I recently moved to the Lewes area and needed to find additional storage close to home. I called with very short notice to reserve a unit an was able to smoothly process my reservation and get my items into storage. Cara was extremely helpful and made the the check in process extremely easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a local storage facility

Very clean, modern storage facility. Very secure. Staff routinely check for open outside doors left open, no locks. Temperature controlled inside unit which was nice in these frigid temps moving stuff in and out. We had a 10 x 30 and a smaller one for sons stuff... got a good deal on larger unit. Very easy move in and out process. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Cool Spring Storage. The facility is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and very secure. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I have used other storage facilities in the past, and this one is truly superior to all the others. The cleanliness, organization, and overall customer service are on a completely different level. Access is easy, the property is well-lit, and everything is set up to make moving in and out simple. Five stars.
Really impressed with Cool Springs Storage. The property is spotless, cameras/gates make it feel secure, and the units are in great shape. I appreciate how easy it is to get in and out, and customer service has been top-notch.
Idk if this will be removed but whatever. Not happy with the "reassessment" that I receive quite regularly. When I got my unit the price was $190 for a non climate controlled unit but whatever that's besides the point. After having this unit for 6 months my rate went up to $245.... yeahhhhyoure reading that correctly.. I asked why was told "reassessment & demand" even though there is quite a few vacant units around mine... asked about seeing what I could do to lower it, and was told "if it's to much move to a smaller unit"... end result... im going elsewhere.. highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Phenomenal! The individuals in the office were very helpful and made everything as easy as possible. I even had to change my storage space to a different size at the last minute, and they made the process seamless. Highly recommended!
So far they have rented me a space, they drove me to it to check it out! I am now in Va and they have helped me over the phone for my payment and special offer! The two gals are very nice and helpful!

I was waiting for a new home to be built in the area. It took much longer than expected so I needed to have my belongings at Cool Springs Storage much longer than anticipated. They were friendly, helpful, communicated regularly and had an easy billing system. Highly recommend them for any storage needs!
I had to find storage for a home move at the last minute and it was great to find such helpful people to get me through my first storage unit rental. I had no idea what I needed but they walked me through things, got me a great deal and helped when the mover arrived and I was not yet on site to get things started. Great people to work with.

They were very easy to get a hold of and to talk to. They asked questions and made sure they could provide me with the best choice possible. They were very kind and always kept in contact with me to make sure everything went well and to let me know of any issue. I would highly recommend this place. This was my second experience with them and they did an excellent job

This place is great. I rented my space on line and was able to move in next day. It was amazing. They even made sure my door was plowed out in the snow so I could move in the next day. Great people who run it.

Needed a last minute storage space and Cool Springs responded immediately. They were able to set me up online and get everything squared away quickly. The unit is clean and safe and the indoor temperature controlled space is perfect for our needs. Polite, professional, and convenient location.
