Very nice people from the front desk to the dock.. plenty of backing space located around the back as stated earlier scale in pull driver side window up to the intercom. Give the truck trailer and load number, and you will be instructed to which dock door to back into a scale-out and receive paperwork

Nice people also great place to get live loaded at of your paid hourly make sure you bring your lunch and stop and use the restroom first

I had no problems here, people were really nice, fast loading. Scale going in give the information they will request, pu#, trlr#, truck# FOLLOW directions. I waited a little bit to get a door, but it was fast once I got the door. Scale going out, get the paperwork at the window and you are on your way out.
