I called looking for an original part for my 1967 mustang (which is never easy) and while they didn’t have it, the man I spoke with took the time (15 minutes before closing) to look up and provide contact information for the only yard that actually has the part. I didn’t catch his name but instead of saying “sorry I can’t help you” he took the time to help me with absolutely nothing in return, definitely recommend!

was asked to put down a deposit for junk parts before even getting the part with a timeframe of 24 to 48 hours then pick it up an hour away totally inconvenient. As if it was a refurbished part from AutoZone.

While working at a small dealership in upstate New York, i have dealt with dozens of used part yards. Called petrillos for the first time as they are not local. 1 bad apple spoils of lunch. Had to prove I brought another part from another junk yard because the one they sold me failed. Guy was upset. Part he sold me was $175 I got the other one for $30

Bought a used battery, kept needing a charge after 10 months, brought it back and they gladly exchange for another per guarantee. Would go there again, helpful customer service.

Offered me bottom dollar for my car, charged me top dollar for the part to fix it. Forget how long this place has been here and go find a more legitimate company.

The guy in the white Honda was opening the gate on my way to work this morning, blocking the whole road, you think he would have had the common courtesy to move over a bit and let me pass but no.. he decided the best course of action was to flip me off. Can't say I'm surprised this place has always had poor customer service. People just typing into a computer acting like engineers.

Needed to edit my review of 1 *I originally posted that they had sold me a starter that was defective. Have found since then it was the mechanics fault not Petrillo's. So in good conscience I need to change this review.

Good morning,How are you doing?I just reported Petrillos Junkyard to the Better Business Bureau for fraud and scaming money due to the fact that their forcing people to buy parts from there company that they dont need. By not giving them their refund for an item they did not receive.thats how they stayed in business by stealing money

Good service. They did not have the part I needed but got it the next day. Only problem was they never called to let me know it was in. I can somewhat understand because they are very busy everytime i go in there.

I came down here from albany, ny for my 2008 Sebring convertible parts.Tthey were excellent to deal with. They sent me pictures of the parts i needed and sent them to my phone. They always responded promptly. I would bot hesitant to get other psrts from them.

I had been looking for a driver's side headlight assembly for a 2005 Chrysler Crossfire for over 2 years. Finding a new one has been impossible without incurring a significant cost. Due to that I have been searching the internet for a used one, but once again the prices have been ridiculously high and the condition of the ones I found were poor. Recently I found one at Petrillo's. I called and spoke with Kevin who was easy to talk to and promptly sent me pictures of the headlight assembly. I was nervous about purchasing it since it came from a salvage car. Kevin gave great details on the headlight assembly and answered all of my many questions. Kevin worked up the order for me and unfortunately was on vacation the next week that I decided to order it. Kevin had already set up me working with his co-worker Lenny who finished the sales order and shipped it to me. The price was great the speed of shipping was great. The light is installed now looks great and is exactly what I expected based on Kevin's description.

Terrible service. I was looking for a door for my 2013 Subaru WRX. They had a door listed online as clean and undamaged. I went to pick it up and there was a ~10" long scrape through the paint on a major visible body line, another chip through the paint the size of a fingernail, and a scratch on the handle - the entire length of the handle. I asked them if they had any wiggle room as I was expecting a truly undamaged door since that's what they listed, to which I was sarcastically asked if I wanted to have them buff it out, and then was told "we don't sell new f*****g parts". They then took the door away and put it back on the shelf. No counter offer, not even a "the price is the price". Just a sufficient lack of manners and professionalism. 11/10 would NOT recommend.

purchased a transmission for a Subaru with low miles for 1000.00 installed it and its instantly BAD. they would not make it right. I did not want my money back, I only wanted a GOOD transmission. they said NOPE as is sucker! anyone considering buying costly parts. you better beware

Only thing I get there are used batteries which is a decent deal. Most of the staff there are miserable which is why the service is below par. Their prices are usually way to high. Chuck and Eddie's better

The crapiest service, 4 people in the office and 5 out in the field, had to wait ober 2 hours to get one little part even though i ordered it in advance. Worst experience ever. Not suggesting to come there.

Horrible customer service! When I walked in no one acknowledge my being there. I had to say excuse me numerous times. I was tempted to call the phone just to get their attention. Very bad customer service!

looking to sell a junked car go to Chuck and Eddies they offered me a higher initial price that Petrillo's. I called the guy to ask how much it would be to sell my junked car he gave me a number and then I decided to politely decline at the moment while I shop around and he seemed to have an attitude over this decision. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT ARE THE CORNER STONE TO A BUSINESS PEOPLE!!!

NEVER do business with this place. i ordered parts for my car & they didn't come in when they were supposed to, then they couldn't deliver them so i had to pick them up! the parts i purchased were supposed to be specific to my car & they told me they were.. went to install and the parts were WRONG and one of them was bad!! tried to return/exchange and wouldn't give me a damn penny back or try to help me at all because i didn't have the yellow slip! what business orders you the wrong parts & then won't do anything at all to satisfy you?! so now a month later, the other part i ordered blew! i've talked to other people as well that have been sold bad transmissions & wrong parts &; then they wouldn't help resolve the problems! i will NEVER do business with these guys again personally or my shop! STAY AWAY! their mess up caused me over $1k because i had to get a rental car & order the correct parts from the dealer! they are a scam! they tell you they order you the parts you need and then sell you the wrong parts & if you don't have the yellow slip, you're scr*wed!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THERE POLICYS.... ARE THERE POLICYS. I AM A NATIONAL CHAIN, AND ASKED THEM TO SHIP THE PART TO MY FACILITY.THEY REFUSED DUE TO THE FACT THAT OUR CENTRAL OFFICE HANDLES ALL OF OUR ACCOUNTS PAYABLES WHICH MEANS, THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT GOES TO A DIFFERNT PLACE THAN OUR SHIPPING ADDRESS SO WOW!!! WHAT A HASSELL BUT THAT IS THERE POLICY I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THEM BE A LITTLE MORE FLEXIBLE WITH A COMPANY AS LARGE AS 400 STORES A NATIONAL FRANCHISE
