Could not say enough good things about Alplex. The guys here were beyond nice when I got in a car accident and totaled my car. I didn’t know anything and they walked me through everything I had to do going forward, which they didn’t even have to do. The owner Sandy is the kindest man and his team is spectacular. They are honest and so helpful. If you need any work done this is the place to go, amazing people and amazing energy.

130 for a 7 mile tow is bs. Asked for quoting of other repairs didn’t get it. Was willing to do repairs. My car was legit towed from the front of my own house cause I had a bad alternator and couldn’t move it into my parking. I get business is business but damn no empathy from the owner.

Got into a fender bender recently with my 2017 Audi A6. I chose Alplex for a reason to work on My audi. Their shop is located right behind the Anna Audi dealership and they work on a lot of Audi’s. The amount of money my insurance company offered me for the damage was a joke. Oscar, Merv, John and Sandy all fought hard with my insurance company to get my car fixed right…..and on time. They even drove all the way to Brooklyn to get me a new front bumper because it was the only one available. They all kept me posted throughput the entire process and kept my mind at ease. They even detailed the entire car for me for an additional nominal fee. These guys are pros. They’ve been in business for decades and especially if you have a highline car, bring it there. This is my second time using them. They never disappoint. Thank you Alplex! My baby looks brand new!!!

My 2 month old 2023 Kia EV6 got into a fender bender which for Ev's always turns into more than that. Oscar and the whole team were super responsive, I took it in unannounced, they reviewed and took it on. Quote to insurance and green light to work in like 48hours. replaced parts and matched paint perfectly all in about a week. John offered to come in on saturday to accommodate our pick up schedule. Cant say enough, worth the 40 minute drive from redding.

My husband just had my 2012 Subaru Outback worked on. Excellent service and follow up. Everyone was courteous and knowledgably. The end product was perfect and a great value. We will definitely use them again.

I brought in my 2012 Jeep Patriot for body work. I will not go anywhere else the work Alplex does is exceptional. I had my 2018 Jeep Compass done there as well. Customer service is A+. I recommend bringing any of your vehicles here price is right and very detailed. Both my Jeeps look fantastic thank you very much.

First I'd like to say what a pleasant experience. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Mervin handled my initial claim immediately. Oscar and Tom did a wonderful job on my 2018 Jeep Compass. Thank you guys for such a great experience.

Mervin was the attending associate. He said one thing and did another. Originally he was very polite, however when we signed over the insurance check he was extremely rude., very unprofessional and not interested in fixing our car. PLEASE whoever reads this, save yourself from a MAJOR headache. Please go somewhere else. I'm calling consumer protection. They should be shut down.

Accidents can be very stressful and worrying about your vehicle being fixed properly is always a concern. They were very polite and did a wonderful job. Would definitely use them again.

They took immense care transporting my evo. 10/10 would recommend. Had to load it backwards due to road and driveway geometry and with care and patience they were able to keep the front lip off the pavement ?

I had a vehicle towed 8 miles....this occurred on 3/10/22 after contacting my insurance and all that I called back on 3/14/22..I was told my bill was almost 1000 for towing and 5 days storage...wich doesn't make sense considering the establishment isn't open on Sunday so you can't access your car but you'll be charged....This is only some of the unprofessionalism you will deal with...I was stereotyped by the tow driver who I later found out was the owner. I waited all day on 3/14 for a return phone call from the incompetent owner to discuss the invoi e that was clearly wrong. I Noted several mistakes on the invoice that couldn't be explained...only to later find out this kind of incompetence is to be expected with this company. Upon doing some homework I found every review over 3 start is fake either posted from fake accounts or people who are employed by this band of thieves. There goal is to pad the bill to make it out of sight so they can get you to sign over your title to them....GO ANYWERE ELSE....HUGE RIP OFF!!! Don't expect a call back ...you will wait days and more likely you won't even get one....they can't explain their pricing so they just always say they are busy pr with someone.....what owner can't return phone calls?? Isn't that their job....this company is too busy insulting people to be doing the right thing ....Don't go here for any reason!!! Not even as a last resort!!!and to the crooks that work there....well what goes around comes around...so sad this place is still in business!I would push my car 100 miles before I let this place tow it 20 feet!!!

We needed a tow and AARP scheduled for us , towing company changed their arrival time to a much later time after we had been sitting in our car (Cold , Rainy ) .They said they would have another tow company come for us .Alplex auto body and towing company called us and would be coming for us . Total 2003 Jeep Wrangler rebuild. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the work done on my Jeep. Greg and Oscar did everything imaginable to this vehicle. It started with a totally rebuilt frame. New gas tank, new springs, rocker arms, shocks, air lines. Cutting out all the rust and rusted bolts, plowing frame, doors and tailgate all Re fabricated. Total undercoating, new paint, with all parts sandblasted. My Jeep is totally rebuilt and looks like a new vehicle. A new one would have cost me more than twice as much as this rebuild. I will be bringing them more vehicles for rebuild instead of buying new. Any issues that came up along the way we’re taken care of. The biggest problem they had was getting parts in a timely manner so there solution was to Re fabricate parts themselves. Thanks to Greg, Oscar, Sandy, and John in the office I’m driving a totally stock rebuilt 2003 wrangler worth 40K.

Alplex Auto Body was exceptional in restoring my Genesis G70 after being hit by a drunk driver. They were open, honest, and communicative throughout the process. The timeline was long due to the car being uncommon and the lack of parts being available due to the pandemic, however, it was very clear they worked tirelessly to get what they needed. At the end of the day, the car looks magnificent, runs perfectly, and feels like in came straight out of the showroom. Greg, Sandy, and the rest of the team were great! Will definitely use again if needed.

Awesome place for auto services. Brought my car in with a scraped front bumper and they restored it back to looking new. Office manager, John, was great to work with throughout the process. Owner was knowledgeable and explained the entire process. Car looks phenomenal especially with the addition of a paint protection sealant on the entire car. I highly recommend Alplex Autobody for repairs or if just looking to make your car standout with some of the specialized work they perform. Highly recommend you check them out!

After being away for over 3 yrs and returning to Alplex to not only have work done on my own car I even came back to work for them full time. They now cover 100% AAA towing and service in the Watertown Woodbury and Bethlehem area they also do factory repairs for most car and truck manufactures. I came back to negotiate and handle all claims for the customers with the insurance co. Alplex repairs to factory condition and fights to get every customer factory OEM parts even if they make less on the parts to provide a complete repair.

These guys did an awesome job! I was rear ended in my Challenger. They came and towed my car back to their shop. They helped me with getting a rental vehicle. All parts and paint were OEM, which was great. Everything was done in a timely matter. The work they did was amazing. I couldn't be happier. Def glad I came here.

Four weeks in the shop now and every week since week two I’m told vehicle will be ready at the end of next week we’re waiting in parts. Next week will be 5 weeks there. Apparently getting parts ordered is not as fast as quoted. When I called originally they said they are a super busy garage but about two weeks and I was ok with waiting for two weeks for what was listed as a 4.4 star garage. But now it looks like 5 weeks and 3 weeks of excuses.

We needed a tow from our home the other day and were going around and around with Allstate regarding finding a flat bed to tow our car. We called Alplex ourselves per a suggestion from someone and they said they were available. Our towing company told us it would be an extra fee for dispatch the person they had because of distance. We asked them to phone Alplex they were available, as we knew, and they were at our house within 15 minutes, and there was no extra charge.

They were professional and courteous through entire process. They also did a fantastic job with my truck. I really thought it was beyond repair. Alplex got her lookin brand new again in and out. Especially with the detail job that was done on the truck.
