Taylor has great communication and all prices and services are clear and to the point as well as reasonably priced. Very easy drop off and pick up after hours and quality work. Highly recommend and will be returning in the future
Very professional owner is one of the nicest mechanics I've delt with fixed my sons audi for what I feel was a hundred less than any other grauge and got it done 2 days ahead of time and gave me a box of girl scout cookies

These guys are very good Mechanics as well as professional service people. They are extremely honest when it comes to advice with your car and I'm a continued customer because of it! In the past I've used several different garages for vehicle maintenance. Many times I felt taken advantage of realizing I likely overpaid for a service or paid for something I shouldn't have. Now I feel most comfortable using Josh and his people to stay on top of my mechanical issues with both my cars. I highly recommend them! They are a fair and honest garage to use!
Josh had been fixing my cars for over 20 years. He's skilled and fast. I send all my friends to him too. Keep in mind it might only take HIM an hour to do something, but you're paying him for his 30 years of experience. I'm just glad he's younger than me. The thought of ever having to find someone else is just too depressing to think about. He gets backed up sometimes, but his expertise is worth the wait.
Josh and his staff are great to work with. When ever I have an issue with one of my cars they are always quick to get me in. Hard to find an honest mechanic these days and I'm glad I found Josh and his team.
I’m very cautious of who I let work on my vehicles, it’s why I do most of the work myself. However, these guys are the jam. They’re honest, flexible, and dependable. They’ve earned my perpetual business for anything I can’t wrench on while on jackstands. 10/10
I just purchased a used VW Tiguan from Coventry Auto. I visited other new and used dealers, was not happy with my experience and happened to be driving by in the late afternoon. Josh, the owner offered to let me test drive a few of the cars, which I did. It was getting late so he suggested I return on Saturday so I could spend more time checking things out. I settled on the Tiquan. I thought the price was very fair. When I returned early in the week to pick up the car, I found Josh had had the car detailed, included a missing floor mat and filled it with gas. The car was fairly clean when I first looked at it. The service exceeded my expectations. Anyway I was a happy camper. I'm older and have purchased many used cars in the past from new and used dealers. I've also purchased one new car and I'm being sincere when I say this was the best car buying experience I've encountered!
Honest people and they got the job done in a timely manor!!! The price to fix my vw was very reasonable! They have a new customer for life. Thanks for the great work
Coventry Auto Sales is who I'm talking about when I say "my mechanic". Oh you have a problem? You should go see my mechanic.
On multiple occasions they helped me out and have been nothing but upfront, honest, and professional. I've had to bring my truck to them a couple of times and both of those times they let me know it was just a little thing that needed to be fixed. They charged me for the part and the cost of the work where they could have charged me more.
They also worked on my dearly departed mini van. Sad but true, they let me know it would have been more to fix it than the vehicle was worth. No hard sell just options and honesty that let me decide what to do in a difficult moment. It's nice to know you can trust your neighborhood guy.

Bought my first car here, the experience was amazing. Josh helped me and was beyond nice. The car drove amazing and was in good condition. They let us test drive it for 30-45 minutes to see how it drove. The only thing was a small chip in the front windshield which he offered to replace in 2-3 days before I bought it but I didn’t want to do that because it wasn’t bad, so instead he got it filled before I drove up to get my car. He gave me many options for prices and worked with me when it came to my budget, considering it was my first car. He registered my car on a day where he wasn’t supposed to even be in, but went out of his way to make it work with my schedule. When we went to pick up my car he even gave us money to go get it washed since it had been raining and he didn’t have a chance to. I couldn’t ask for better service and I’m beyond grateful this was the experience I had when buying my first car. I definitely recommend this place, and already have to a close friend that’s looking!
I would highly recommend this auto shop :) They are very professional, very helpful & very fair. I received excellent customer service, advice & even a great referral with another shop where some other type of work needs to be done.
While I was driving I noticed 2 signals on my panel inside the car. I am from Coventry and had used this shop in the past for service to my 2009 Chevrolet Impala. I went to this shop worried about the signals that I was getting. I walked in and the owner was there. He stopped what he was doing and helped me right away. I was very relieved when he checked out the signals told me that I needed air and not to worry. Filled the tires with air and I was able to get home safely. He did not charge me and was very courteous and accommodating. This experience literally made my day and restored my faith in what Kindness truly means . Thank you very much ?☺
In the 20 seconds I spoke with the owner I could tell he was a nice non malicious person, but I have to say you made a mistake. Last week my daughter visited your business very interested in purchasing her first car, a Subaru Impreza from you. She informed you that work takes me away all week and we couldn't come back to take a good look at the car until the following Saturday (Today). Apparently it was being driven as a loaner at the time. We came first thing this morning to do just that when you told us you sold it the very next day after you spoke to her, and you didn't bother to follow up with her. This action tells me that you put profit before integrity, no better than a large dealership. That's depressing, really. I would have bought that car this morning, but you couldn't wait and in doing so disrespected my daughter, who was devastated because it seemed like a place and car we could rely on, a sure bet. Instead it was another life lesson about how difficult it is to trust fellow humans.
I had a huge repair job on an older VW and these guys did the work for a third of the dealership’s price. Highly recommend. It’s good to have a trustworthy repair shop in town.
Pre-service review, that's right they have not put a finger on my 2006 Hyundai Accent yet but it has been a joy to talk with Josh, he is very friendly, attentive and you can sense the integrity he stands for. My car had the water pump replaced by the dealer per my request before the sale and they did it for nothing...but in this case you get what you don't pay for and now 12,000 miles later the pump started leaking. I had two shops give me an estimate both said 4.5 hrs labor and around $100 for a good brand water pump and with tax both shops came out to be right around $600. When I told Josh at Coventry Auto my story he looked a bit shocked and said 4.5 hrs labor?, I don't think so, its more like 3.0 hrs at least for me 8) he checked his pricing books and gave me an out the door price of $473! I'm getting the Job done on Tuesday...
I gave this pre-review 5 stars and will report back after Josh completes the 3 hour job next Tuesday! Now this level of honesty and integrity is very rarely experienced in these types of business! Thank you Josh! In Advance!

Recently had my Jeep serviced. Needed a second opinion on a major repair, and Josh went the extra mile diagnosing, getting the parts and fixing everything on time before a long road trip. Every time that Josh repairs my vehicles, they run better than ever. You can tell he loves his work!

Owner was nice and they fixed my car quickly. I was in between a rock and a hard place and had to pay the 535 dollars he said it would cost. After paying I did research and discovered on the high side the part cost 200. So 335 dollars in labor?!?
