I can't say the gentleman that dropped my son's car off last night at almost midnight couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. What I can say is the truck he was driving the diesel exhaust fumes from the muffler and exhaust being broken coming up over the sides is going to make him very very if not terminally ill it turned my stomach and gave me a headache standing out there for the 15 minutes it took him to unload it his lights were horrible he couldn't even see what he was doing thank goodness I had a big spotlight so he can see because the lights are on the truck instead of the bed of the truck I really hope that this gentleman gets the exhaust on that truck fixed and the lights get fixed on that truck so he can see what he's doing at night.
I called to have my Envoy towed back to my house. The owner answered right away. The driver than called me in about 5 minutes. He went right to my Envoy which was on the otherside of millsboro during rush hour.
Had it back very quick. The driver "John" was very down to earth and knew what he was doing. Good people!

Never had much luck with other tow companies. These guys were promt and wonderful. The driver was an absolute sweetheart. I definitely recommend and will be using them again.
After I got off the phone with the driver, I said to my wife..that's the best guy I've dealt with in quite a while. John showed up 15 mins after the phone call. His service was impeccable with a very friendly and professionally demeanor. That's a rare commodity this day and age. The whole experience was pleasant from top to bottom.

Barnes towing was super easy to work with. I called on a Friday and asked them to tow my car on Monday and they were here around 8:30 Monday morning. We had a problem where our key was stuck in the ignition and the car wouldn't start. The driver was able to work around the problem and quickly came up with a solution. Thanks, Barnes Towing!!!
Flat bed tow for Kayak trailer with bent axel. Called around 7 or 8 in the morning and of the 7 places I called they were the only ones that answered! They were prompt, professional, and I definitely recommend their towing service should the need arise!
They were EXTREMELY quick, on a busy Saturday at the beach, and had very reasonable rates that with their electronic invoice/receipt, I was able to get reimbursed same day, from my insurance company. PLEASE become USAA certified, bc they defaulted to you bc their certified operators, were not even picking up their calls! You made the overall van repair experience that occured days later happenuch faster.
Went to the business and explained what my problem is. Will get right on it was the response. Sure enough half hour later at my locale vehicle was put on a flatbed taken to the dealership with kid gloves. Very impressive overall. We were at our vacation home and our trailer slipped off a dock while launching our boat. Needless to say the trailer needed towed to a repair shop. I called Barnes towing and they were fast ,professional and very reasonable. You won’t go wrong using them.
These guys are absolutely horrible! OnStar should be embarrassed to be partnered with them. I called OnStar who contacted Barnes on my behalf. They cancelled the pick up 3 times before finally coming. Mind you this is a short summary of 6 hours of waiting and calling OnStar again and again. Barnes finally sends someone out to tow the vehicle with the wrong type of tow truck. The driver tells me he need to try to jump my vehicle but somehow doesn’t have a jump box. He said he was going to run up the street to get a jump box. After an hour of waiting, I find out that they cancelled the tow again. I finally gave up and called Coastal towing. They were right over to pick up my vehicle. If you want to waste a day call Barnes. If not, call someone else. If you have OnStar and they say they are calling Barnes for you, demand that they call someone else or you’ll surely be in trouble. These guys are the worst!!!
I have used Barnes a couple of times now. Their rates are reasonable. They provide quick service, and if they are backed up they are honest. Our tow truck driver has always been polite and personable. They are officially my go to tower.
