The Driver was so rude then hung up on me when I asked questions. Reached out to them at 4pm, the driver stated he had another call but I could pay him $100 to wait there togather in order to gather my sons belongs out of the vehicle.
Excellent and fast service. The owner, Harry, is very kind and helpful when I called and told them my car situation. They got my car towed within 30 minutes of calling. As a young girl, car mishaps are my worst nightmare, but A-1 Towing made it so easy and hassle-free. The driver was incredibly friendly and gave me a ride nearby. Would recommend to anyone in the area! I also heard they do long-distance towing!

Todd is just exceptional!!! The alternator on my SUV malfunctioned. I didn’t know when I got out of the it that everything would auto lock on a newer vehicle. Todd crawled under the vehicle and using wrenches got the vehicle prepped to tow. Not many guys would be skilled enough or brave enough to do this on I75. The charges were very reasonable despite all the problems he had to solve. Thank you so much! Call A-1 if you need a tow!!!
Got a lockout service from a gentleman in High Springs 10/26. He clearly and promptly communicated his timeliness and delivered ahead of schedule. Very clean truck and professional service!
Had a positive experience with a1 towing. My turo rental broke down. Derek from A1 showed up about an hour later and had to drive the vehicle 2.5 hours away. He was helpful, pleasant, and professional!!!
Our insurance company dispatched A1 for our roadside assistance tow. Driver could not find us, his 3rd call to us was "I can't find you and I don't need attitude, find someone else to help you". We did not give attitude, simply tried to give him directions. Owner's response was "I don't wish to argue with you, report it to the insurance company". Definitely do not recommend this company. Shout out, however, to Spartan Towing who provided excellent service.
I essentially had a very positive contact with A-1 Towing of Alachua at NW Nano Ct. in Aachua. Tow truck and driver arriving within 20 minutes of my call to Allstate Roadside and, the driver was very polite and swift in the dispatch of his duties. When I get the drivers first name I will review again. Meanwhile, you cannot go wrong with A-1 Towing Service of Alachua. They get my vote and two thumbs way up too. !!!
Complete rip off. All they did was rip off a single mom with 3 kids. Literally towed her 5 to 10 miles for 240$. She called another co many and they are willing to tow her 40 miles for 30$ less.
