The part came in a timely fashion however the Yard had the wrong name on the package. Luckily, the mail person was aware of the fact that I've been waitng for the the part. The part resolved my electrical issue. Will do business with County Auto Salvage.

Justin was the best salesperson I have ever worked with and I am sure he has excelled in his field of sales because he is intelligent in that he double checks his part number search and compatibility. Were it not for the confidence he instilled in me to go forward with my purchase of a Master Cylinder with the Reservoir, his acute knowledge of the system he used to put search for my part and coordinate the sale with seamless effort, as if he had been doing this job for decades, his information is only as good as what is provided to him and he must trust and rely on his intel. This brings me to the core problem; his information is what I the consumer had relied upon for this sale to be 100% satisfactory and yet it failed miserably. I hope Justin can learn that his professional approach will amaze everyone, BUT, County Auto Salvage LLC has failed him with the incorrect part number, that I needed. The typo data entry of the MPN made all the difference in the world and when my mechanic took one look at the master cylinder that I bought from CAS, his decades of Mercedes Benz servicing experiences immediately alerted him that it was THE WRONG PART. When my mechanic went to match up the alignment of the master cylinder it was obvious that his initial inclination of it being THE WRONG PART was confirmed and when he called the Mercedes Benz Dealership to verify the part number, it became widely clear that Justin sold me THE WRONG PART, unbeknownst to Justin. You see, Justin was given THE WRONG PART NO.; how was he to know in the fast paced, time sensitive progress of our sale, he relied on the intel provided by YOU, his employer, County Auto Salvage LLC. He took what was supposed to be true and accurate part numbers and ran with it to make sales and in the process, I the most needy and innocent one was defrauded, cheated and disappointed most of all, because at the end of today, I still need the correct master cylinder. I have decided to ask for a refund without the 3.5% refund fee. Please note that Justin deserves support and proper and correct tools to do his job accurately and successfully in order to please your customers. Now I have to be majorly inconvenienced to return THE WRONG MASTER CYLINDER AND RESERVOIR.

I bought a auto trans for a 2000 Honda Accord with 103K miles on it. The folks at County Auto Salvage were very patient with me while deciding which way to go and luckily still had the trans when I was ready. The trans arrived quickly and worked well. My grandson is happily driving his car again. Thanks Eric

The piece I ordered or the part I ordered works perfectly like the original perfect fit the only thing is I just have to paint it to the body color of the car.

I needed a brake/clutch fluid reservoir for my Suzuki SX4 Crossover. I could not locate the part in any junkyard in the tri-state area. The last call I made was to County Auto Salvage LLC. They did not have the part either, but they did a search for me and located one in a junkyard in Delaware. I sent a check and the part arrived in 3 days and I was able to repair my vehicle in a matter of minutes. Of course it cost me a little more because it had to be shipped. But if it weren't for the helpful staff at County Auto Salvage, I don't know if I ever would still be driving this "excellent" vehicle again.

Max Miller and his staff at County Auto Savage were and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure the customer(s) receive the help and assistance needed to get exactly what they are looking For. They are still answering my questions.
Thanks Max!Dec 04, 2025 -
I definitely would recommend County Auto Salvage. They were very responsive, professional and supportive throughout the process of replacing a side view mirror on a 2007 Honda. Delivered what they promised.

I needed an exterior door handle for a Lexus RX300. The part is discontinued from Lexus. I've tried 3 OEM handles, and all have failed within two years so this time I went with a salvage part from Country Auto Salvage. They sent me photos of the handle prior to shipping, it arrived quickly and was sold for a very fair price. I got it installed yesterday and it works perfectly. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Eric Wilson was extremely helpful and friendly. We received the product yesterday and it was what we needed. I spoke to him many times because we wanted to make sure we were getting what we needed. this is the first time I've dealt with County Auto Salvage and I was somewhat skeptical. but I'm not skeptical anymore. Project done well and appreciated.

They were quick to respond, Offered a reasonable price and shipped within two days of my purchase. Eric communicated with me every step of the way. My part was delivered and working condition and I’m satisfied with the service I received. I read several negative reviews on this company, but I can honestly say I had a great experience

This company is AMAZING!! I needed a headlight for a '97 Honda Odyssey. I shopped 3 salvage yards but it was County Auto Salvage that was best in communication, professionalism, quality and price. Throughout my experience with them they maintained this standard. They sent pictures of what I was purchasing and when I had a question about the product they were immediately responsive. I'm happy with my experience with them and I'm thrilled to have found my go to company for my next auto part. I highly recommend this group for your salvage needs - you wont be disappointed. Great job, County Auto, your customer service skills are unmatched!

They called immediately when we were doing search, and got our info right away…. Said they had the part, etc. so we contracted with them. Said the part would be there by Thursday…. It took longer than that, but they made it right on the price. Now I have my seatbelt buckle drivers seat working again!

I needed used passenger door mirror with turn signal, camera, and proximity sensors in paint code Y2E (calypso red) for my US built 2023 HYUNDAI SANTA FE Calligraphy. Dealership prices for an unpainted replacement were outrageous, so I reach out to County Auto Salvage. Within hours I received a call and was informed a mirror matching my needs had been sourced. The technician verified my requirements against the VIN and even sent a picture of the donor vehicle with the mirror I was to receive still installed. The price was about half of the dealer cost. I received the mirror a week or two later. It was well packaged and in pristine condition. I installed it and am happy to report all functions worked flawlessly and the color matched perfectly. I highly recommend County Auto Salvage.

Had a very pleasant experience working with County Auto Salvage. They went out of their way to make sure that I received the correct part. The sent part was exactly as shown in the pictures they sent prior to mailing it out. Will use them again if I need to find difficult parts. Thanks.

I was in desperate need of a very specific part that Ford no longer makes for an 8 year old truck. Dealership, no help, Ford customer service, no help. Truck was in the shop for 4 months with seemingly no resolution… until I found John who was willing to help me find the EXACT part I needed. He was very patient with my questions and offered to send the VIN of the vehicle the part came out of, sent pictures of the part once pulled, followed with tracking. The part arrived when promised and it fixed our truck! This transaction saved a $45k diesel truck from going to the scrapyard itself. I will buy from them again if the need ever arises. Trust these guys to help you!

We received the Toyota Tundra rim in great shape and in a timely manner. Their price was a little higher than others but was worth it in the long run. Great people to work with and very help full.

Both Eric Wilson and Chris Allen did a great job in assisting me getting a door for my 95 Ford Explorer. In fact they are the only folks in the United States. that came through for me. Excellent job I will do business with them again as well as pass their name along to Automobile businesses. In my community. Thank you, Cliff Bond.

I was under the impression that this was going to be a hard find. County Auto Salvage LLC hooked me up correct part. It has only been in use for a few days but I am happy with it so far. Pic is of the tank being installed on my 1992 Toyota Celica GT

ALL BETTER!! I had the absolute pleasure, of working with Eric Wilson.
I'd been avoiding speed bumps and got too close to the business end of a trash bin handle. BAM!!
After searching locally and going back and forth with Eric, too many times to tell probably - I finally made the great decision to purchase from County Auto Salvage. With Warranty, fast shipping and attention to detail packaging, my new mirror arrived, and it was off to the races!
Install went perfectly!!
Although for those of you with the same car, the interior finger cup liner HAS to go in BEFORE the panel goes back up!!! :-)
This was a great experience, for me. Even asking the same questions over & over, I felt Eric was genuine, professional and extremely helpful!!
If I ever end up on the losing side of another trash bin, I'll skip all the other shopping and come straight back to, County Auto Salvage.

Dishonest, would never use again. Ordered a motor, was told by Justin it had 71k, was running and tested. Arrived at my shop, ran a Carfax on it. Had at least 128,5xx miles on it and was not recently run and needs to be rebuilt. Due to it being a hard motor to get, I asked for a partial refund because it needs to be rebuilt. They would not refund anything. Nothing worse than a liar. I tried to negotiate the price lower since it was basically a block that needed to be rebuilt. They would not. Attached are the photos of it when my mechanic took it apart to rebuild.
