Brought my vehicle in for what I thought would be routine service, however things where far more complicated than I'd originally thought. The mechanics and service département kept me informed throughout the job and provide options with pricing information at each step. The provided me with a courtesy ride home while performing the needed work within in cost quoted. Extremely professional outfit!

I appreciated a thorough conversation and writing up a quote for my review before purchasing my new tires. Matt was very helpful in giving me three tires he would recommend to choose from. The fact that they are close by, honest and the prices were good was enough for me to schedule my appointment. My new tires are great!

I had a big screw in my back right tire on my Jeep. I called them and they said bring it in right now and they would try to fix the tire. Unfortunately, a screw was in the side of the tire on the inside, which means the tire had to be replaced. So they ordered the tire for me right away went back the next day they asked me to come around 11 AM. The next day I showed up they had me out of there in five minutes. I can’t tell you how efficient that they run that shop. We take our cars there for everything that we need. It’s really hard to find quality service nowadays ! Thank you, Oceanview tire

A great experience from check in through check out. Had an oil change on my 2016 Audi Q5 and asked them to check a slow leak on a tire. Found the leak and repaired it expertly. Price for all was fair and the service technician left his name and a note. I'll be back.

Great to work with. Oil change cost is fair. Needed to change my engine and cabin air filters (admittedly it had been a while and needed done). Labor for that was double what I would have expected. I would change them myself but we are in the middle of a nasty cold snap so I had them do it. Overall satisfied but not sure I’ll do anything but oil changes there anymore.

We had previously used these guys before and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We were forced this time to use them again, against my better judgement, but it was an emergency. We were pleasantly surprised to find how much they’ve improved. The service was exceptional and the price was great. I’m not sure if they’ve changed ownership or management, but they are much improved. Matt and Vaughn were great help. Thank you.

I was so pleased with the customer service experience- they were friendly and fast and helped me get my tire fixed before the big winter storm. So refreshing to have such a great customer service experience!

Professional and courteous service is what you’ll find at the location. After finding my tire was flat; managed to inflate and drive to the service center approximately 20 before they were due to close. No hesitation from anyone we encountered. We decided it needed not a repair but a replace. Smooth from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

I thought they were very reasonable in pricing for their services. Very professional and explained everything the car needed at the time of service. Being new to the area I was very nervous about finding a new auto repair shop, but they made me feel very comfortable at the time of service. Definitely will be returning.

Although my tires were not in stock, Jen ordered them and they arrived within a few days. The install was quick, and the waiting area was clean and stocked with nice complementary coffee and snacks. I would definitely recommend Ocean Area Tire!

I had a very pleasant experience in obtaining four new tires. Ocean View Goodyear Tire was able to install and align the tires on a Saturday. Great work, guy and gal!!!

The purchase and installment of four tires was seamless. Jen at the service desk provided options and was clear and concise on what was available along with price points. The service team had me in and out of the shop pretty quickly. It is also obvious the mechanics/Technicians care about the quality of their work.

We went to get a new set of tires. Was very easy to schedule and the price was very reasonable. After getting there, they were able to take us a few minutes early, which was great. The tech started working and then let us know we needed new brake pads for our rear tires and recommended replacing our brake fluid. The pads were below the 3mm min required, so agreed to those, and since it has been over 5 years since our fluid was replaced we agreed for that service too. They performed the work and the final amount was a good value. Thank you for your professionalism and level of service!!!

We took my girlfriends fathers car in to have a tire replaced. The staff was polite and helpful. The service was provided quickly and the price came in as quoted.

I was very pleased with Ocean Area Tire. My wife had picked up a nail in her tire which needed to be fixed. Luckily the tire was not losing a lot of air and was able to schedule repair for later in the week. Ocean Area Tire took my car in at the scheduled time and had me out the door within 30 minutes. The staff were very polite as well. I would highly recommend Ocean area Tire.

Great service. I was visiting from out of town had a flat tire and got towed to them without advance notice. They got me the tire my car required the next morning and got me back on the road so I could get home in time. Really good customer service.

Unfortunately, two nails punctured one of my tires which could not be repaired. A new tire was needed. Ocean Area Tire Ocean View was able to quickly order a new tire and get me back on the road. Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The actual tire replacement appointment took less than 1/2 hr!

Had flat tire and they ordered the tires from their warehouse to be delivered the next day. They drove us home and car had new tires the next day with a pick up from them as well. Courteous and great customer care. Will take the car for our next time up there as well.

This was my first visit to this OAT and I was very impressed! Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Jenn is an asset to this establishment. Paul/Saul expertly serviced my car, and I was pleased with the recommendations. I received a complete write up of the recommendations and I will return to this store with confidence that the upgrades will be done professionally. This level of service is rare and refreshing!

Stopped in with a tire leak on a Saturday morning to see if they had time to take a look and see if they could fix it. I was willing to wait or come back but they were waiting for parts for another repair so they fit me in. Tech was able to patch my tire and get me on the road within 30 minutes. Staff were very courteous. Waiting area was clean and comfortable with a coffee station ready. I will be a return customer when the time comes.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Ocean Area Tire! I called to set up an appointment and they were able to get my tire brand and size ordered, as well as set me up for an appointment within two days! Once I arrived for my appointment, they offered me free shuttle service to take me back to my house and picked me up when my car was ready! Ocean Area Tire cares a lot about their customers, you can tell with how their customer service skills are! I was more than impressed with this experience! I felt the price was more than fair and the service was exceptional! I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Worked with Ocean Area Tire in Ocean View to have new summer tires mounted on new forged wheels. From scheduling through to pick up, they did a great job. Understood the need to handle the wheels with extra care. Worked with me without issue to reschedule twice due to parts availability. I got the wheels back, and after install and a couple test drives, I confirmed they are in perfect condition and the balance on all four is spot on. I’m new to the area and it’s always a bit nerve wracking finding auto shops you can trust, especially dealing with performance parts and cars. My mind is at ease with Ocean Area Tire in Ocean View!

Hands down my new favorite place! The owner chatted with me about Halloween and trick or treating while I waited. They replaced all 4 tires on my 2016 MKC. The work was immaculate and the price was spot on. Thank you so much! Will be coming back and referring all my friends. 10/10
