Sean was amazing. I called yesterday only to find out that because I was at work and could not sign on at this moment that I would lose The perks. I called today to see if there was anyway that I could sign on and still get the benefits. Sean was amazing not only did he lower the price that I was quoted. I got the same benefits and I’m completely happy I have already found what will probably be a new customer.

My husband and I contacted Empire Auto Protect for an extended warranty quote. They said our card info was required and promised we would not be charged unless we bought a plan. We never agreed to any purchase, never signed a contract, and never received coverage or documents. Despite that, they charged our card twice totaling nearly $250. We tried to resolve it with someone named James, but his team gave us the runaround for nearly 3 weeks. We ended up calling our bank to process the refund and change our card info. This experience feels deceptive and dishonest. Empire Auto Protect is absolutely not to be trusted. Avoid them at all costs.

Most of their reweivs are fake! This insurance covarage is trash! They will never pay for repair, most shops doesn't want to work with their policy. They never true to their word when ever thay sell you their policy, they will tell hey we will cover any repair any brand but the reality when the bill comes they tell you wo will cover only 10% of repair. Guess what?! They will tell you will have to pay for it and then they will reimburse you. So after I paid they told me that it had to be authorized first. They agents are not on same page. Don't waste you time! I did paid for most my repairs out of my pocketz so no sence to have this policy.

Fortunately I didn’t get as far as actually buying the policy. As soon as I filled out the form on line within seconds a rep contacted me. When I asked her about what was actually covered she said,”Once you BUY the policy you will get those details”. I couldn’t hang up fast enough.

Matthew was very friendly, super knowledgeable, and more helpful than I expected. I had an idea of what I was shopping for, and he made the entire experience simple, easy to understand, and quite pleasant. He was very efficient! Awesome job, Empire, in hiring people like Matthew! We received horrible service onve the 30 day waiting period was over. When I called to cancel, yhe young lady offered us 30 days free, however, was informed that at the end we still were canceling. My daughter ended up needing some repairs done. That took forever. Everything wasn't even covered. Called in to follow through with the cancelation on the 1st of October. The representative took me through a long process, but in the end said "don't worry, I put everything through and your policy is canceled!" Well, just today,I got an alert that money was paid from my account to Empire. I called and Jeffery was extremely rude. When asked for my policy number, I asked him to hold on a minute while I get it. Jeffrey replies rudely, "How can I give a regund If I don't know who I'm giving the refund to?" Seeing that he was rude I asked to speak to his supervisor. After being on hold about 10-15 minutes, his supervisor, Richard Cruz gets on. He states "Yeah, he told me everything you have to pay us $700 to cancel your policy " (which none of this is in the paperwork that we received when getting the policy) we were actually guaranteed that at any point that we were not satisfied we could cancel. Richard Cruz continued to say he had heard everything, so when I asked "So, did you hear how rude Jeffrey was then?" He replies "I understand, you still have to pay us though" He explained that the claim we had was just cleared and approved today, so he couldn't cancel the policy, which was strange, because the work was completed in September. Of course another representative said it was cleared last month. He basically wanted us to pay back whatever was paid to the mechanic. When asked to be transferred to his superior, Richard replied "I am the head, there's no one over me." I then asked him if he owned the company, he replied "No." So I told him he indeed then, has a boss over him. He said "the owner is my boss." So I asked him for the owner's information, which he of course refused. We have a family friend who is a lawyer, so we will just go that route as well as reporting them to the BBB. All they had to do was cancel as requested. Oh! And Richard Cruz says "It's insurance fraud if you try and cancel your insurance policy." Again,nowhere in the paperwork does it state this, and canceling due to bad customer service, and not delivering services as advertised is absolutely far from insurance fraud. I'm almost positive this company is into some fraudulent activity, and if enough of us come together, we can file a class action lawsuit against them.

Before you decide hire this auto protect look at all the bad reviews and also look how they respond to the reviews. They wash their hands making up car issues that are fake. They are scammers they promise to cover you and “protect” your car but that is not true. It happened to me and it can happen to you. They will not cover you with problems with you’re car they will lie and say it’s because it had issues before or because you did a change in you’re car when that is not true. This company is not trustworthy. Don’t do business with them and it’s better to just go with other companies that will actually cover you and protect. Thank you for proving my point yet again you answer with more lies. I have proof in paper not like you guys just deny any responsibility because you’re words “new client “ please stop the lies and if you can’t provide what you promise then pay back the money that was paid to you I will file this with other paperwork and will make sure you guys stop the false advertisement . Please people look at these reviews and don’t purchase their “protection” they will wash their hands like they did with me.

Management is super inappropriate and likes to steal money!!! I bought policy and paid in full in 2024 (great price great service until now). I sold my vehicle July 30, 2025. I cancelled my policy. So I am owed a refund. It was stated and noted several times during several phone calls that I cancelled and the amount of the refund. They finally requested a bill of sales August 20, 2025. I sent bill of sales August 22, 2025. So why did they make my cancellation date August 22, 2025 and chopped over $300 off of my refund? While fighting for my proper refund, the "manager" forced the partial refund, without my approval, disrespected me, and after I told him he was being recorded he top it off by violently blowing into the phone for at least a minute. He hung up after I stated that they will hear from my lawyer. DO NOT, ABSOLUTELY, DO NOT use this company.

The purchase process was remarkably easy and logical, pricing is fair and the representative, Ellie, was super professional and knowledgeable. It’s been a true joy. If the policy’s services turns out as great as the onboarding I’ll be telling everyone of the hundreds of people I know that own Mercedes vehicles about it.

Horrible experience!!! Told the sales person all the details on my car including the EXACT mileage. He explained the plan I was getting. It was going to cover things like my transmission, engine, heater etc… so I paid for it . Waited forever to get info in the mail. I DID NOT GET WHT I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING!!! I got some stupid maintenance discount plan and battery protection! Most definitely NOT worth $2600!!!! I am so upset about this

This company is by far the worst and the most deceitful company I’ve ever dealt with. I was sold the dream over the phone but when it came time to pay I went through hell. They will cover parts but the parts are the cheapest parts on the market and they only compare price from one source and will not pay the shipping cost. This company is horrible, the shop will be on hold for hours before they get through to someone. Please make sure you read the entire policy and ask the right questions before you chose this company. Let’s see if the owner will answer this review as well. I regret ever buying this policy. I rented a car because they sent an adjuster twice to verify if the damage was real, I paid $1,700 in car rental and they only gave me $180 Because they took their sweet time to get the repair approved and cover the cost. This company is terrible and I bet that all those 5 star clients are fake. They cannot be real. There’s too many fine print which I implore you to read rather than listen to the great sale pitchers they hire. My goodness these dudes could sell water to a whale.

At first, everything sounded perfect — the sales pitch was full of bells and whistles and definitely oversold. The only reason I purchased this package was because I was told it worked with Audi dealerships. Fast forward to actually needing service: yes, they technically work with Audi dealerships, but they only cover the average local pricing. Since Audi service costs more than the “average” shop, the rest comes out of your pocket. That part was never explained upfront. And here’s the real scam — there’s no refund after 30 days, but you also cannot use the policy until 30 days have passed. So the first time you actually try to use it, you find out it doesn’t work as promised, and by then, you’re stuck with no refund. My advice: stay away. Go with coverage provided directly by your dealership. They know what they cover and who they work with. Don’t waste your money here — you’ll get no returns.

Beware of this company!!! Do not give them your money. They are frauds. I opened my account with Empire. After speaking with a much more reputable company I decided to switch . I called Empire the next day to close my account. Three different guys tried to negotiate lower prices for me so that I could stay with them. I continually told them no, and sure enough they became short, unprofessional, and told me that my account was cancelled. No email confirmation of my account being cancelled or my refund. Which I have thirty days money back guaranteed. I literally was on day two. So I called the next day to let the know I don’t have any proof that I cancelled my account and wanted confirmation. So they type me up some fraudulent cancellation email stating my account was closed… no company logo or icon just a simple Gmail account. The weekend passed still no legit email so I called back and spoke with a woman. I tell her that I have tried cancelling three times now and they said I cancelled but I haven’t received confirmation. She proceeds to tell me that my account is still active and has not been cancelled. She then tells me she is going to get it over to “activity” along with what is going on so they can cancel it and refund me my money. I still have yet to receive a legit confirmation email that my account has been cancelled and no refund . This has been well over ten days. If they handle business this way do you really think they will pay for your claim. Awful business practices. And I’m still waiting for my refund. Have a lawyer on speed dial and the BBB because this company is full of liars and frauds. I simply want my refund and my account canceled and they are refusing to uphold their words to the customers of a thirty day money back guarantee. Unbelievable!

My name is A. White from PA and I have to say, I love this company. Empire auto protect came through when I needed them the most. They have helped me fixed over $10,000 worth of damage on my Mercedes ml350 which isn’t new at all but was in great condition. The turnaround time was quick and the claim process was very smooth. My car was running fine until this summer, when it started to give me problems. Empire auto protect stepped right in and helped me save tons of money on repairs. I’m glad I was already with the company before these issues arose. Now I can drive my beauty with no worries.
