Blew the radiator in my Subaru Forester on the side of the highway south of Dewey Beach. Limped it to a hotel parking lot in Dewey. Called Shocker Towing, they had a truck out to me in a little over an hour. When they arrived, they asked me a couple basic questions and told me I could head home (had a ride back, fortunately) and about twenty minutes after I arrived home, they showed up with my car.
This was my first time dealing with a towing company and it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Shocker Towing to anyone.

John was awesome! My car wouldn’t start John came out to my home and didn’t just tow it. He took some time to check it out and see if he couldn’t help me solve the problem. He was able to get it started. He kept it real with me about the odds and what may need to happen. He happily towed it to where I wanted. Later called me to ensure it had been dropped off and told me he was able to start my car again. Made suggestions on things I should mention to the dealership to help make the process faster. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My car was flooded in Ocean City, Maryland over the weekend, and this towing company came to me after I had been waiting for them for two hours By this time, I needed to be towed two miles away rather than to their storage yard about 20 miles away...The person who came with the tow truck was very rude and inflexible. He left without towing us anywhere, and we had to call another towing company. I was extremely disappointed with this very poor customer service and would rate less than one star if I could.
Anthony from shocker towing arrived at a timely fashion, he greeted me, hooked everything up, and hauled my car to its destination in a professional manner. If anyone asked me who I would prefer for towing and recovery it would for sure be shocker towing.
