I called for a infiniti qx60 2015 rear subframe on 1/10 the guy told me he was taking it apart and to call back monday 1/13 I called back And the part is still on the other car , i could’ve been ordered the part i needed instead of not having a car right now work on your guys customer service and communication
If you own a TSX you know about them… nice spot with nice staff. Usually junk yard guys are rude but these guys went above and beyond to make me want to return
I love coming to this yard. This is a great place to get used car parts, employees are awesome. Very very pleasant to deal with an excellent price. Honestly, one of the best salvage yards that you can deal with that actually care about their customers. I would recommend anybody to them.

Anybody who has a negative review about this salvage yard. You really need to think about what you’re saying, calling people dirty while they work at a salvage yard?! In a yard where they have to take cars apart, didn’t realize they’re supposed to be a damn suit to impress you. They aren’t pencil pushers, they actually physically work. And on another note if they are rude to you, maybe you should think about the way you act towards them first
They want to sell used parts like it was something new. The old guy and the white lady terrible customer service. If you ask for a receipt they will charge you more.
Customer service sucks! Wasted my time after driving an hour. The lady is so unprofessional! They don’t even help you find the cars. I had to walk the whole place by myself. You have to take the parts yourself. A little help would’ve been nice!
I called to ask about a car part i needed and was told they only sell the whole motor. Not to mention i didnt even call for a motor, also the woman who answered was pretty rude. She answered the phone while having a conversation with a coworker/customer not really sure. I tried to explain their website and google information states they sell PARTS as it says also on their sign. Id never call this place again nor will i ever recommend anyone here due to the lack of professionalism and for false advertisement.
I needed to have a vehicle towed and disposed of, the woman at the front desk was so pleasant to deal with, and patient putting up with myself and other customers and all our issues. Great price and service, highly recommend
The yards a little cramped but clean. People there are most helpful. Look forward to saving a ton of cash next time im in need..be aware these crazy low prices mean you remove items. So you match up the part you pull an test the part. Im sure if asked they would sell the part outright but expect to pay them for labor.
Service quality And hospitality very high recommend that they're willing the work with you in your needs and their honest because when I mean it their help they were there for me I got all the parts that I need it
The part I needed was a tail light. They had it. But that not what sets this used auto parts apart from the rest. It was the owner of the place. He was there and made sure I got my part that I couldn't pick up till 3 days later. I called delay to let him know I will be there as soon as I could. I felt like the owner was 100% cared about his customers. He new my need and I was completely grateful for excellent customer service I received. I will be doing business with them in the future.
the people that run the place I realize they're always willing to help you no problems whenever I need parts I called him if they don't have them they'll find them for me great place
