UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was just simply calling and trying to see if a female works at that facility and as I’m explaining to him my story, he cuts me off and says “he heard enough” as if I was getting on his nerves!! So I told him that he don’t gotta be rude by cutting me off, then he gets mad and hangs the phone up on me!! So I called him back and told him I was gonna leave a bad review while calling him the B-Word cuz he sounded like one. I swear some people don’t need to be in business🙄
Well, let me keep it plain and truthful. This company mistakenly towed my car from in front of my new residence by instructions of a non employee of my apartment managing company. I was told as well as listening to how this happened. Now, my apartment manager, did submit a list of vehicles that were to be towed but mine was not one of them. So, this is the kicker, FIRST STATE told the apartment manager that I would have to come pick up my car even though it was an error on their end. I have a disability and I was not able to get there. Hearing the conversation between the apartment manager and FIRST STATE my apartment manager demanded that they return my car. Oh, they returned it alright! They charged the apartment manager $125 to return my car that they mistakenly towed🤨
