Called them multiple times. Called at 7:50am said there closed even tho it says 24hrs. Called at 9 to give them time and he didn’t pick up after call number 4 then said hello “with an attitude” then hung up on me. Currently on call number 6. And just sent straight to voicemail.
DO NOT COME HERE…. I called over 4 times when I finally got a hold of him he told me to come in at 12 . I arrive shortly after to an employee telling me he’s in the back with a white pick up truck . I call him and he tells me he’s busy to go speak to another employee the other employee shruck his shoulder and said “ well idk he’s going to be busy I cannot help you” he was also very rude on the phone as well. Find another place to junk your car. Also tries to lower the price every phone call not worth it.
I needed my vehicle removed ASAP on a weekend and found a number for CT Junk Cars in Hamden. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Brian picked up the phone immediately. We scheduled for a 12pm pickup the next day. Brian showed up with all of the proper tools and the car was gone in 15minutes. Absolutely couldn’t have asked for an easier all-around experience or better service. 100% recommended to anybody looking to have their junk vehicle removed.
Brian was great gave me a good price for my truck with the plow as rotten as it was he he was very respectful and worried about my safety while helping
I was in a pinch trying to find someone who would be able to come take my car under very short notice, when I came across CT Junk Car Recyclers. When I called, they came fairly quickly to come and take my car. They were very professional and if anyone is looking to junk their car within the same day of calling, these are your guys!
Called looking to get my old car removed and maybe get a couple for it not only did they return my call with in an hour but picked up my old car that afternoon will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone I hear looking for this type of company
I live out of state but my family lives in the new haven area. Called the local guys (chuck and Eddie’s and elm city) nobody would come out same day. Called these guys came out same day and paid me cash! Awesome guys will use again
