Great customer service ! These guys are awesome ! Highly recommend. My daughter's car was dropped off at a wrong location from another towing company. I called Nelcon, spoke to Gary who immediately dispatched a flatbed to pick her car up and had it dropped off at my mechanic in Farmington. Gary was a pleasure to work with, extremely courteous and professional.

Nelcon Service Center provided the best service I have ever received. I am from out of state and had my car breakdown at a nearby rest stop. Their staff stayed late on a Friday night just to be sure I was able to make my way home. They are knowledgeable and efficient. He was an experienced and competent driver who could easily hook up and take down your vehicle without a long delay in traffic stoppage or any further damage to your vehicle.

Really nice and friendly people and excellent service. I broke down near Waterbury, they came and towed me to their shop. Sal introduced me to their mechanic to see if he knew what could possibly be the problem. I ended having them tow the truck back to Pa.
