I called looking for a part for my hubby's dodge ram, and the man i spoke to on the phone was great, knew exactly what I needed, and called us back when it was ready. Great customer service, and great service all around.
This place is really friendly & helpful.they are the cheapest found the parts I was looking for. no problems and quick. customer service is fenomenal love this place thank you sorry I don’t remember the guys names but everyone there is on point thank you again.
Bought a transmission a few months back had an issue within under 1500 miles used and the transmission was a total failure. I spoke with a guy about replacing or even something or equal value and got no assistance on working to help me feel better about anything. Warranty should never overrule customer satisfaction. I give 2 thumbs down.
Picked up a hartop for a jeep , William and the crew are friendly , knowledgeable , and very helpfull. He helped me put the top on and gave me advice about the rear wiper hook up. Price was very good as well
This place is a solid 5 stars in every way! The customer service was absolutely top-notch—I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I drove out of my way to come here because the two doors for my Flex were $200 cheaper than the next most affordable yard and less than half the price of some of the ridiculously overpriced ones. Greg sets the prices, and he's incredibly knowledgeable and fair. I’ll definitely be calling here first for any future parts I need!
I called to request a part for my Toyota and was informed it would be available in a few days. I received a callback as promised, letting me know the part was ready and in excellent condition. Great customer service—highly satisfied!
Towed (misspelled first edit!) a vehicle for us after an accident, and have been nothing but helpful the entire time. No rush to clear out the vehicle, and they were willing to work with our insurance for charges, and recommended a locally repair shop that has been absolutely great so far. Seems like a great place! Excellent upstanding family owned company! Very professional experience with a tow service, they went above and beyond to get me home (a few states away) with my vehicle. It is a lowered BMW that other tow trucks have scraped before but not Bill’s! I was cared for and so was my car. Highly recommend! Thank you!!
We were in a 3 car accident on I84 in a snow storm. Greg towed our car to his shop. He was so helpful including giving me Tylenol for my injuries & driving us in his own car to our hotel. This man is truly what we call 'one of the good guys'!
My go to for any parts related. Or junk Removal. They are Fair enough. Plus attentive. Don't worry about the prices just give them a call or go to there location.

Staff is always helpful, very polite as well. Promptness has been great, if the parts aren’t ready same day it will definitely be ready the day after which is awesome. Prices are fair in my eyes as well. Will be a return customer for sure.
Very helpful folks. Had exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. They didn't make a lot of Ford Rangers with 16" wheels but they had the room I was looking for and mounted and balanced tire on it for cheap. Happy customer.
Couldn’t be happier with the service. Everyone was so willing to help and was very patient since with me since I had quite a few parts to lookup. They had a hood for my Audi priced very well which I’ve been looking for for a very long time. Really glad I came here. They’ll be my first stop from now on!
The gentleman there are great. Easy to work with especially when I was faced with such a catastrophe. They are understanding and actually take your feelings into consideration.i live so far away from them , however I'd never hesitate to stop by if I'm in the area. The owner Greg is just great to work with as well as Rich. Rich went out if his way to get me to the tow yard as well as help me to my hotel. I didn't just total my SUV, I also totaled my Travel Trailer (home). They just seemed to be very helpful during this tragic experience. This is one of the absolute best junk yards in the state to use the people are very courteous and will go out of their way to serve the customer. I've been buying parts for almost 20 years from these guys and have never had an issue with them. I would highly recommend this place any day
This week I was in a fender bender and needed to get some replacement body panels and a headlight assembly for my vehicle. I contacted several junkyards and was given the run around even being told by one man to have my husband or boyfriend call back despite knowing the year/make/model and parts I needed for my car. I reached out to Bills over the phone and was helped immediately by a man who listened and was able to confirm he had the parts I needed. He texted me pics of the body panels to confirm I was satisfied with them and the pricing I received was considerably better than the other junkyards I contacted!
If you’re in need of any parts for your car, do yourself a favor and go directly to Bills for great customer service, friendly staff and fantastic pricing!!
So far so good! Normally when one patronizes a junkyard one will come into contact with folks who have the personality of a ripped tennis shoe; not so at Bill's in Tolland! Nice guys, helpful, and easy to deal with. Right off of 84, easy to get to, organized, and fair prices
Went to get a new tire put on our BMW and we left mind you I told them specifically that I was driving to new York after the tire was done. We left got on 84 west exit 68 by exit 63 the tire came off and while we were going 65 mph luckily my husband is a good driver and got us safely off the road but my 17 year old son was supposed to be driving us to NY thank God it happened before he was driving but we all could have been killed and what did they do came got us in the tow truck squished 4 people in 2 man cab towed car back to bill's and they gave us a new tire and rim for free and thought they just gave us such an amazing gift. Doesn't compare to the fact that we all could have been killed. I grew up with Bill's auto my dad worked there for years and I bought plenty of cars from them I just think this guy was sloppy and didn't care just wanted to get us out of there. Greg the owner used to be a stand up guy it's to bad they've lost their good work ethic.
This is the best tire place. I've gotten 4 tired here so far. They are all great tires. I love coming to this place because they are always so kind and welcoming and very EFFICIENT!
Stopped by to get my truck tires mounted. I was in and out within 45 mins. Friendly helpful staff and fair pricing for mounting and balancing. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Bill's staff is a huge help when you need them. Their service is great. Needed tires for a trailer and they spent the time to make sure I found what I needed. Mounting and balancing were really reasonable. They are my number one place for tires and used parts.
Friendly staff, impeccable categorized inventory, and the most organized salvage yard I've ever been too. Did I mention competitively priced? Yea, they're that good. Heck even threw in a bottle opener with my purchase. 5 stars, would go again.
