Terrible. Paid me next to nothing for brass and threw the little bit of #2 copper I had in with the brass. Guy at the scale asked me if it was my first time here to which I said yes. I'm pretty sure he asked that so he could give a lower price for everything. Never doing business here again. I've gone to Simms with less scrap and walked out of there with more money than this place gave me.
Industrial Recycling offers more per pound for my scrap PV wire from solar than anywhere I've ever been to. Collection of material is quick and easy, and the front desk manager, Victor, is quick to cash the receipts. I won't go anywhere else for my metal recycling services. Thank you!
I was so pleased. I called 4 places and Industrial Recycling was the highest price for copper by $.35 or more per pound. Victor the manager was friendly. It was easy to drop off the copper and my other scrap metal. I would definitely go there again.
Best prices I’ve gotten for scrap in a while. The manager has been a very respectable guy every time I see him, and his workers help with getting the best price for what I bring. 10/10 would scrap here again
Very upsetting what I just dealt with. Gave them copper wire and they priced it was communication wire. In the system that means it’s labeled as coaxial cable or cat wires which are aluminum. It’s so crazy they would do that! On top of it the reception upon arrival was absolutely horrible customer service. He made it seem like doing his job was a hassle. Never doing business here again

Industrial Recycling is the best scrap yard in New Haven. I am a traveling liquidator that emptied the closed Best Buy on Boston Post Rd. Called every scrap yard in town and Lukas gave me the best price for my steel. Good service and friendly driver as well...Thank You!!!
Dis honest thiefs. Just dropped off bunch of clean copper and aluminum feel guy robbed me gave 1.65 a pound. Robbed for clean copper pipe also. Dis honest company don't get robbed go some where eles
