A professional junk yard! They are actually organized, have things inventoried and the stuff is in the shape they advertise it in. You don't walk into a disaster of a counter or 1 guy who smoked a pack of Marlboros all day. I'll gladly do business again.
I ordered a alternator 2 weeks ago, it was stolen, supposedly. Then I was told it would be here through FEDX today. Still nothing. It's most definitely time to make a report, this is sad.

Update: Within a few minutes of leaving my review, I receieved a phone call from Will and a check was issued and out the door in a couple hours. I appreciate the prompt response after waiting almost 2 months for the return. Will has been great to work with through the buying and return process. Not sure where or why the delay in the refund but I am happy it was resolved.
They were great to work with when we needed to purchase a new transmission. We bought the extended warranty and within the warranty period, the transmission went bad. We have been working with Will with the return and refund but have been unsuccessful at receiving our refund. I would not recommend Tom's Foreign Auto based on the lack of honoring their warranty and issuing our refund. We will be pursing legal action if this is not rectified immediately.
Great product, great communication, and arrived quickly. Item was as it was described with zero surprises. The item was wrapped very well and shipped on two pallets to hold it secure and keep it safe and unscathed.
Tom's is my go to place for used parts. Their price for a used OEM part is usually less than the price of an aftermarket part. (I've rarely had good luck with aftermarket parts. I'd rather buy a used OEM part.) They ship incredibly fast and every part has done what it was supposed to do right out of the box. One of my cars was built in 2005 and they usually have parts for it. Just a great business.
I've gotten several parts, and they worked right out of the packaging, which by the way, was very secure and protected. They gave a 6-month warranty for the parts I ordered, and offer a life-time warranty for a small fee. Their prices are very good, and they even cross reference parts so, they may not have your vehicle, but they still may have your part.

I ordered two parts for my BMW from this company. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone to order with was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I ordered at 3:00 PM, and the parts were shipped the same day. One part I ordered was correct on the company’s end, but not correct on my end. I wanted to ship the part back. The company has a hassle free return process, which isn’t something you see with all used car part companies. The part came with a free return label, and the return shipping was paid for by the company. I was timely refunded upon the company’s receipt of my part. I will continue to check here first for all of my used part needs. They truly went above and beyond to earn my business.

Fantastic experience. Tom's Foreign Auto customer service astounded me. While ordering, they were quick and clear with all the information I needed. They shipped quickly and the engine was exactly as described. They offered a one year warranty, which is something I typically don't buy, but it was relatively inexpensive "insurance" if something went wrong, so I bought it. About three months after the install, the head gasket failed. Tom's found and sent another engine in just a few days and later sent a check that paid for the installation of the new engine. They were helpful and easy to deal with through all of it. I am amazed. I wish more companies operated like them. Thank you.
