Never deal with this shop. Their prices are extremely overpriced and the quality of their work is poor. I strongly recommend staying away.

I contacted this service three times. My truck arrived under its own power, started normally, and regeneration was working fine. The issue was related to sensors that needed to be replaced. The mechanic was good, but could not clearly identify the exact source of the fault. After discussing it with management, I was told to replace the entire assembly, which would cost over $5,000, and about $6,500 including labor. I refused this repair and purchased and installed the required sensors myself.
On Monday, I returned only to have the fault codes cleared with a scanner. The mechanic tried hard and spent a lot of time, but was unable to help. I want to note that the mechanics themselves are good, but the problems start with management and administration.
I then decided to send the truck to a dealer. Until that point, the truck started and ran normally, except for being limited to 5 mph. I asked them to deliver my truck to the dealer, about 12 miles away. The trip went fine, but after delivery the truck would no longer start. The person who delivered my truck, who is also the owner/boss, did a terrible job, did not help investigate the issue, and simply left. Because of his actions, the truck stopped working and was left in the middle of the road, creating a hazard.
When I contacted the service, the woman answering the phone was rude and lied, claiming that I personally asked the driver to leave. That is not true.
In conclusion, the mechanics are good, but the owner and the front office are unprofessional, dishonest, and take no responsibility for the consequences of their actions. I do not recommend this service

I brought my truck in on Friday for a DEF / aftertreatment issue. They spent the entire day and could not diagnose or fix the problem.
Instead of proper diagnostics, they tried to charge me about $6,000 to replace the entire aftertreatment assembly (DPF/SCR canister) — a very expensive exhaust unit that includes DPF, SCR catalyst, NOx sensors, PM sensor, Delta pressure sensor, and DEF components.
In my case, the problem was related to faulty sensors and calibration, not a failed canister. They did not prove that the unit was bad and pushed the most expensive repair option.
I had to guide the mechanic on where to look, which sensors to check, and to verify voltage readings and installation. It was clear they did not fully understand the system and relied only on basic scan results.
They also gave me incorrect information, claiming the Volvo dealership was closed on Saturday. That was not true — the dealership was open. I went myself, bought and installed the correct sensor.
Since they are closed on weekends, I returned on Monday only to find they still could not perform the required reset/calibration, yet charged me for labor.
Towing was also unacceptable. I paid for it, waited about two hours, and the truck was dropped in the middle of the road at the dealership with dead batteries. The driver then stopped responding.
Conclusion: This shop misdiagnoses problems, wastes time, and pushes unnecessary expensive repairs. I recommend avoiding this company.
I called yesterday (1/28/26)-thurs. for a tow they were so fast, reasonable, and friendly. I called triple AAA they told me maybe 6 hrs because of all the snow removals. These guys were there within 20 mins maybe 15. And the driver was so nice and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with their service and would recommend 1st before any other towing. Thank u. Jen

These people have a way of passing the ball to every employee in duty when they are caught in lies after lies to see who can come up with a better one and get away with it. They take advantage of hard working people and are very unprofessional when it comes to answering a clients question. Once they get caught in their own lies about overcharging they will tell you give me a call back number to never call back because they know they are wrong and dont ever want to assume anything on top of that the owner is super rude if he is the actual owner. People pay attention to the little things in the receipt the lies are real.
We had our truck f250 towed on wendsday night 1.6 miles.i was towed cause did not have insurance card available but it is insured. The problem was one source towing charge me $884 cause my truck is consider medium duty he said he had to charge me $400 per hour so he charge me for 2 hrs how can u charge for 2hrs when the truck was 1.6 miles away and there was nothing wrong with the truck the driver drove the truck onto the flat bed plus the used a ram 3500 to towed it.this is what I call robbery we need to stop this abusive business.i call the dmv department and the told me to file a complaint using form k35, and that they are real familiar with this business.at the moment is not about the money is about taking advantage of hard working people. We are making this viral im posting this on Facebook Instagram everywhere. On May 2024 the owner was arrested for price gouging
11/20/2025 update: Even though the business replied to my review and states that they're "immediately investigating this matter internally, and committed to taking appropriate corrective action", they are not responding to emails that I have sent them or willing to help me out when I call them. In fact, I spoke to a gentleman over the phone at their business today and he was beyond rude. He hung up on me mid-conversation and was not willing to help me out at all. He got super defensive even though this company's tow truck driver has put my two little kids in a dangerous situation.
An incident occurred on my street around 11:50 AM on 11/14/2025. One of their tow truck drivers was towing a broken down Penske truck on my street when their truck clipped my phone line in front of my house and is now dangling on my property. My home security cameras recorded this entire incident. I've attached pictures from my video footage that shows the incident and damage to my property. I've also included a picture of the tow truck driver standing on my property as he acknowledges that the truck cut the phone line and just tosses the cut phone line onto my property. As a father with two young kids and a dog, this is extremely disappointing, absurd, and beyond disrespectful. The tow truck driver neglected to take any action to notify me of this safety issue and just drove away. I called One Source Towing & Repair LLC twice on 11/14/2025, but they refuse to take any ownership or action to remediate this issue. I will have to hire and pay a professional to fix the damage that was caused to my property, which One Source Towing & Repair LLC should 100% have done to resolve this safety issue. They have put my family in a dangerous situation where a cord is dangling in my front yard. I cannot believe the way that this company is acting and is neglecting to take any ownership for what they caused. I will most likely be taking legal action against this company since they refuse to take responsibility for the damage caused to my property and for the dangerous situation they've put my family in.
Needed a car jumped, told me 30 min, showed up 2 hours later after several calls asking where the driver was and kept being told "he's on the way" but refused to provide an ETA. Driver also got salty that I wasnt happy it took so long telling me he's busy and acting like the victim. Rude driver, unprofessional service, never using them again.
Had some damage to the front of our car and they did an amazing job on it! I truly appreciate how my opinion was considered prior to leaving on the work done, the price was extremely reasonable and the service was really quick. Not originally from the area but in the past few years needing any kind of car repair gives me anxiety about where to go but I would come back here for sure. This tow company is robbing people of Olive street and Wooster square residents because of parking permits that we have not received yet! We have contacted management about the issue and nothing is being done. Residents have to ride around 30-40 mins to find parking in the dark. Nobody want to pay to get they car taken away and also the tow guys that came out forced us to pay with lifting the car in the air until they received he payment. This is robbery of hardworking people and is not right to make the people that live here pay to not get they car taken away for permits they have not received yet or didn’t have in the car at the time unaware of the new policy. This is outrageous and something that i wanted to share about the company and the ethics behind their drivers’! My car was towed and i can literally see the marks in the ground from the damage done from the bottom of my car scrapping the ground. Everything will be handled in due process but i wanted to share my experience and talk for the people that can’t and don’t know how to leave a review which a lot of people that are residence here is elderly. This is sad and something has to be done about it soon as possible! They are literally robbing the people!!

Flat tire on a Sunday afternoon with a cross threaded lug and no way to put on the spare. Downtown New Haven. Thought I would be stuck for hours. They were a little late getting here, but they kept sending me updatea as what was the reason. It was either by texts or by phone. The driver was very professional and also offered a ride with the car. They also tried to jump my car with no luck. He did give me ideas as to what could be wrong. This company has helped me before through my roadside service. I am very pleased to have them sent to help me.

Had a great experience Yemin the owner took the time to tow my truck himself 5 stars brought to shop straight to a bay to fix starter problem. Quoted 3hrs and truck was up and running in a hr. Family ran shop nice lounge area offer snacks and drinks with respectable and knowledgeable mechanics 5 stars all the way around... also fair and reasonable prices...
There Service was on point and the machanic got my Ram 3500 on Thursday started taking it apart asap found the issue ordered the parts Friday got the parts and my truck was ready Monday I recommend them to all my Diesel Truckers if you in the East Haven CT area run into issues give them a call Respectfully.

Our insurance tagged One Source when we requested a tow. They came out to where our truck was supposed to ready to be towed, according to the appointment we had made. The owner of the shop was not there as arranged. The awesome tow driver waited around with us for 45 minutes!! He had to leave without being able to tow it because he got another call & the shop owner still hadn't shown up. Although this might be considered an unsuccessful tow because they weren't able to tow our truck, due to no fault of theirs, their professionalism is top notch in my book! Their willingness to wait so long tells me a lot about their attention to their customers!!
My husband and I were driving on the highway when my tire went completely flat. We pulled over to the breakdown lane and my husband realized there was no spare tire in the car (we had just bought the car from a friend and naively assumed there was a spare). The fix a flat and 12v air compressor didn’t help in the least and I called AAA to find out we didn’t have any tows left so it would be a fortune to tow. We walked to the closet off ramp and waited for a friend to come scoop us up and bring us home. Hours later I remember that I have the Life360 app - I pull it up on my phone and see that IT COMES WITH ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE!! I call the number listed, provide my information and in less than 3 minutes they have a tow truck assigned to save my car! I immediately get text updates from One Source Towing & Repair telling me who they are; plus, the tow truck driver called me to introduce himself and to update me that he is on his way. He gave me his estimated time of arrival and assured me I was in good hands. I’ve NEVER been called by my AAA tow truck driver to introduce himself and give me a real time ETA! The driver called me again as he got closer to the part of the highway I was on - he wanted to make sure he had enough time to slow down and pull to the side without disrupting traffic. When he arrived he was SO polite. He immediately took charge and was able to get our car up and on the truck bed even after it was putting up a bit of a fight. He drove the car back to our apartment and pulled a very impressive backup/turn to get the car in the driveway on our tight street. The entire situation, from the minute he called to the minute he drove away from our apartment was, maybe, 15 minutes. SO impressed with this company and especially impressed with the driver! If I could give more than five stars I definitely would!
