Orange Tow delivered excellent service from start to finish. They worked quickly but still paid attention to every detail. Nick and Anthony were outstanding professional, friendly, and efficient. The pricing was very affordable, and the overall experience was great. I definitely recommend Orange Tow to anyone in need of reliable towing service!
Orange Auto Towing has been extremely helpful and kind to me. I am very inexperienced when it comes to cars, and car related issues (maintenance, towing, repairs, etc.) Some places would perhaps take advantage of this fact, or at the very least be annoyed with my incompetence. This place has been nothing but class in terms of customer service and making sure I’m not getting screwed over by insurance/repair shops. 10/10 service and I am recommending to friends and family.
I had a blow out on the highway on Sunday afternoon. I was having a difficult time finding an operator that could come out within a reasonable amount of time and be willing to flatbed my car back to my town. I got a hold of Orange Auto Towing and they responded immediately. The operator, Gil, arrived much sooner than I was realistically expecting. He was very personable and very experienced in the industry. My car was loaded quickly and taken to my choice of service vendor. I was also dropped off at my house which was an added bonus and saved me a few dollars on an Uber. Additionally, the rate for the towing service was much less than what I would have expected for a Sunday afternoon emergency.
I felt very fortunate to have come across Orange Auto Towing and was beyond pleased with the service. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys!
Horrible experience, and horrible company. Uncommunicative and just trying to squeeze a dollar out of anyone. No soul, no heart, greedy, abrasive people.
The gentleman who took care of us today was the most friendly, professional person I’ve encountered at any tow/ car shop. I don’t normally write reviews but I definitely recommend this place, great customer service.
These guys were awesome! They could not help me, but were nice enough to recommend someone else that could. They even followed up and called me back long distance to make sure we had been helped before they left for the day.
If this is any indication of the character and helpfulness they display with non-paying inquiries, their paying customers should be in good hands.
