Great fast service they towed my car from Milford CT all the way to Queens in a rain storm . The guy was very nice,upfront and professional . Most importantly he kept his word and came right away . Great truck with automatic remote control pull. Which made the process so much easier. This company is awesome. So glad I chose them.
Soo grateful for this towing company they went above and beyond for my family. We got stranded in CT and they came right away in the pouring rain. They took our car all the way to Queens ny. Very professional,courteous and the prices are great. Definitely recommend
Very unprofessional, driver was acting like he was drunk. Kept saying he is basically a cop and makes millions a year. Also this company obviously does not have a dental plan.
They were the only ones that were willing to pick up my call in the middle of the night and take me back home to Roslyn from Greenwich. Their prices were the best ones on top of that compare automatic quotes online. They were also extremely fast too when picking me up.
These guys are awesome!!! I have a lowered Honda, I called 5-6 others tow companies in the area and they all refused to tow my car. Pruven got there in less than 20 minutes and got my car on the flatbed with no issues. The service was so good I offered the driver a tip which he refused and told me not to worry about it. DO NOT CALL THEM - attempted to charge me $190 dollars for a vehicle to be towed less than 1 mile. Their shop , the car that needed to be towed, and the drop off spot were all within a 2 mile radius. Roberts towing service (in Milford, CT)as well charged me $90 for the same request. Do your homework ! Be careful what you say to them because they will try and use it to their advantage financially.

The guy who picked up the phone was friendly and helpful. The driver Arrived no more then 30 minutes after I called them. Driver was also very nice and very helpful. Loaded my car on quick and got it to the destination quick. Really can’t say enough good things about the process!
I need a tow over the weekend they took so long I was able to get the car running before anyone came out. I called back to cancel and get a refund they told there’s nobody to there to speak to about a refund but said he’ll have the owner call me me I waited 2 days no call I called for the next 2 days to try to speak to someone but kept getting the run around and the last day I called they hung up on me. So by this time I started to deal with this directly through my bank. The tow company calls me back and says out of the $340.32 they took out of my account they can only return half yet I did not receive any service from them! Worst experience with a towing company I have ever had! Would not recommend!

Flat tire southbound on RT 95 at 11:30 pm on a Sunday Night - South of New Haven at Exit 38. I called Pruven after Google search. Pruven arrived quickly and the mechanic Bill was courteous, professional and safety conscious. Pruven changed the tire and had me on my way in no time. I highly recommend them for roadside service. They are amazing!!! My car broke down and I was stuck in Woodbridge with no car and almost no battery on my phone and scared! I google towing company’s and was sooooooooo lucky that I got Pruven Towing! Honestly I never wright reviews... not my thing but I was soo appreciative on how above and beyond then went to help me out at such a good price!!! Literally they were there in probably under 30 mins!!! And when I called they were super busy because of the snow but soon as I explained my situations and how I was alone in the middle of no where practically and scared they made me a priority! The price was sooooo much less than I expected and the guy who got me was not only friendly but was able to tell me an idea of what he thought the problem was with my car which turned out to right and both priced quickly, and fairly!!!!!!! It was such and over all easy and quick fix to what I thought would be such a headache I thought the least could do was take the time to share my experience on the internet
These guys are great! I had a belt break on New Years Eve evening and I was getting cold fast because the car wouldn’t run. I called and they were there in 20 mins. It’s gets better, they had my car repaired the next day. Highly recommend. Thank you for the great service.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. The guy was very rude and just took off. He asked me for my keys which I did not have because I was just in a rollover accident and the keys were not with the car, said he needed the keys then got in the truck and left. Didn't even try to apologize or anything. The original tow people from the accident scene were able to tow the car without the keys. The guy didn't even want to attempt. I will not recommend this company to anyone and will tell people to stay far away if they are in need of a tow.
My commute car broke down a few weeks back over in devon. I called pruven towing, because i was in need of a tow, i searched google and found them instantly. I called up and speaked to bill, and was told that he would be right out for me....i was unaware that it takes as long as 38 minutes to come from midtown of milford, just over to devon. I felt as though i was more than patient. Needless to say i called another towing company that was much more honest and reliable. And they arrived within 10 minutes like they said they would on the phone.
That same day i never even received a call back from pruven, letting me know that they were running late, or just not gunna come at all... im not fond of writing reviews in general, but with an experience like that. I felt the need to share. If anyone ever has car troubles be sure to check out other more reputable towing companies in milford.
