Dan was great start to finish, let me use paypal so I got 6 months interest free on a big bill, then he delivered all the parts including a big hood in a couple days to Massachusetts. Mercedes parts arent cheap and got everythibg for under $1k. Talk to Dan if you need help.
Please be advised this is a deceptive organization. Got a referral from another salvage yard. They had the part called confirmed. Said yes purchased it requested it shipped. It's $25 for shipping or $125 for delivery. Took the shipping for $25. Filled out the form, sent it back. They require you to send a copy your credit card and your photo ID online to them. I've been doing this for 43 years. It's the first time anybody ever asked me for a copy of my ID and all my credit card to be emailed to them. I advise them that I am not doing that. Call three times to speak with the manager cuz the salesman said he's not the decision maker. Followed up today. Said the manager is not in and then I get an email 30 seconds later saying the part has been sold. It's in everybody's best interest not to do business with this organization. I buy Parts for numerous salvage yards. This is the first time I ever got this much static for a $200 pot. I usually don't write reviews but I had to write this one cuz the whole organization should be wiped off of being in business.
I bought a used AC compressor for my Toyota Corolla 2015 from this place. The guy in the front desk found a part from a low mileage car. Part cost is very reasonable and affordable compared to other places. Will come again if I ever needed car parts and highly recommend.

Got strung along for days for a very simple part. Each time I called to inquire about the status of said part I was met with a poor attitude and ignorance of my order. The final time I called I was met with even more of an attitude and then told my order was cancelled. Don't waste your time with these people.
Do not use this company. They will say a part is for a car just to sell you it even though it’s the wrong part and when you go to return it, they will tell you they don’t accept returns This place is a scam ran by a bunch of foreigners that barely speak English, who are just trying to scam people and sell them stuff. They don’t need just to make it a buck. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Do not use this company.!!!!
Needed a bunch of parts for my 2015 kia optima which i couldn’t find anywhere, but luckily JC Auto Parts had them and at very reasonable prices. Great people, on time, very understanding, will definitely be going here for all the parts i need to fix my cars.
ordered 2 transmissions on wednesday . on friday told they cannot find convertor for chevy but i will have lexus monday before i closed. never showed up . wasted my lifts and time.
