an excellent experience with Auto ER on Archer Road. Nick took great care of my Sonata from start to finish and was very thorough with all the work performed. Nick handled my air conditioning repair and worked directly with my extended warranty company, which made it stress free for me. They also installed new tires and completed additional repairs. Everything was explained in a way I could understand and was affordable. My car runs great and truly appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Auto ER and Nick as my service advisor.

Got into a small accident where it resulted in someone hitting my vehicle in the right bumper area. The other driver's insurance company suggested this business as an option to get my vehicle fixed, and I went with it since it was fairly close to my job. Process was simple...Jesse (manager) inspected my vehicle, sent the invoice over to the insurance company and we set a date for me to come back and drop off my vehicle. After a week and a half, they called to inform me it was ready to be picked up. I was satisfied and surprised because they gave me updates along the whole way, which is hard to find in a business. Usually, you have to call and find out or ask yourself. Staff were great in my opinion, super friendly & informative. The establishment itself was clean. Once I got there to get my vehicle, I was blown away at the detail and work they did on my car. It was like nothing ever happened. Will definitely go to them in the near future, but hopefully under a different circumstance.
i had the privilege of working with Nick on my 2015 Nissan Juke Nismo. i mean, this place is very hard to beat, service and quality wise. I had a check engine light in my 2015 Lincoln. I took it to AutoZone to get a diagnostic done, but even after the diagnostic i was still lost with what was wrong with the car. I dropped off my car at AutoER and Nick was SUPER helpful at explaining everything they found with the vehicle inspection. Mind you i’m a college student and don’t have much to cover for these expenses. I had to repair something with the emissions and also the reset suspension so nothing super cheap. But they offered a reasonable price and were not over charging. Also Nick was super helpful in prioritizing exactly what I should get replaced and what could wait a little longer. Super helpful and appreciative of Nick taking the time to explain things clearly to feel confident in what i was getting done to the car. Also AutoER gave me a student discount for going to UF, very appreciated!
I had a terrible experience with Auto ER, particularly Nick, the sales person. I was on my way to replace my exploded tire from another shop who offered $138 for a new tire. I stopped at the WAWa gas station on Archer Rd. I saw Auto ER next door. B/C my driver side mirror fell off and I also need an oil change, I asked Nick on the other side of the grass. He took a look and said he can do all three things for me, including “put the mirror back”. This conversation happened on the WAWA side. I pulled my car to the Auto ER lot. Nick gave me a quote of $345 with a new tire, again for tire, oil change and putting the mirror back. he forgot the mirror at the first place but his colleague taped my mirror as shown in the photo below, asking me to go back next morning. However, he found that it’s more difficult to put the mirror back than he thought. His body shop said I need a new mirror. Nick also lied that he never said he would put my mirror back. Said he only agreed to take a look. What a liar! Basically, he sold me a continental tire for ~$300 while I could get one for less than half the price from the other place.
Auto ER is the best. They’re so kind and honest, and have saved my car on multiple occasions. Nick, the shop manager, always tells it as it is with no funny business. I highly recommend Auto ER to anyone in need of vehicle advice or service.
It's tough to find a shop in Gainesville willing to tackle aftermarket installations, but Auto ER not only took on the job, but Rafy and Jesse absolutely went above and beyond! Their professionalism and expertise were top tier.
I needed an aftermarket rear diffuser installed, which a previous shop had botched with super glue (a nightmare!). Rafy and Jesse at Auto ER were incredibly understanding and friendly. They expertly cleaned off all the old glue, reinstalled the diffuser correctly, and in an amazing display of customer service, they ended up installing the part for free!
Throughout the entire process, communication was timely and clear. The wait room was also fantastic, making the whole experience stress-free. I've found my new go-to shop. Highly recommend them for any work, especially challenging aftermarket jobs!
Extremely great service. Was having an issue with my tires and drove by close to closing on the off chance they could help and they didn’t hesitate to assist despite it being late. The manager, Nick was awesome and more than willing to help. Also explained a lot of stuff about my car and some of the services that they offer which was greatly appreciated. Planning to use them on future services as their willingness to help and not hesitating to explain things about their services was extremely helpful.
A smooth and wonderful experience. Auto ER is my go to for my oil change, but this time it was a first for getting work done on my vehicle from them. Tim and Al both helped me and provided an excellent service by answering any of my questions and assessing my concern. They are very thorough. Bobby from AutoER has been incredibly helpful to me. I got into an accident that badly damaged the passenger side of my car. Nissan quoted me $7,000 just to fix some of the damage as a 23-year-old student, there was no way I could afford that. My dad, who’s a big fan of Bobby, told me to take my car to AutoER instead. Bobby took a look at it and immediately put me at ease. He was able to repair it so I could drive safely again and for just a fraction of what Nissan tried to charge me. I’m so grateful for his honesty and skill. I’ll definitely be coming back he’s replacing my bumper for me and for any future work I need. I travel to Gainesville periodically, but this time I started hearing a loud noise from my car. I googled auto places and Auto ER was one of the choices. I called and Nick was professional and courteous! I arrived and was immediately impressed. Their honesty is what stood out for me. My car issue turned out to be minor but the staff still thoroughly inspected my car. They did find some other issues and they made sure to provide a "very thorough" diagnostic report. The technicians were nice and physically showed me what was found and what they did. I could say more but I'll sum this up. Auto ER was absolutely wonderful to work with. They have the friendliest office in Gainesville, where every employee I interacted with was genuinely warm and attentive. I went for a collision repair and the repairs make the car look brand new. I also appreciated how they washed and cleaned the in and outside of my vehicle when they were done. Thank you! For someone who has high standards and only gives one chance for mechanics and auto shops, I can safely say I have gone back to AutoER a few times and will continue to do so. These people treat a vehicle like a nurse does their patient. They up front and honest, but not trying to steal your money. I’ve been here multiple times now, for an Evap System leak, sensor issues, and body work for my passenger door. Not only did they fix each issue super quickly, the service was amazing, genuinely some of the kindest people. Pricing is also very reasonable. You can tell they care about you, your car, safety, and experience. Jesse was extremely helpful with the body repair work. Highly recommend, will definitely keep coming back!!
Great experience at auto ER they have a phenomenal shuttle service. They took me everywhere I needed to go while my mustang was in the shop. Nick was an amazing advisor got me in quick and out even quicker with no problems. Car came back to me in good shape as well real top tier mechanics here. This is my second car I’ve taken to them and all had gone well. A little pricey but for the accommodations, excellent service and the warranty on any parts you get it’s much worth it. On top of it they were still cheaper than the dealership and the dealership doesn’t give you half the accommodations.

I brought my car in for a full front axle brake job, a coolant flush and replacement of my front tires. I received an estimate on all the work I wanted done in a couple of hours. I appreciate the thoroughness of their diagnostics as I had no clue my plugs were 20k miles past their lifespan! The mechanics got to work after I gave my approval on the issues they found, and I got my car back the next day! Now she is driving better than when I got her!
I love the free estimate, and Nick was very sweet, honest, and genuine when dealing with me calling multiple times to check up on my baby!
Only hiccup was a missing plastic tab on some cable cover in my engine bay which was no big deal; they replaced it in just a couple minutes when I brought my car in the next day.
