My car had to be enecpectedly towed from Vernon to Tolland, the day before Christmas Eve. I called one place and they couldn't do it. I called JPM and the operator was sympathic ,knowledgeable, quick to find a tow truck, and extremelly helpful. The truck came quickly and the driver, whose name was Mike, was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly got my vehicle onto his truck and drove me home. His sense of humor and stories got me through a crummy situation and the cost of the tow was very reasonable. I would highly recommend JPM Enterprises LLC if unfortunately, you ever need to be towed.
These guys went above and beyond, started by towing my massive work truck to their shop late friday night and my truck was repaired and ready to go monday morning total bill 450$ amazing and didnt try to invent problems that didnt exist.
My truck broke down on 84 and I called my local shop. They referred me to JPM and they were there quickly. Very professional and was even able to navigate my 600 ft driveway. Great job.
I came to JPM via recommendation from a family member and I'm glad I did. My car had electrical problems due to rodents chewing wires above the fuel tank. To further complicate matters, we absolutely needed my car the following morning. JPM enterprises repaired my car in a timely manner, called me a few times throughout the process to keep me updated, and it was literally half the price the dealership quoted me. Highly recommend them for auto repair!
Id give 6 stars if I could! My insuranse company called over 20 companies to try to get a tow (in the middle of the night, in the rain, on a Sunday)-- they couldn't, so I caller JPM on a whim. Mike answered right away and came to tow my car immediately. His professionalism and kindness were outstanding (despite the fact that I surely woke him up at 2am!!). I'm SUPER grateful!!!

Having a vehicle break down is never "fun". Having a vehicle break down, while towing a camper, on a 94degree day is beyond challenging. AAA would not tow the trailer. They would not accommodate our situation. we were trying to stay "cool" in more ways than one. a desperate call to the campground we just left gave us JPM's number. I was extremely nervous. But when James arrived we knew all would be okay. he was respectful, knowledgeable, understanding of the stress level, he was accommodating, helpful, reassuring, towed our trailer with care.....he was even kind to our dog! He helped me get situated back at the campground, and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Trustworthy and safe.........I don't ever want to break down again but if we do in that area, JMP will be our first call. Thank you!!!!

JPM Enterprises LLC are incredibly kind, honest and efficient. Truly the best experience I've ever had with a towing / auto service company. I had a problem with my car late on a Sunday night, Mike called me back after hours to see what I needed and give me thorough advice on what to do. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information and didn't drive in a dangerous situation. The next day, when I needed a tow and AAA was going to take 7 hours, I called JPM Enterprises LLC back. Mike came within 20 minutes. When he got there, he checked my car over and told me that I actually didn't need a tow to the garage (saving me $150 which I otherwise would have paid him). He also helped me brainstorm other places to get parts to save money at the dealership. Mike was efficient, informative and incredibly patient - it is obvious he really cares about the customer not just providing services he can charge for. My insurance company contracted JPM for the towing of my car. I contacted the office we had a little mishap the keys went home with my daughter instead being left in the car, the person (owner) who answered was professional gave me a timeframe to get the keys back to the car. James was AWESOME his communication before he picked up my car and the call after he dropped my car at the repair shop definitely put my mind at ease through the whole process. I'll definitely use this company in the future if needed!!!
James was so nice, we asked for towing for a car that died and he came just as our second car died as well. He was very considerate to jump both cars and spent the time to make sure the cars were good and ready to go. Thank you James, my Daughters and I appreciate you very much!

Car decided to explode a belt while I was at 9pm at grocery store, JPM were there right after I called, came out and figured out the problem right away. Very friendly and professional, they seemed to really know what they're doing and I will definitely be using them again.
I count on this shop to keep my vehicles serviced and safe. They explain what needs to be done and never recommend work for no reason. Did brakes for both axles on my husband’s Subaru for a lot less than the dealer quoted. Best of all, I recently bought a van from a small dealer on good faith and when lights started coming on, they got it in to take a look the same day. They took pictures, spoke with the dealer about the issues they found and I was able to return it. When I found another van I liked, James met me at the shop on a Saturday to look it over thoroughly before buying. I will always patronize them for what our cars need! Thanks guys!
Awesome service with knowledgeable staff. Super friendly and responsive to phone calls and texts. I was able to schedule a tow first thing in the morning and they had someone out within the next half hour. I had Brad tow a car out to the DMV for inspection services and I couldn't be happier! Will plan to use you guys again in the future!
My husband and I completely beached our 26' moving truck in our yard. We worked on getting it out for at least 40 minutes before giving up, which put us way behind schedule for our big move.
We called JPM and James showed up within an hour. He maneuvered that nimble little truck right into the driveway and pulled the moving truck out of the lawn and back on solid ground. The whole process took about 15 minutes and put us right back on schedule for the move. He definitely saved our big day!
I never knew that they were there , after my son's car accident it was towed there and after meeting the staff there , I will be bringing my cars to be serviced there . You just know when you are at the right place , great people. JM
Needed my truck towed a fair distance (80 miles round trip for them or so) ; Spoke to Josh and he gave me a solid quote over the phone and they got right down to business. Very pleasant to deal with and very reasonable on the price. I wasn't around for the tow but they picked it up from where I sent them to get it and delivered it right where I asked them to in my driveway. I would highly recommend them.
If I could leave zero I would!! Josh is very rude and if I didn’t already wait over an hour for a tow to have him tell me I’m ruining his day because he was trying to watch football!! Well I’m sorry to tell u if I had all day to wait I would have just to make sure u didn’t get my money!! If it wasn’t for your customers you would not have a paycheck Josh!! You would have gotten a really nice tip if you didn’t have an attitude!!! Very disappointed with your company and the customer service!!

I called early with a problem and they got my car in without delay, fixing it so quickly and explaining what they did and why they did it. They were the best!! Would recommend this place to anyone needing emergency repairs or general upkeep.
They were able to help me out with a tow- it was going quite a way- and I felt like the price they gave me was very fair for the work they did. Driver was friendly and quick to get to me and I’d recommend them in the future!
