Nick is by far one of the most professional and caring people I have come across in a long time. Prime towing & recovery sets the bar for great service and professionalism. Nick arrived sooner than stated, he also brought me a cup of coffee because he knew I had used my morning coffee to put out a small fire that occurred when my truck broke down. Chris from the dispatch called and checked on my well being and was very polite and genuinely concerned about me and my passenger. I had waited 2.5 hours for a tow company that had texted me that they were 5 minutes away 3 times and never showed up. I will recommend Prime towing and recovery to everyone I know.
