Horrible customer service! Extremely rude older gentleman made remarks about me asking to replace a product that a bought a couple days prior. They gave me the wrong product. I’ve been coming here for years wouldn’t ever spend a dollar there again. Lost a customer over a ten dollar headlight! Advanced auto in Plainfield will be my go to place from now on.
Experienced counter, these guys know what they're talking about unlike some of the chain auto parts stores nearby. I sincerely appreciate the great advice I always get here. Thank you

It's just plain laziness in griswold napa. Just go to track the supply, and if they don't have what you're looking for, go to the Ocean State job lot. You'll probably have better service and product than going to napa. I'll find my air filter and just get everything else and bring all this back. Give someone something to do.

I bought some wheel bearings and seals and that store that used to give veterans discounts no longer dose and I had to stop by the Norwich store to buy some replacement lugnut studs and they gave me the veterans discount.
Really poor experience, staff was rude, didn’t appreciate my business, I openly stated I could just shop somewhere else, employee proceeded to put my parts away while my debit card was on the counter!!!
Every time I go to any NAPA, as luck would have it they don't stock it or it's not in stock. And ordering takes FOREVER

Best prices for propane refills around. This place is about 25 minutes from our home, so we plan multiple things we can do while travelling to NAPA. They are super friendly and make you feel welcome. The customers are just as friendly because I have had people offer to help me lift propane tanks into my truck. Nice hometown feel
Not all Napa’s are the same. As a handicapped person, they are not helpful by any means. Always some smart a$& comment and cut u off before u can ask your question. I will not be back. If I wanted I a person to help me that only knows what the computer tells them I’d go to a cheaper store. Being from Plainfeild I’m use to central village where they are very knowledgeable and willing to help carry out your items or help in anyway. Jewett city Napa is willing sit behind the counter and sell what the computer says the rest is your problem to figure out. Central village will tell u how figure out what u need to know or research it for you. I will never go back to Jewett city Napa! I have lived in Griswold for 3 yrs now and been there around 100+ times and they’ve helped or had what I needed maybe 10 times. Awful service and rude people.
We were sold a back light bulb which did fit in and the employee there was not even ready to help us out or allow us to try few more unpacked light bulbs
Staff is always very helpful. I own over a dozen classic cars; thou I am not mechanically included. I asked allot of questions & staff is always helpful. Selection isn’t huge; but store isn’t large thou they usually have everything or offer to order for you.
The employees are running it to the poor house. Never want to even look up the parts for me anymore, they just so quick to say nope we dont have that! It was a 08 Chevy 1500 truck hub for crist sakes!!!! We need a better option over here like autozone or better
The staff isn't openly hostile, but they're close. Everything costs 20 percent more than any other auto parts store. They never have anything I need in stock, be it a belt or a relay or a fuse, simple stuff. Maybe the rows of parts behind the counter are a very realistic painting.
They don't offer any of the free services their competition does. They won't pull an error code and I'm sure they won't do anything else either.
Every time I've been here the counter staff cheerfully banter with their customer buddies while making no effort to complete the transaction, so I stand there with my bottle of wiper fluid until I just leave.
Place sucks. Youd have a better time flagging down a stranger with the same car as you and asking them for the part you need. Just go anywhere else.

The place is kinda... I guess the best way to say it is all over the place. I feel like with some work, they could make the place better for the customers. There are better Napa's out there.
I have had no problems at this NAPA store. They usually have two people at the counter to serve customers. If necessary I wait my turn, tell them what I need and they go get it. They usually have what I need but if not they can get it by the next day if I remember right. I have had to return items a couple times because things changed on my end and I no longer needed the item. They gave me no hassle about returning it as long as I had the slip.
Sometimes a couple bucks extra but if not in stock they've always gotten parts quickly. Great service by parts being complete, like picking up a caliper with no missing washers!
