Words can’t express how grateful I am to Charles and his team!!!! This man helped me when I had no one or any options. My car went to 3 different dealerships including Subaru and Firestone and no one could take care of my car and get it back on the road like he did. Charlie and his staff are honest, attentive and willing to go out of their way. They explained our situation so we fully understood and had the upmost integrity which I really appreciated. As a woman it’s hard to find repair shops that I trust to be honest. I don’t worry about that here. I highly recommend.
Nothing the owner was very unprofessional was not in tune with his driver the driver was nice the owner was very disrespectful got in my face and yelled at me I wouldn’t recommend this company and they are used by the state police I’m very suprised by that
I wish I could give it 0 stars. The guy doesn't know how to have a conversation over the phone. I was trying to talk calmly, politely, and respectfully with him and he was screaming and hung up on me. I can promise I was being calm and even said to him "look sir, I don't want to have an argument, I'm trying to talk this out" but he had no patience to have a conversation. This is not how to run a business.
This place was incredible to us in a time of need. We got in an accident on a Sunday and no one else was open, leaving us 100 miles from home and no idea what to do. Alpha picked up and someone was able to meet us and help us figure out what to do. I cannot stress enough how friendly and helpful they were. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love this place. I'm a hairstylist so my time is very limited, but they made sure I was in and out while doing an amazing job. Environment is friendly and very clean and organized for a auto shop. The staff of very professional and absolutely polite. I would highly recommend Alpha Auto to all of my friends and family. They're THE BOMB.
