This was my 1st time using Highline Automotive. They were recommended to me a year back when I was getting my oil changed. I was hearing a noise while driving in my front end and some of my lights were not working. I moved to Hebron and didn’t want to drive to the mechanic I was using before because it was a little far. So I decided to give Highline a try. I just want to say what stands out the most was the customer service from Colin. He was such a breath of fresh air because he was so nice, accommodating ,and funny but completely normal. He kept me informed of what was going on with my car the whole time. He gave me the options for my car without high pressure tactics. Just a completely normal conversation.
I just got the car back and everything is great. I believe the price for the work done on my car was pretty spot on too. They did have a military discount which was great!! I would definitely recommend Highline to anyone. I will definitely be going back too.
While I appreciate the staffs great demeanor, I was surprised to pay $100 more than the price I was quoted. Afterwards I was told they received other parts than what I was told and were more expensive, however, to me we had an agreement, and that bothers me as I trusted them to honor their price they told me before they started. The very least should have gotten a call with the change before going forward.
Excellent service Great customer service kept me informed what was going on..had surgery and delived the car which was just up the road my son said " Oh my God they build you a new car"..so please *****
Great service. They fixed my broken radiator ans a condenser (don't ask) next day from a tow-in without an appointment. Price was under the estimate. Nice to deal with.
Needed my spouses car ready to get back in shape so we aren’t both working with 1 car. They got me in less than 48 hours and fixed the issue same day. Colin was very friendly and kept me informed throughout the repair and even worked out a way to get the car back after business hours. I will be coming back to this business!
Excellent and quick work. I had tires mounted on a brand new set of wheels and they were very careful not to scratch or damage them. Affordable pricing as well, I will be returning for any auto needs I have!
Whatever you do, do not bring your car to highline.Automotive, there's nothing but a bunch of thieves.They don't even own the business.They're rude.They don't know what they're doing and they're thieves. I brought my truck there for service. My exhaust was stamped off from the engine. They told me $400. I got the vehicle back. It was making noise. Still, they told me for another 400. They could fix it the right way. Stay away. Stay away
Went for emissions. No appointment necessary. Quick service; in and out in about 20 minutes (granted it was in the middle of a week day). Also, very friendly staff
I go here for all my vehicles needs. Fast, friendly, and veteran family owned. Impeccable attention to detail and I never questions their work. All the employees are friendly and listen to your concerns. No lines, no dealership BS- just hard working Americans.

I had to get my pickup truck in quick to have the TPMS calibrated. Highline was awesome.....nice clean shop, quick turnaround and VERY fair price. I am a diesel mechanic and begrudgingly I generally work on all of my own vehicles. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
After an unfortunate out of state breakdown, we towed our car here. We went right when the shop opened and the manager, John, promised he’s get to it as they “had a light day”. After no word for 4 hours, we called and were told they were still taking a look. We called again 2 hours after that and were told the manager was now taking a look. 7.5 hours after we dropped the car off and 30 minutes before they closed we decided to drive up there as we heard nothing. Turns out they “couldn’t figure it out”, charged us $80 for a useless diagnostic, and sent us on our way. Shortly after getting home we noticed they sent us along with the WRONG car keys. We returned for the correct keys and didn’t receive any form of an apology, and a refusal of the manager to speak with us. I wouldn’t trust this business, and I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Highline Automotive offers great customer service. I always feel like a top priority when i bring my vehicle to be serviced by them. This is my go to Automotive shop after many different services i have needed from electrical fires to needing new tires etc. All visits were consistant with great communication and customer service !
Went in for an evap CEL. I know those codes can be tricky and high line initially gave to car back with the light still on. I took it back to them and they fixed the issue. All for a reasonable cost. The manager was very nice and fixed my issue personally. They treat customers right and I will be bringing cars back!

Having used the oil change business in front of them for a while, and loving them (now they are now a Valvoline drive through, I can't say they declined in personal relations or professionalism), I found myself in need of an exhaust repair, and brought it to Highline.
Now we're talking about PopPop' s wheelchair ramp van, aside from the ramp, the only thing modified was the exhaust. Highline admitted that they "could" repair it, but I should go to Pop's. An exhaust specialist.
'They might get it done quicker and cheaper, being an exhaust specialist."
And the only thing that could get dad to some Dr appointments was this van.

These days, I couldn't ask for more.
My engine light was blinking when I brought it to them showing it need tune up, misfires cylinder 5. After spending $907, engine light returned solid 24 hrs later. Brought it back and coded for Evac purge solenoid. They wanted to charge $224 to repair but i didn't do it. Took it to a honest mechanic who showed me that Highline mechanic left valve off and 2 ports during tune up out in plain sight and that it couldn't have been an accident because it couldn't be missed.
Highline mechanic errors caused the problem where engine light came back on and wanted to charge me more money for a different fix. Honest mechanic fixed Highline errors free of charge. Thank you to the honest mechanic at Country

I love the people who own this place. Every time I have a problem, I know I can give them a call to find a solution. The receptionist is also super nice.
Recently, Walmart screwed me over, getting my tires mounted and balanced, which caused me to have a blowout. I called up highline, and they gave me such great customer service. They scheduled me an appointment in a few days, and they got all 4 tires mounted and balanced very quickly.
I will continue to bring my car to such great and knowledgeable people. Thank you for everything

Steer clear! After holding my car for two days and charging $155 for a diagnosis I already provided, they could not make the repair. They said they were tired of searching for parts (which I found myself immediately). The manager hid from me when I tried to discuss it with them. Then, I got a receipt saying they did a diagnosis, but did not provide a written list of the recommended repairs. What the heck did I get for my money? Nothing!
Don’t waste your time or money there. I like to support local businesses but getting shafted is down right ridiculous. I was warned not to go there but didn’t listen.I brought my vehicle there for a specific reason. 2 hours later and $233.76 they diagnosed it as the same specific reason I brought it in for. The told me it’s was going to cost me another $750.00 in parts and labor. I bought the parts myself for $135.00 and it took me and a friend who neither of us are mechanics nor did we have a lift or air tools, one hour forty minutes. Seriously…….ohhhhh and… the $233.76 was with 50% of diagnoses. Plus they broke a part of mine and damaged another. But, they did replace the broken part. But didn’t tell me they damaged the other part. I found it when I fixed it myself…..thanks a lot….. Tarcas would never have done that.
Update - They charged $56 to scan codes to see why a check engine light was coming on but could not determine cause and explained they would credit that fee to their more comprehensive diagnostic service ($139) which they said would determine the cause. We came back in for the comprehensive diagnostic service and they were "unable to determine the cause". They then attempted to charge the full $139, without the $56 credit as previously explained. Apparently, we were given incorrect information the first time we were there. Since the problem was not determined, we asked what to do should the light come back on and were told they would look at it again without a charge. When clarifying the first miscommunication with the manager, he then explained they WOULD charge us another fee if we had to come back in for them to try and figure it out. So to all potential customers, you could be paying roughly $200 for diagnostic work which gives you no answers, and then they expect you to pay another $139 to hopefully get you an answer. So $339+ just to maybe get an answer. That does NOT include any actual repairs!
The next day the light came on and the car shut down on the highway! Thanks Highline. We are seeing a new mechanic obviously. STAY AWAY from Highline.
I dropped off my truck the night before the scheduled appointment for an exhaust manifold replacement and to have the spark plugs replaced. The next day, in the afternoon, I had a missed call with no voice message from Tarcas. I called back and was told that they did not want to do any work on my vehicle. I was given multiple reasons such as too many broken bolts on the exhaust manifold ( there are no bolts, there are studs) then the truck was undercoated and then they didn't have the man power to do the work. Tarcas at one time was a reputable shop that prided itself on service. This is no longer the case, very unprofessional!
They are so fast and friendly. Not sure why anyone in the area would go anywhere else. You'd be surprised on the services the offer. Large waiting room and right near downtown.

Last month I brought in my '08 Pathfinder which was having periodic stalling / shifting issues. They quickly resolved the issue, identifying / replacing a faulty camshaft position sensor. Friendly service as always, and very reasonably priced - vehicle is running much better ever since!
Honest, respectful, trustworthy. They didn't overcharge me when it would be very easy to do. $14 for a gas cap to fix my check engine light? Not $300 for a new 02 sensor like the other shop said? TARCA, you bought yourself a lifelong customer for just $14!
I have had work done elsewhere. Never again. These people are excellent and honest Rick works on all of our 5 cars including my 1970 Duster. I suggested a show on Velocity Channel called our honest local garage. Probably wouldn't work without the drama. Thank you guys for keeping us running. He even fixed my wife's 1988 Lebaron. Never ran that well for a K car. The car didn't even deserve a name, just a letter.
