First time going to Mark at New England Automotive, and it was a great experience. Mark is a thorough communicator and completed the job in a timely manner at a fair price. On top of the work I originally brought the car in for, I asked last minute if he could also do an oil change and install a new battery. Even though Mark is clearly very busy, he found the time to take care of everything without keeping the car any longer or requiring a follow-up appointment. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be back.

Outstanding Service at New England Automotive We recently had our 2016 Fiat 500 repaired at New England Automotive after the clutch failed at 81,000 miles. Despite Fiat addressing a recall (Clutch Recall Notice S/34/NHTSA 16V-302) in 2017, the issue still occurred. Brought my car in for service. Mark diagnosed problems quickly. Offered me honest options. He kept me informed throughout service period. Brought my wife’s car in for assessment thinking there might be a problem with the struts or springs. Mark informed me that’s just how it rides. Nothing needed. Great communication. Great customer service. Will use again.

Mark helped us with an issue with one of our cars this week with the check engine light. He’s very knowledgeable and we appreciated how quickly he looked at our car and helped assess and resolve the problem. We’re bringing our other car to him next week for a major repair. Our corvette needed some repair from cleaning out mouse smells to fixing the AC to oil change. We brought our car to Marc who did an amazing job! Mark is extremely nice and professional. I also don't know anything about vehicles aside from the extreme basics and because of that I'm always fearful of getting the run around or not taken seriously when car issues arise. I've been taking my car to Mark for a few years now after a coworker recommended him. I can't say enough good things about Mark and his business. Mark is extremely reliable and kind. I know absolutely nothing about cars and he explains everything so well and answers all of my questions. I went in recently because of some brake issues, he triple checked everything and made sure my car was all set before giving it back to me. He handled talking to both me and my dad about what needs to be done so professionally and timely, he even sends texts and pictures for updates as he’s working on your car to show what needs to be fixed or replaced. He also checks in a couple days after you get your car back to see how it’s doing. Hands down the best mechanic around!
