Absolutely top tier service. I managed to get my truck and trailer hopelessly stuck in the mud this morning and called for a winch-out. The price was less than I expected and the staff was friendly and helpful. They arrived in less than half an hour and got me right out!
The absolute best! Whether you get stuck in the marsh, you lock your keys in, or your truck won’t start, they’re there to get you home. Highly recommend.
We slid off the road into a ditch during a blizzard. Called them from the ditch and they got to us within a half hour, and pulled us out. Driver was very nice and we really appreciate him!
Highly unprofessional outfit. The driver struggled with a basic trailer pull in a residential driveway, curbing the truck and blocking traffic for an extended period. When I stayed out of the way to let them work, the driver became confrontational and used vulgar language toward me. If they can't handle a small trailer without incident or attitude, I wouldn't trust them with heavy recovery, hopefully the other drivers are more skilled then this one, maybe just a bad egg
My 2013 Nissan Altima S with over 226,000 miles finally broke down. A neighbor that tried to help my wife recommended Chambers tow. All members of the organization were friendly, and knowledgeable. My wife and I highly recommend them.

Quick and efficient, moving my mom's truck from her accident to the yard. Even helped clean up what flew out and off of her trucks accident. 100% recommend.
Rude, the older lady was just nasty had attitude have me hard time getting my vehicle out. Wanted to show proof of insurance, told her it was in the car didn't want me to get it had to show it to her on the phone. Had me waiting while her an her coworker just talked about hearing aides.
Make sure you remember whats in your vehicle before they tow your car or truck. The tow truck driver stole the tools out of my truck. And apparently this isn't the first time this has happened here but this time it was caught on camera to prove that it has happened here. Tools were never recovered with zero compensation.
Had one of their flatbed tow truck drivers aggressively tailgating me in traffic on route one. No break in traffic for me to move over and the driver continued to drive aggressively when I finally could get over. I wouldn’t trust this company to haul any of my vehicles if that’s how their employee drives company property.
I highly recommend Chambers and sons. By far the best towing company I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! They were extremely professional, calming , and helpful towards me in my highly stressful situation!! Excellent service, not only are they inexpensive and fast, they run a great business and are overall great people.
I highly recommend Chambers and Sons. They made a very stressful situation a lot easier for me. After an accident, my car had to be towed. The State Police called Chambers. They were there in 15 minutes.. Howard got out of the truck with a smile and assured me everything would be OK. I had to go to Chambers the next day to clean out my car. Howard was right there to help me. Their friendly and professional service is the best.
We had a broken brake line. Just so happened we broke down right across the street from their business. My husband went over to talk to them and they came over and said they could fix for us. Probably not a way they wanted to spend a Friday afternoon at 3:30. before the weekend but they were great. We really appreciate everything they did for us. We were in a Class A motorhome trying to get back to Florida. Thanks for all you did for us.
I had an emergency where my car overheated and stalled out away from home. It was stuck in someone's parking spot in a townhome community. I called them at 7pm and by 8pm my car was back in my driveway. Highly recommend. Excellent service all the way around. Polite, professional and super speedy!
Chambers towed an off road vehicle for us after an accident. Working with chambers on pickup and loading couldn't have gone better. The team was very considerate, helpful and compassionate. Great home town business and people!
Unfortunately my car was towed to this “business” and when I came to pay to retrieve my car I was told I could get the copy of a tow slip I asked for from the tow people who brang it there. I was given a hard time by every staff member especially the owner and her husband. They proceeded to verbally attack me and became very hostile and refused to give me a copy due to me already having a copy they said was identical to what they had. Instead of just giving me a piece of paper regardless of them saying I didn’t need it due to me having the same one . Last time I checked I’m a paying customer who was told I could get the copy of the tow slip regardless of what I may already have in my possession from a third party. This is a very basic request. Instead I was attacked by multiple staff and they were rude which shocked me considering this is an establishment and I’m a young black female and every white person in charge chose to handle me terribly. I felt absolutely mistreated it was disgusting. Of course I was prepared to pay which I still did in order to get my car and regardless of the harassment and accusation that I wasn’t going to pay when money was in hand. Lol this was completely ridiculous. They almost made it seem like there was something to hide. Who cares if a customer is asking a “dumb” question and requests to get a piece of paper for my own documentation which I have a right to ask for. If I was given the copy of the tow slip this entire situation wouldn’t have even happened. This place and the people working here reminded me of how horrible angry white people can be when they have hate for black people. Not only that my car was parked all the way in the back where totaled cars were. They sent me to retrieve it myself and the car was so hard to back out of the spot they parked it in you would have thought they made this process difficult on purpose. Completely unprofessional! And to put a cherry on top I had items missing from my car!!! I know these items were still in my car because I waited until the tow truck came the night before to drop pick up my vehicle and take it right to this tow company. How is it that between last night ( after hours) and this afternoon I noticed things were stolen. Terrible business practices here. If your car was towed here DONT request anyyyy thing from these people not even a pencil. They might just curse you out!!! These people have a copy of my license of course and the tag for my vehicle I do not put anything past them at all considering how seriously they were bothered by me asking for a copy of paper. They take their jobs to seriously I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to reply back to this reply in person by visiting me at my house !!!! A bunch of angry people in one office.

Received outstanding towing service following an accident. Tow truck driver was very professional and compassionate. Provided great advice on the process to follow once my vehicle arrived at their facility. Office personnel provided great assistance once I arrived at their facility to remove personal items from my car. Thank you! Strongly recommend using Chambers for any towing needs.
I have been dealing with this tow company for over 30 years and have not experienced nothing but stellar and very professional personel and actions . They're response time to your location far exceeds any other I have seen . I dare you to compare them to the one your insurance company will send out . You may as well set up camp . Those folks do a hell of a great job and work with you when they can . God knows everyone out there these days thinks everything is free , it's not . This is a local business with local ties that have lasted decades. This is a company you need to put in your contacts for emergencies because you can depend on them . It's an American company that you can call and a human answers and you can understand what they're saying because it's English. This is a great company with a proven foundation. You don't even have that in the government.
Exceptional Customer service! We had an urgent request for assistance to move a vehicle off the middle of a busy highway/intersection. The office dispatch a driver/truck within 10 minutes to assist us. Highly recommend this company!
Chambers and sons is a great business to use for all your towing or hauling needs! They are promptly on time when needed. As on the side of the road they didn’t take long to get to me. They even attend to you on the weekends and all hours of the night! I love a small business family and this is it! Support your local families! Very friendly as well!
I would give them minus 5 stars if I could. They were supposed to put a new battery in, fix the ac and service it. Then they said there was a leak in the radiator that wasn't there before so we said put a new one in.. Then they said they couldn't turn the wipers off??? We said they were working fine before but yes fix them. Grand total $3800. Oh yeah and the ac still doesn't work. And Bonnie started screaming at my husband when he told her and said it would be another $100:an hour to fix what they already charged us to fix. Bottom line, avoid this place at all costs. This is my opinion of your company not slander. That's how reviews work. There was never an issue with the wipers. One time a couple of years ago they wouldn't shut off so we took it to Delaware Truck Technicians. The owner came out lifted the hood and 5 minutes later they were fixed. He didn't charge us a penny. Whats unlawful is charging people for something you didn't do. As I stated you charged us to fix the ac and it still does not work. That is a fact not slander. I think BBB would agree.
I want to tell a heartfelt story and experience that involved William Chambers and Sons garage in Viola De. I was involved in a vehicle mishap in Dover De, where my car was not road worthy afterwards. It was towed to Chambers and Sons on Dupont Highway. While there had many calls to make being an out of state resident with insurance and rental car agencies. I was stranded in Delaware living in Va Beach. Bonnie was extremely and exceedingly helpful with my dilemma. Without a rental car I was forced to find overnight lodging. With hotel secured Bonnie and her team provided me a ride to the hotel some 5 miles away. On the way I discovered didn't have a house cell phone charger. The driver (I cannot recall his name) stopped at a local store so I could buy one. I'll be forever grateful for your assistance and cooperation. Once again thank you Bonnie, your family and employees for going above and beyond to a stranger.

Chambers came out immediately (also being the only local towing company to answer the phone) when my trucks tire fell off of the truck while driving down the road, they towed it back to their shop in Viola and had the truck completely fixed within days. Their office staff and tow truck driver were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Chambers and will call them if ever needed in the future!
After calling multiple towing companies this one actually had the HUEVOS to pick up my 1991 RV. Thank you so much you guys are amazing! Go Chambers lol
