I had to get my car towed today and they sent me suburban!! Jason was the one who responded to the call!! He was very quick to get there quickly attached my vehicle and was awesome to talk to on the way to my repair shop!!! He has an injured arm yet performed so professional and was very understanding and helpful!!! Thank you so much !!!
Requested battery jump service through insurance roadside assistance, however they cancelled the service assuming that the electric car battery was dead vs the 12V battery being dead. A simple call could have avoided confusion and completed the requested help.
They came out to jump to start my truck at the Wawa, helped us try to diagnose the problem, went through the whole triple a quick fix manual, called another mechanic to make sure they weren't missing anything, then helped us get a tow truck. 100% 5 .
Jeffrey showed up very quickly and helped me with starting my vehicle. He went above and beyond and even waited until he knew I was not going to stall again and I was SAFE. Thank you so much for your help and patience.
Had our car stuck in neutral and called after being recommended by Midas. Nate and Michael were nice and respectful and Nate, our driver, was there in about 15 minutes and drove us there.

If I could give -5 stars I would. This company was requested through my insurance. When the driver arrived at my apartment complex he called me for a gate code, which I was never provided a code so I told him I didn’t have one. As I tried to explain to him how to gain access, he rudely cut me off and hung up the phone. The driver then went to the property manager and complained about me not giving him a code, he also called my insurance company. After waiting at my car for 5 mins, I drove the car to the gate. The driver was parked at the property leasing office, so I approached him to explain about the gate and he immediately went off and tried to argue with me about it. He also refused to take my car because I didn’t have a gate code to give him. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional! He never gave me his name but he claimed to be the owner.
My car lost its ability to shift gears while I was in the middle of an intersection; thankfully I was able to place it in third gear for just long enough to park at the local grocery store. I felt lucky enough that this happened only a few blocks from my house, but the issue of having my vehicle moved still remained. After several attempts to contact other towing services, Suburban gave me an estimate of my wait (60 mins, shorter than everyone else's estimates at the time) and I sat tight.
Their driver arrived in half of the estimated time frame, which was incredibly appreciated as I was already late to work due to this situation. I was expecting for this experience to be a stressful nightmare, but their friendliness and patience made my situation so, so much more bearable. The amount of time spent between their arrival in the parking lot - to sharing a friendly goodbye after my car was parked back onto my property and paperwork was signed - lasted about twenty minutes altogether. Their fare was more than reasonable and I legitimately could not have expected better service than what I received.
Obviously, I hope I won't have to rely on a towing service anytime in the near future. However, if I do, I will immediately be contacting Suburban Roadside Service. Thank you so much for the friendly and efficient help!
I broke down in Gainesville while traveling in my truck with my mobility scooter on the back of my truck. Being broke down in a strange town is hard enough but when you can't walk, it really gets scary. After calling a few places who couldn't tow me because of my scooter on the back, I found this wonderful and compassionate company. Not only were they able to tow my truck but they towed it back to New Port Richey ( 2 1/2 hours away). And at a good rate! Thanks for all you did to make this lady feel safe
We had a rental break down and needed a tow. However, there were 6 of us and had trouble getting transportation as it was the middle of the night. They went above and beyond to wait for us and help find accommodations. I highly recommend!
Took them a bit to get over to me but busy day, driver took great care of my motorcycle and to secure it. Even took me over to the animal hospital before they closed to pick up the remains of my dog which was the only reason I was even in town
Nathan was great! My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon on I75, when I was 200 miles from home and 30 miles from a dealership. He was there quickly and did a great job towing my car to the dealer. I greatly appreciated his kindness and professional manner. Thanks!!

Great Fast service.I couldnt get the car to start, I waited 15 mins and Michael was there. Couldnt believe it! often i find myself waiting hours. I would recommend this roadside service to anyone anytime.
