Not a great experience, I have never had multiple people at a company be so rude! We called to ask about having a vehicle picked up, the attitude right from the get go was that we were inconveniencing them. They rushed through discussions and scheduling us for pick-up to state they would be here 9-5 on Thursday. At 2:30 pm Thursday, I called to check in and again, rudely was rushed off the phone saying we said until 5 pm. I am coordinating my day around waiting for them so just confirming they were still coming, they said it was "we say until 5 for a reason". Understood but I explained I just wanted to make sure I was still on the calendar since my whole day was shaped around their arrival. Not sure if they purposefully treat people like crap because they hate their jobs or just hate people but will be happy to never have to deal with them again.
Over the many years that I have been going to Leveille’s, the service, parts, and prices have been excellent!
I have been to yards as far north as Worcester down to Maryland and this one is my favorite.
On monday spoke to someone and scheduled my car to be picked up between 8-5pm Tuesday. On Tuesday at 11Am I called to confirmed and they said someone will arrive between 8-5. Then I received a call from a guy there at 4:45 pm asking if my car was picked up yet. I said no, he said he was going to call a driver. Then I call at 5pm asking when they will show up and some guy said it was changed to next day from 8-5pm. Worst service ever
Great place to sell scrap metal, cars, great prices on used parts, I’ve scraped many cars and purchased two engines. One of the few that offer 6 months warranty on the engines.

Worked with them on an online sale. They reached out to me and notified that unfortunately the part had broken, and was unusable. They offered a replacement, but I declined due to my own circumstances. They quickly issued a refund and I am off to look for another. Although I did not end up with an item from them, I greatly appreciate their professionalism and desire to make the situation right.

Horrible experience. I arranged with Jules to have my car picked up at 3pm, and had to leave work at 2pm. However, I get a call at 1:45pm from the driver & he already had my car on the flatbed & where should he leave the check. I told him he was supposed to come at 3, not 1:45p, as I was still at work & could not give him the title until I got home. He said he is dropping the car & leaving. When I got home at 2:20p, I found my yard torn up & the car parked cockeyed in my yard. I called Jules back to tell him I am now home, and his answer was: "I'll see what I can do". Of course 3pm rolls around, and they are nowhere to be found. I will NEVER do business with this junkyard & recommend that nobody else deal with them !
This place is disorganized and never communicates with customer.
Placed an order for an aluminum wheel on November 6th on Leveille's website. No update on the order for several business days. Called to follow up on the order status on November 10th and informed that wheel is going to be ready to ship out later today. Received the wrong aluminum wheel on November 13th. Speak and discuss with a technician on the phone next day on the issue.
Received a call stating that the 16x7 wheels are out of stock and receive refund the next business day.
Great service and best prices around. I drove about one hour and still saved in the parts I was buying. Mike at the service desk is very knowledgeable and pleasant. John from service was very helpful and very polite. Thank you Leveille. I will always call you first and I'll make sure to spread the word.
ordered a steering knuckle for a Subaru Legacy, they sent the knuckle, lower ball joint, brake shield wheel bearing assembly, AND the ABS wheel speed sensor. pretty generous of them, even if shipping was a bit steep because of the weight.
Great place to purchase used parts. Purchased a hood (which was a very hard to find color) there this weekend. Called a week prior to check the condition of the hood, and they were very descriptive of the condition. Was able to purchase hassle free online, and got a call a few hours later telling me the part was off the vehicle. When I picked it up, gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and friendly even though he was clearly very busy and short staffed on that particular Saturday morning. Overall, part was in better than expected shape, price was by far the best around, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though it is over an hour drive, I will check here first for any parts needed in the future!
Called 6 months ago for rear wing for my truck.They had for $60. Unfortunately I was not able to pick it up at that time. Well now they don't have it. Not only do they not have it, even if they did I have to buy the the WHOLE BACK DOOR FOR $250. REALLY??!!!
I called around to different scrap yards and these guys paid top dollar for my car. The process was super easy and simple. I got there and was out in 5-10 minutes max. They just asked a couple questions and got my check and I was out. Very friendly folks here and right down to the point which I like. I'll be around if I ever need parts for my car or a car battery.
Great place. Great guys. I had a car i needed to junk but i bought brand new tires 2 days before the car died. They took the car with no rims or tires. I left plywood under car but no marks in driveway
The first go to for anything I need for my jeep. These guys supplied my first parts and I still go back at least once a month for everything from wires, lights, doors, and even a ladder and first aid kit at one point. Cheap and reliable parts, if it wasnt for these guys my jeep would be left to rot in the back yard
Great crew of people, have been going there for the past 11 years since I moved out to western Mass from Boston. Mike always ready to help, and if they don't have the part on the lot, he'll find it. Great customer service, not the kind you would expect from a salvage yard!! Have sent other people there also with no complaints. Great job guys!!
Worst customer service I have ever had at a junkyard. Don't call for anything Honda related because they will dismiss you immediately stating that they have "no stock", despite being able to see the vehicles through the fence. Tried to sell an old catalytic converter to them and they treated me like I was a theif despite my offering to show them the vin/new cat on the car it came from.
I understand these types of businesses see many shady characters but they have taken it to an extreme. Customer service should never take a back seat to loss prevention. Take your business elsewhere at any cost!! (Bill's in Tolland or any of the Chuck & Eddie's locatons in the state)
