Catastrophe struck and caught us off guard. Fortunately enough, we broke down in front of this Napa! Without missing a beat, the staff raced out the door to help us out. They advised us on various options that we had and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. They had us up and running in under an hour. Also a shout out to their (and now my) friend Bruce who I now owe a life debt. Seriously, they are amazing. I highly recommend you go here.

so after running up and down coastal hwy. in Lewes going to 3 other places and having roadside give me a hot shot for something that was causing my battery to intermittently start my car ONLY this business helped me 100%! After discussing the possible issue with STEWART and him viewing my battery posts it was determined that a shimmy [?] was all i needed. I was informed several times they weren't allowed to do any work on my car but i told Stewart nicely i wasn't sure about doing what needed to be done so he ck'd. with his mgr. and had the mgr. also look at the issue and what was going to be done it was agreed that Stewart would put the part on the post in my battery so as the connection would again be tight and start my car every time. Stewart is awesome!!! AND so is his mgr. 5 stars for NAPA team in Milton, DE. !!!

Amazing staff and always helpful! Josh and Stewart have always been friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery drivers are prompt and on time. They always go above and beyond to make sure the customer gets what they need, when they need it.
Excellent customer service. We were traveling through and had issues with our RV. Josh went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this store to anyone.
