Incredible service. Needed my truck towed about a half hour away to a shop. 4-points was quick to get my vehicle up on the bed safely without any hassle, all while making friendly conversation and putting me at ease knowing my vehicle was in the right hands. Once we arrived at the shop, the driver dropped off my vehicle again with the same care. Would absolutely use this service whenever I’m in need of it.

They were very prompt and on time I respected the fact that they were very careful with my vehicle to make sure that they were able to put it on safely due to extreme amount of ice and snow that they had to deal with. I would definitely call them again When needed.
Fast response and great, friendly helpful service. after pulling it out of the ditch, the driver even moved the car away from ice so we didn't have to walk on it to drive next time.

Towing is as awesome as garage - good people who care. They came for me 1.5hrs away with in 2hrs and after dropping my car at shop brought me home to my door. Paul was great company on the ride he is excellent at his job
I had to have a car towed from a Dover dealership to a dealership in Salisbury. I called several towing services in the Dover area for quotes to compare. (Out of four or five, all were courteous, but one service did not return my call when I left a voicemail.) In full transparency, these folks were not the least expensive (but they were not much above the lowest), however the tech I spoke with was very personable and knowledgeable, and clearly understood the circumstances I was in. He also invited me to check their Google reviews, and was confident about them. He explained to exactly how the process would work and, the next morning, everything went according to plan. Couldn’t ask for better service.
Great experience! The drive explained everything that was going to be done. He even let me know the route he was going to take once the vehicle was loaded. Would definitely recommend!
Sadly, I had to have the same vehicle towed twice in as many days. My experience was so good the first time, I decided to use 4 Points Towing again for the second tow. Customer service was excellent on the phone as well as in person.
I was stranded on the side of the road. I called through uber and Jeff came jumped my car twice gave me a great suggestion on what to do that I followed and got me right back on the road. Not all hero’s wear capes, but jeff definitely saved my life

I had to reschedule the original pick up time, took longer than planned! ended up needing air in my tires, had to stop by Wawa. Paul was kind, helpful. He went the extra mile getting my classic car into the storage unit taking what I felt was extra caution! It was greatly appreciated . Above and beyond service.
Super fast and friendly service from 4 Points Tow Company! My car broke down out of town and they were awesome to work with, first the folks at the office when I called, then with updates keeping me informed about arrival time, and very courteous gentlemen who transported my vehicle.
