My entire family and friends use Archer Automotive. I have been using them for at least 20 years. I love Joe and Richard. All the mechanics are great.They do a great job. Customer service is excellent. Lisa is extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

By far the worst shop experience I’ve EVER HAD!!!! I brought my truck there and they made me wait 2 weeks just to tell me I needed an entire new engine which was not true at all and would’ve costed me another $10,000 min. I brought it too another shop and they had my problem figured out in a week(it wasn’t my engine). The guy was mean to me on the phone terrible customer service, they had no knowledge on how to fix my truck and they lied straight through there teeth to me. By far the worst shop I’ve ever been to

This is a very reliable Automotive shop they did a great job with replacing my 2019 Chevy high country motor they even check in on it after 1000 miles after they followed up on some questions I had the day after I pick it up they are the best. Completed the service quickly and were very nice people. They are an auto repair shop, which is always expensive, and I did think it was a bit absurd to charge the customer for using a card. Their response is “well you can pay in cash “, but who is walking around with 2 grand in cash on them at any given time? Good service and turned around quickly though.

Excellent location, completely trustworthy employees. I should have left a five star review years ago, but everyone knows they're great so I don't think they really need my rating.

They are absolutely great! Had a blown fuel line on my Deisel. Dropped it off, and the next day, they had it done! Even though the part was discontinued and they had to make the line themselves! They have my future business.

Good people! Good service! A Service guy ruined right wheel well of my dually truck , while getting into the bay ( super wide truck accidents happen) . They apologized and had it fixed at no charge . And that’s how they won . I have been taking my truck there for years since . And will continue to as long as I can. It means something to be accountable when a mistake is made .i trust these guys to do a good job .

I have brought 2 different Mazda's here for service since last November. I am so pleased with the service, the staff, the quality of their work. I highly recommend bringing any vehicle to Archer Automotive. They are honest, reliable, reasonably priced and just know what they are doing!!! The experience from beginning to end is worthy of 5 (or more) stars. I have complete faith in always calling them when I need help. Special shout to Ryan who fixed a minor car issue with my 2007 Mazda 6 last November when 4 other places couldn't, Mike who did my alignment last month on my Mazda 5 and checked the brakes and said they were fine!!! I am adding more comments to my review about a year ago. Archer Automotive continues to impress me with their integrity, knowledge, helpfulness and the principles of doing things right, fair prices. I could go on and on but I won't. I hope anyone who reads the positive reviews will call for an appt. when you have car issues. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Joe has the patience of a saint for sure and all the staff is professional, friendly and willingness to serve to the best of their ability! Special shoutout to Lisa. This used to be a reputable family business. Now it’s just another dishonest lube and up-sale you an air filter shop. They’ll also take parts off of your car and lie to you about the condition then throw them away without your consent. Do not bring your car here if you care about it.

These guys are amazing! Over the 9 years that I have been going there they have always gone above and beyond. Had a situation where a part failed almost 6 months later and they replaced the part and reinstalled free of charge. They said it was under warranty. Most recently I got a flat tire while traveling, had the flat repaired at another shop in Volusia county. That shop told me that I needed a very costly repair which I declined. I brought it to Archer Automotive for them to diagnose. When they called me back they had great news, the repair didn't need to be done. First class here! Thank you!

Very professional, nice, relatable, and honest employees! I have been going here a few years now. They don't screw you on prices. They don't treat women like idiots, like most mechanics do. Also, they can almost always get you on the schedule quickly or at the last minute for emergencies without charging extra. Won't go anywhere else for my vehicles.

What a great team - they always get you in as soon as they can, diagnostics are quick and they don't charge an arm and a leg like dealerships. Appreciate their honesty and transparency in the repair process. Highly recommend for everything from oil changes to all repairs.

Had an emergency situation where my car was nearly unable to be driven. Fortunately, Ryan came out to check out the condition of the car and even trailed behind on the way to the shop. The repair itself was very quick, efficient, and everything was fixed perfectly:). Ryan and staff were beyond excellent, have great prices, and super helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough!:)

Very friendly staff!! Highly recommend and they don't charge to find out what's wrong with your vehicle either. I've been to other places and when I get my vehicle back I swear something else is wrong with it but this place has always given mine back at 100% so thank you for your hard and honest work

I brought my F250 in because it was leaking oil towards the front of the engine and to also replace the body mounts. I talked to a guy for a while that said he did the bigger jobs on the F250 diesels and would do the work and that it looked like the vacuum pump was leaking and a common cause of leaks. He said if it were him, he would replace the gasket and torque it back down to spec. He said he would also clean all the oil off so it would be easy to keep an eye on and see if it stopped leaking. I also asked if they could get the expensive body mounts that come with a lifetime guarantee and he told me it would probably be easier for me to order them and bring in which I was fine with and did. I also printed out and read the instructions which were specific and said they had to be installed by hand without an impact wrench. I took the truck in for it's appt and asked to talk to the guy which I saw walk by the door and they said he was in the back and even after insisting, they wouldn't get him and said they would relay anything so I mentioned the warranty and not to use an impact wrench. I even found someone else to ask to get the guy and called back an hour later and still was never able to talk to him again. When I went to pick up the truck I paid and they sent someone to get it and were done with me. But I asked if they found anything else that looked like it needed attention so they went back in the computer and said there was a note that the AC blower wasn't working right. It worked fine when I dropped it off so I assumed it didn't pass a test or wasn't blowing as hard as it should, etc. When I got in the truck and turned on the AC it was completely dead. So I went back inside and told them it worked fine when I dropped it off and after some back and forth they got someone to look at it and eventually found something that wasn't plugged in good, or I was told, even though what they worked on shouldn't have been anywhere near the AC blower. They were going to send me down the road without the AC working but luckily I asked and said something as I use the windows a lot and have no idea when I would have noticed, but after an hour and a half it was working and I had my young daughter with me since I was just supposed to pick it up, so we left. Once home I found multiple other issues. They didn't clean the oil off like I was told and it looks wet so I have no idea if it's still leaking. When I went to open the hood I noticed the grill was touching the hood on one side and I could see indentations in the plastic where the screw had been previously which was easy to see so I loosened it and pulled the grill out to where it was and so there was an even 1/4"+ gap and not touching. It definitely was not like that and anyone that takes the grill off frequently or has any pride in their work would check that the gap was even and not hitting the hood. This makes me question if their main F250 diesel mechanic did the work or someone else? Also, the brand new bolts for the body mounts were marred on half of each face of the bolt head, where a socket would touch when tightening. I don't know what they used but I can't see that happening if tightened by hand and would be much more likely to happen with an impact wrench due to the "impact". Was an impact wrench used and did it cause whatever happens that they tell you not to use that tool and void the warranty? Will they honor the lifetime warranty if something does happen? There were a couple other things but this is already a short book... All in all, enough to make me question how good the work is and be hesitant enough NOT to recommend them to others.

You get what you pay for. I pay for quality work at reasonable prices. We've never had to take a vehicle back over and over before it's really fixed. They get it right the first time, that's a bonus. Highly Recommend them all the time.

Let me just start with Lisa! What a pleasure it was dealing with her! helpful attitude and actually called me back when she said she would. Secondly, they figured out that my duramax had a very “needle in the haystack” electrical problem in like 3 days! This is after my truck sat at multiple other local mechanics for months waiting for service. They definitely saved the day for me.

Always giving me the best product courteous fast service. They truly take care of the working man to keep them going so as not to lose a step. I a m in the process of buying another 7.3 diesel F-250 super duty 4×4 lariat with 264,000 miles. They told me it was for sale and that the owner had to replace 3 injectors. I negotiated a price with owner and they are fixing it as we speak. They are top notch in diesel repair know all the ins and outs in trouble shooting. Wouldn't want anyone else working on my vehicles.

My experience with Archer Automotive has been very pleasant. They are friendly, professional, and quite accommodating. I drive almost all day every day for work and rely on my car for my living. Every time I have had a concern about my vehicle they have been very generous with their time to resolve the issue quickly. Also much more affordable maintenance costs than some other places I've been.

I showed up on their doorstep at 0730 today. They had a busy schedule but worked me in quickly. My vehicle is my only transport. They were kind, informative, and treated me wonderfully. Friendly, honest and reasonably priced. My husband is a mechanic by nature and trade. Now in management at a large service company, he no longer has time to for our vehicles. He trusts no one else! I sent a single friend there because she didn't trust the last place she went. She was very happy with their honesty about what needed to be done and what didn't.
