The gentleman I spoke to went above and beyond after I was having such a hard time, finding a part for my vehicle and even gave me several different models that the part was interchangeable with and found the exact location. I could pick up the part from within minutes…
I went for a rim for my 05 silverado. Was available quickly and Deborah (I hope I spelled it correctly) was amazing! So pleasant and the other people I talked to there were great also. Very good experience. I'll be going there for all my car parts needs from now on. Definitely recommend.
I love this place. The gentleman that answered the phone has such a pleasant personality with a charming accent. I called 13 other places and he had the part I needed...Made me a happy girl. He is very organized, knowledgeable and seems to have everything inventoried (other places I called were more of a pick & pull and said I could search their yard). He also tried cross referencing other truck models to see if an alternate part would work. Very refreshing to buy the part I needed from here and you really feel valued as a customer. It's so rare to meet someone with such an awesome personality as well. I'm very appreciative
Would give zero stars. Was guaranteed an alternator would be available in one day, now at the end of day three with no update besides "it might be sitting on my desk in a package". They are closed on the weekend. Terrible customer service and run company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
The staff here are very professional and friendly. Never had problems the couple of times I bought parts from them as well. When I worked in the auto parts industry for 5+ years I recommended ECAS to my customers when the situation called for used auto parts.
Wish I could put no stars because they really don’t know what they’re doing. I called 2 times to make sure they had the correct motor before I left my house which is an hour away, then I get there and it’s the completely wrong motor and they didn’t even have the right motor to begin with ! They need to hire some people with a little bit of knowledge on cars so they don’t waste everyone’s time
I called up today asking if they had a hood I was looking at online and they didn’t have it. I’m thankful they told me that they didn’t have it because I was going to drive 2 and half hours to go and get this hood. These people don’t want to waste your time like other businesses.
Got a door off of an 09 Camry in decent shape and for a very reasonable price compared to other yards. Full service yard, you tell them the part and they'll take it off for you. Helpful staff too
