Long story short improperly towed and all-wheel drive vehicle over 90 miles start at the vehicle up after the crash pushing all the radiator fluid and all the transmission fluid out and then drove it in properly towed without a dolly with only the front wheels off the ground with a tow strap as opposed to the ones that go around the wheels and fighting with them now for the transmission damage or a vehicle that is not being sold at auction that was only supposed to have an estimate as to the repairs and then return to myself they completely destroyed my transmission on a 90 mile drive with no transmission fluid and it all wheel drive truck that by all requirements from Ford is supposed to be darling only or damage will occur
My car was totaled out by my insurance, Copart took my vehicle from my residence without confirmation before I had an opportunity to empty my vehicle or remove the license plate; we contacted our insurance and were able to track down my vehicle fairly quickly. By the time I had gotten there someone had already removed most of my personal affects and valuables, they were “found in the trash”, it took a state trooper showing up before the majority of my items were returned; Im still missing priceless, irreplaceable work memorabilia, so that’s fun. Wish I could give this place 0 stars.
Wish I could give it 0 stars but I guess one is as low as I can go. My car had minor body damage but Allstate said due to the year and milage it was a total loss. They needed it evaluated by a shop and I wanted to use a reputable one near me but nope copart had to do it. My expectations that my car would be safe we’re so low they were practically on the ground but copart brought a shovel and started digging. They “ripped” my license plate off with a fork lift which apparently is standard procedure there after speaking to a customer service rep, broke my seat, scuffed the bumper with the forklift, had oil sprayed on the front of the vehicle, and busted my fog lights. Allstate says that I have to deal with them but Sasha card GM, Sam Harrel, and Rachel Gaines AGM all refuse to speak with me when I call.
Ok well what can I say. SMH. Let's just say thanks to the ladies who work here cause if yall weren't there ..... anyway ...... what a mess .. definitely ain't for a lady but should have a little better way of retrieving a car ..
I bought Odyssey from this place where I found the catalytic converter was stolen. I am not sure whether it was stolen at Copart or by the truck driver who picked the car before heading to my place that takes nine hours.
This yard still owes me storage money , they held a car I bought and payed i tried to pickup up and they declined me service. Just like others reported.
every time prior to this incident the yard workers would make up a new rule every time we would come there.
I have been to many copart locations in the past this yard is absolutely the most disorganized mess I've ever encountered.

Very poor customer service. They had me and 2 others outside waiting for over 40 minutes and they told each of us they will be with us in 5 minutes. Then when I called to see why we are still waiting the lady transferred my call twice without even asking what I needed. I was only there to drop off a key.
I arrive to this branch at 4 pm on Friday, to pick up 3 vehicles. Copart stop scheduling loads at 4:30 pm. Tha manager, a woman, was very rude, and, said she will not load the cars because they have another 12 truckers waiting. Actually, it was only 2 trucks waiting. I drove almost 4 hours to pick up that load, and I lost my time and diesel, and she just said "come back on Monday" . Of curse she will get 180 in storage for the 3 vehicles. Really bad and lazy people, with bad customers service skills.
Went down to check out a listing w/o intent to buy. Couldn't even enter the facilities, let alone look at the vehicle because I didn't have a membership.
Every time you come here to pick up vehicles the loaders are super slow to work and always have some type of issues going on. It's not busy and still takes you an hour to get loaded. While loaders sit on equipment doing nothing getting free money. Smh what a day at Copart in Seaford Delaware.
PURCHASED SEVERAL VEHICLES FROM COPART AND AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE WAY THEY HANDLE BUSINESS..WOULD LIKE TO PAY LESS FEES BUT BUSINESS IS BUSINESS.

Copart is one of the biggest retailers for insurance write-off vehicles in the nation you can bid for any item at any location online which makes it extremely useful. For those that don't know you can only acquire a complete car or should I say Wwhat's left of a car they do not sell individual parts like a normal junkyard.
Pretty easy to deal with, the company does sell cars, but not like a regular dealer, you must have a business license to buy here, and be registered with the company as a buyer.
Disclaimer- I work here. I will nit get anything for this review, just hope clear some things up for the general public.
We do not sell parts of any kind. Only whole vehicles. In order to buy cars you must have a business license, dealer license or wholesale license. These are mostly salvage vehicle. Be sure you know what your a bidding on. These cars are here for a reason. All cars are not guaranteed, sold as is where is and our description of the vehicles is just a general guide of the vehicle. Does not mean you can drive them hone, they can be fixed or that all damage can be seen by us or you. Be sure to inspect the vehicle, or pay a appraiser, and do your homework PRIOR to buying. Will save you money and headaches in the log run, trust me.
