JPM Enterprises LLC are incredibly kind, honest and efficient. Truly the best experience I've ever had with a towing / auto service company. I had a problem with my car late on a Sunday night, Mike called me back after hours to see what I needed and give me thorough advice on what to do. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information and didn't drive in a dangerous situation. The next day, when I needed a tow and AAA was going to take 7 hours, I called JPM Enterprises LLC back. Mike came within 20 minutes. When he got there, he checked my car over and told me that I actually didn't need a tow to the garage (saving me $150 which I otherwise would have paid him). He also helped me brainstorm other places to get parts to save money at the dealership. Mike was efficient, informative and incredibly patient - it is obvious he really cares about the customer not just providing services he can charge for. James just helped us with our car lock out and the service was excellent!

I count on this shop to keep my vehicles serviced and safe. They explain what needs to be done and never recommend work for no reason. Did brakes for both axles on my husband’s Subaru for a lot less than the dealer quoted. Best of all, I recently bought a van from a small dealer on good faith and when lights started coming on, they got it in to take a look the same day. They took pictures, spoke with the dealer about the issues they found and I was able to return it. When I found another van I liked, James met me at the shop on a Saturday to look it over thoroughly before buying. I will always patronize them for what our cars need! Thanks guys!

James and his crew are excellent. I had an emergency tow job that required a medium duty truck and they were there super fast. Thanks again to Jamie (and Mike) for saving the day.

Having a vehicle break down is never "fun". Having a vehicle break down, while towing a camper, on a 94degree day is beyond challenging. AAA would not tow the trailer. They would not accommodate our situation. we were trying to stay "cool" in more ways than one. a desperate call to the campground we just left gave us JPM's number. I was extremely nervous. But when James arrived we knew all would be okay. he was respectful, knowledgeable, understanding of the stress level, he was accommodating, helpful, reassuring, towed our trailer with care.....he was even kind to our dog! He helped me get situated back at the campground, and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Trustworthy and safe.........I don't ever want to break down again but if we do in that area, JMP will be our first call. Thank you!!!!

My insurance company contracted JPM for the towing of my car. I contacted the office we had a little mishap the keys went home with my daughter instead being left in the car, the person (owner) who answered was professional gave me a timeframe to get the keys back to the car. James was AWESOME his communication before he picked up my car and the call after he dropped my car at the repair shop definitely put my mind at ease through the whole process. I'll definitely use this company in the future if needed!!!

Awesome service with knowledgeable staff. Super friendly and responsive to phone calls and texts. I was able to schedule a tow first thing in the morning and they had someone out within the next half hour. I had Brad tow a car out to the DMV for inspection services and I couldn't be happier! Will plan to use you guys again in the future!

Needed my truck towed a fair distance (80 miles round trip for them or so) ; Spoke to Josh and he gave me a solid quote over the phone and they got right down to business. Very pleasant to deal with and very reasonable on the price. I wasn't around for the tow but they picked it up from where I sent them to get it and delivered it right where I asked them to in my driveway. I would highly recommend them.

James was so nice, we asked for towing for a car that died and he came just as our second car died as well. He was very considerate to jump both cars and spent the time to make sure the cars were good and ready to go. Thank you James, my Daughters and I appreciate you very much!

Great professional service for a good price. They tell you exactly what was wrong with your vehicle and do a great job fixing it. No hidden costs/ fees. They are a honest, hard working company. I would recommend them to anyone. They fixed my 1998 5-speed Honda Civic when my clutch blew and other things and have done excellent service on my dad's diesel truck(s) as well. Thanks JPM!

I called early with a problem and they got my car in without delay, fixing it so quickly and explaining what they did and why they did it. They were the best!! Would recommend this place to anyone needing emergency repairs or general upkeep.

My husband and I completely beached our 26' moving truck in our yard. We worked on getting it out for at least 40 minutes before giving up, which put us way behind schedule for our big move. We called JPM and James showed up within an hour. He maneuvered that nimble little truck right into the driveway and pulled the moving truck out of the lawn and back on solid ground. The whole process took about 15 minutes and put us right back on schedule for the move. He definitely saved our big day!

Car decided to explode a belt while I was at 9pm at grocery store, JPM were there right after I called, came out and figured out the problem right away. Very friendly and professional, they seemed to really know what they're doing and I will definitely be using them again.

JPM Enterprises does high quality work at a reasonable price, but that is not what makes them great. What makes them the best is the personal service with full explanation of what needs to be done and why. JPM takes the time to educate you on the needs and priorities of your vehicle. I personally recommend JPM Enterprises to anyone who is need of a mechanic or a towing company.

If I could leave zero I would!! Josh is very rude and if I didn’t already wait over an hour for a tow to have him tell me I’m ruining his day because he was trying to watch football!! Well I’m sorry to tell u if I had all day to wait I would have just to make sure u didn’t get my money!! If it wasn’t for your customers you would not have a paycheck Josh!! You would have gotten a really nice tip if you didn’t have an attitude!!! Very disappointed with your company and the customer service!!

Best mechanic in town. Honest, friendly, and locally owned. You can trust these people to do good work at a fair price and communicate clearly with you at every step of the way.

They were able to help me out with a tow- it was going quite a way- and I felt like the price they gave me was very fair for the work they did. Driver was friendly and quick to get to me and I’d recommend them in the future!

A large facility, multiple bays and very experiend mechanics. Cars, trucks, large trucks,suvs or your fleet of trucks/cars. Ask Jimmy one of the nicests very experienced mechanics/owner you'll ever meet.

Never a good time for the vehicle to go down but after a quick google search...tow came and got me back to Massachusetts from CT. Very personal service.
