I had a vehicle mechanically fail, given the mileage and year of the vehicle I just decided to replace it. Wyatt here at Lindale's made junking the old vehicle incredibly easy and fast. And he paid me a fair price for it as well. I couldn't be happier with the service and he was very friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone who might need any service they offer in the area. Great place. They had what I needed at a great price and best of all they have Kyle working for them! He stuck with me and helped me find and retrieve what I needed. He is VERY friendly AND knowledgeable!!
We just called for a part for our truck. The price we were given was only $75 cheaper, with no warranty than a new part, with a warranty that we know works. My husband asked if they could do a little better on their price and he was told that's the best they could do. Greed looses the sale, but your overhead doesn't cost you much I guess. That same part will be sitting in that same truck for another year .

0 stars , i drove 45 minutes to this establishment and back on 11-5-20 to purchase a trunk latch , i came an hour before closing so the owner instructed me to pay for the part on 11-5 and i will receive a phone call 11-6 to pick it up , i never received a phone call still and its 11-9-20 , i have no latch or money , so i drive another 45 there and back to get a refund because if i didn't i dont think i would have ever received my part nor money. When i get there the owner says he doesn't remember me , so i show him my receipt , he then asks some very young men who didnt even seem to be atleast 18 did they take the part off ? One young man answers something along the lines that he had no idea he was supposed to even take the latch off so no its not off . then the owner instructs the young men to go and take off the latch TOTALLY disregarding i asked for a refund . so i speak up and mention to the owner a third time i have been inconvenienced , i dont want the part i just want my money back because i think its unprofessional and careless that i paid cash upfront and i cant get a phone call or to get my part on the day promised to me or technically paid for , and i explained that the way it seems today i wasnt going to get the part in a timely manner let alone at all , and would be scammed out of my money. He reaches in pockets and starts counting out my refund and asks so you dont need the part anymore , so at this point i feel like hes forcing this sell .... But i answer " yes i will just be getting it somewhere else" and he chuckles a little and " says good luck with that rudely and have a nice day ! " i would never return , total waste of time , money , gas heck even mileage on my car seriously
I can't get there often due to my work hours, but I have dealt with them many times over the years. I have NEVER been disappointed. Friendly folks with great prices. They usually have what I need, but if they don't, they tell me rather than waste my time. They helped me out a few weeks ago with a door for one car and a set of fuel injectors for a project truck at the school where I teach. They let me pull the parts, and they were more than fair with the prices.
I live quite away from this business. When I called about the parts I needed,he said he had them. I got there and he had neither part. The phone call and visit was all on the same day.
