I can’t even park at work without them towing me it’s insane I’m a nurse I care for others but yall don’t care about that yall care about the money yall are sick for that
Nothing would satisfy me more than this company going out of business. They are rude on top rude with a side of mean and not just on the phone (then hang up on your face) but in person. I made a complaint about a car double parked on the street, but they claim they can’t tow from the street.. Funny because I have seen them do it many times including towing my car from the damn street!
I was sceptic at first due to very bad reviews, but we decided to call them and ask for help for one of our trucks that could not started at the i-91 northbound rest area. They provided us with an upfront quotes for jump start and/or batteries replacement and they accepted card over the phone payment.
We decided to go with batteries replacement and they showed up within 15 minutes and changed the batteries and got our truck on back on the road.
We ar every happy with the service they have provided us and I had to give them 5 stars as they were amazing from the beginning to the end which is very surprising due to the low star reviews on google.
We will be using them again in the future if we are in the area.
I don’t know why these guys have any bad reviews! I just got towed by this company, and they did a really great job. Andrew towed my semi and trailer, and the customer service was absolutely excellent! They charged a really good price, arrived ASAP, and got me and my truck to our destination ASAP. If you get Andrew, trust me, you’re in great hands!
My car wouldn’t start and the dealership told me it would be a 5 minute fix if I could get there before 5:30pm. I called this place before 3:30 and was told someone would arrive in 20 minutes. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting, and it was too late to go to go get my car fixed.
If they’d given me an appropriate amount of time or called to tell me it would take more than 20 minutes, I could have called someone else, and potentially kept my plans for the night, but now I have no car.
When I called to cancel the tow, they didn’t even apologize, which isn’t like, a huge issue, but idk, kind of rude.
I’ll call another place to get my car towed tomorrow and LOL that place will probably suck too.
Predatory company. They towed my car within an hour after arriving at my friends apartment complex. There were plenty of empty spaces, I didn't think it was necessary to go get her visitors tag as it was the middle of the day on a Saturday but this company drives around looking to make money off of people just minding their own business. I also went to the first address listed on google and the guy who answered the door was unnecessarily rude. There was a sign in the window of the address to retrieve towed cars so I'm sure people go to the wrong address a lot but he just said "not here" as if he had know idea why I was even there. The man at the actual address where you pick up the hostage cars was nice. I'm sure he has to deal with irate people all day if this is the standard of how the company he works for operates. Be careful in Middletown, even if you are only dropping by quick make sure you get the visitors pass from your friend because this company drives around looking to make money off of innocent people!
Disgusting company and evil drivers. My apartment complex has no available spots near my apartment building. I went shopping at Costco and can't carry heavy boxes to my door without getting close to having an asthma attack. So i briefly parked my car outside of my building to carry my things inside. I was gone for less than a minute. I come out and one of their drivers are beginning to tow my car. I run to drivers door to ask him why my car is being towed and he rudely tells me that I'm in a fire lane which I in fact was NOT. Nor are there any signs that say no parking or anything of that nature. He realized what was doing illegal and says "I'll give you a break" and puts my car down and speeds off as I was talking to him.
Likely because he was towing it for no reason. Disgusting and will be reporting them to the BBB.
They Suck! My complex has a new contract with them and just like cross country, they do not come out!! And if they do, it’s for a joy ride because they leave with nothing! About 8/18 cars without passes taking up spots. No matter how many times we call, they do not care! They’re definitely loosing out on a lot of money!!

They towed my car the wrong way. It should have been flatbed. All the fault lights came on therefore i had to have it towed again to the dealership, this time it was flatbed. I called and they basically hung up on me as if I’m the one with the problem. They are hard to talk to, they seem to know it all. They are not taking responsibility for their actions. DONT USE THEM!!!
I reported these people to the better business bureau and to authorities. They will fraudulently tow ur vehicle and either claim that their driver didn't see the ticket or that ur parked in the wrong spot. Then they will charge u an outrageous amount to get ur car from them. These people are looking for criminal charges and /or lawsuits . I suggest that everyone continue to supply any proof they may have and continue to report them to the better business bureau and always file a police report if you are towed unlawfully.
I've had several interactions with D&L over the last year and all were positive. Most recently I had a box truck stuck in the mud on a miserable rainy Saturday night. The driver who responded was great and even knocked a little bit off the initial quote. In my experience, faster than AAA too. Would recommend!
Called to inform someone was in my parking spot where I lived. Tried to inquire about where I should park in the meanwhile, was unwilling to answer any questions and hung up in the middle of a conversation and unwilling to give an estimate of time.
Had a parking pass when I lived in my apartment complex but apparently it was out dated according to them but was never told by my management (up reality) the company refused to reimburse and took months to get an updated one! It is illegal to only offer cash only I will be calling the dmv to make a formal complaint as everyone else on here should!
This towing company works with my apartment complex owned by UpRealty (look them up to see how horrible they are) to get cars towed who don’t have parking permits although they fail to provide tenants with parking permits.
We were told several different things since moving in a year ago, at first it was that they weren’t doing parking permits anymore. Two months later we were told they were and we sent in the necessary documents. In November of last year, D&L towed our car even though we’ve been living here for 9 months already and never got a parking permit, we had to pay almost $200 to get our car back. D&L just towed our car again today because we never received a parking permit even though we have sent in all the necessary documents and we’ve been living here for a year. A bunch of scam artist working together to take peoples money.
I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about, but we had a really lovely experience. They came within minutes and charged a good reasonable price. And the guy that came with the tow truck was SO nice. If we need a tow again, we will call this place for sure.
A great guy Lee just came out to help us. He was nice, quick & helpful. We called AAA and my credit card Roadside assistance but this guy beat them both.
We called to request our car towed. But instead when the driver arrived to our home he offer us to jump the car at a cheaper cost. It worked! We made it to the mechanic. Ty!
Very unprofessional. The workers are literally driving around running plates so they can tow vehicles in private apartment complexes. During this trying time this is the most insensitive thing you could do...force people to pay money when people are losing their jobs left and right. The the audacity to state they're "doing you a favor" when you pay to have your vehicle released. I guess they've never heard of "bad karma".
They came at 3 am to take my keys out my car. No haste no problems and they were cheapest ($63) and here’s the thing .....they take debit too thank you Jon.
I'm sure that anyone that gives this place more than 1 star must work there. This place is a joke. Nobody was in the office until 30-45 mins after it says it's open. Also they only take cash with no card option I hope this place goes out of business asap nothing but scam artist

Will illegally tow your car, lie about laws and regulations and hang up in your face when they are in the wrong. Got my car towed back to my apartment and the paperwork was thrown out. They do not do their job, which is come regularly to move cars who do not belong to the building but accidentally remove a car that is lol what a joke!
Thieves that illegally tow your car, lie about the local laws and hold your car illegally until you pay them. They will tow your vehicle pasted the legal limit, will not accept card (as required by law) and invent reasons to tow. This company will pretend to work with you but they are really criminals that work with apartment complexes to take your money. If you see their signs or are towed by them speak to a local law enforcement officer. Be aware of their fake office.
